Abstract

The pandemic challenges the church to remain productive and creative in order to answer and live out its duties and vocations for humans in this world. Through komsel as the pastoral arm of the church for its citizens, it is necessary to implement an appropriate approach strategy so that the faith of the church members remains strong and even grows. The lecture plus method is one of the methods applied in komsel during the pandemic so that church members move towards an understanding of the Word so that their faith can be strong and grow. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that there are two kinds of implementations of the lecture plus method which are applied in komsel during the pandemic, the first is the voice of the pastor and the second is the outline of the sermon.

Abstract

The case of human trafficking in Indonesia is very concerning, which is ranked in the world. Liberation theology is an attempt to carry out religious values and teaching contextually so that they can answer problems in society. One of the problems in society is the existence of human trafficking. God created humans with a high value of dignity as the image of God. Therefore, humans must respect each other. The second precept of Pancasila is written Humanity Just and Civilized, meaning that the Indonesian nation recognizes that every human being has the right to justice and treatment that upholds human values. The results of this study explain that human trafficking is contrary to the Bible, that is, humans are created as the image of God and are not by following the Indonesian philosophy of life, Pancasila, the Second Precept. This research method is a literature study/literature study method.

Abstract

Postmodern emerged with its relativity to challenge traditional truths rooted in Bible truth, one of which is the concept of Christian marriage. The value offered is that same-sex marriage is something that is commonplace and is included in human rights. This phenomenon challenges the faithful both individually and communally (the Church) to conduct a theological exploration of same-sex marriage, so that the results of the exploration in this study provide a foothold for the faithful to carry out a correct and healthy theological response. This research uses library research method. The results of the study found that same-sex marriage is a violation of marriage laws that have been explained by the Bible, same-sex marriage is a violation of the form of Christian marriage relationships, same-sex marriage is a violation of responsibility. of every couple in a Christian marriage, same-sex marriage is a serious violation of God's law.

Abstract

The relationship of the Law and the Gospel are two important components in the plan of salvation. The Law does not save but it can make us aware of our sinfulness which in turn leads us to the gospel, which is the saving grace of God. The Law and the Gospel both reveal to us what God is like, for from that law we know His just nature, and from the gospel we know His loving nature. Salvation can be obtained through faith, not only believing in the gospel He gave but also trusting in his given Law. The Bible states” You know, that no one is justified for doing the law, but only because of faith in Christ Jesus. Therefore we also belive in Jesus Christ, that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by practicing in law. For: “ no one is justified’ for doing the law of Torah “ ( Gal. 2:16). The method used is a qualitative research method using various library studies and various sources. While the result of the research that the author got is that the law takes into account the truth for those who obey, but the gospel depends on the love ( his godliness ) of Christ as the truth and the righteous before God. Both the law and the Gospel are the Word of God.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the emergence of various hunger cries from the public to the government because of the paralysis of the economy caused by the C19 pandemic. This phenomenon occurs all over the world without exception of rich or poor countries. But do all feel hunger, Who is most affected by this situation? The answer must be the poor poor. This research is used to answer two main problems, namely how do people in a community categorize and stigmatize Pak Ogah (a person who stands on the road to regulate road traffic, so as not to jam) during the post-pandemic 19 famine response? can they accommodate their children's education and daily life at the end of the c19 pandemic? The results of this study indicate that the community in the Pak Ogah community has four processes in stigmatizing the Pak Ogahs. The four processes are understanding the Pak Ogah phenomenon, categorizing Pak Ogah, stigmatizing Pak Ogahs, and providing responses and attitudes in respond to Mr. Ogah who is around their environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman dari Gembala Kelompok Sel di Kingdom Generation Community GBI ROCK Pantai Indah Kapuk yang tentang: (1) pelayanan pembapaan rohani; (2) karakteristik pembapaan rohani, dan (3) penerapan pelayanan pembapaan rohani. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan narasumber gembala-gembala Kelompok Sel, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sensus sampling teknik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan tahapan kondensasi, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Gembala Kelompok Sel di Kingdom Generation Community GBI ROCK Pantai Indah Kapuk (1) sudah memahami pengertian pelayanan pembapaan rohani, (2) Gembala Kelompok Sel sudah memahami karakteristik pelayanan pembapaan rohani dan (3) Gembala Komsel sudah menerapkan pelayanan pembapaan rohani, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan agar lebih maksimal dan menjadi berkat bagi banyak orang. Saran yang diajukan adalah (1) perlu melaksanakan tentang karakteristik pelayanan pembapaan rohani dan tahapannya; (2) perlu melakukan sounding mengenai manfaat dan pentingnya pelayanan pembapaan rohani; dan (3) semua gembala kelompok sel harus memiliki komitmen mengikuti seluruh pelatihan yang diadakan dan memperlengkapi diri untuk lebih lagi maksimal dalam melakukan pelayanan pembapaan rohani.

Abstract

LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual dan Transgender) merupakan kasus yang sering terjadi dan diperbincangkan dengan beragam argumentasi. Setiap orang memiliki pandangan yang berbeda-beda dalam menangani LGBT. Gereja harus mampu menjadi jawaban bagi kaum LGBT. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang penyimpangan orientasi seksual dengan fakta-fakta yang ada ditinjau dari perspektif iman Kristiani. Dengan makin gencarnya gerakan LGBT maka peran gereja menjadi sangat penting. Dalam penanganan kasus LGBT harus berpatokan pada kebenaran Firman Tuhan dan diperlukan dukungan dari para medis. Tujuan penelitian adalah agar gereja Tuhan lebih memahami peranan gereja terhadap keberadaan LGBT dan dapat menjadi acuan bagi gereja dalam menangani kasus LGBT. Abstract

Semangat revolusi mental yang menuntut keadilan sosial telah digaungkan sejak reformasi Indonesia pada tahun 1998. Bahkan jauh sebelumnya, pemerintah Indonesia telah berusaha melaksanakan berbagai program khusus untuk menciptakan UUD dan Pancasila, guna mewujudkan keadilan sosial bagi bangsanya. Sayangnya, gaung reformasi 1998 tidak menunjukkan signifikansi yang terukur, justru Indonesia semakin terjebak dalam korupsi, kolusi, dan bahkan ketidakadilan sosial. Memang benar apa yang dikatakan Pengkhotbah, manusia tidak pernah puas dengan hartanya (Pengkhotbah 5:10). Betapa menyedihkan bahwa keegoisan dan keserakahan ini telah membawa penderitaan besar, kemiskinan bagi banyak nyawa dan kerugian besar bagi negara secara keseluruhan. Keadaan ini berdampak seolah-olah pemerintah tidak berbuat apa-apa, padahal sebenarnya pemerintah telah berusaha memberantasnya dengan mendirikan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), akhlak dan ajaran agama, namun seperti membendung air, selalu ada jalan keluar. menembus jalan yang tertutup, bahkan air pun bisa merusak bendungan. Benarkah sifat manusia yang rakus dan egois ini tidak bisa diubah? Adakah solusi yang memungkinkan terjadinya revolusi mental dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks umat Kristiani yang terlibat korupsi, kolusi dan menginjak-injak hukum dengan uang dan kekuasaan? Tentu masalah dosa ada jalan keluarnya. Tuhan pencipta, Dialah yang mampu mengubah sifat keberdosaan manusia. Lukas 19:1-10 mencatat, seorang pemungut cukai bernama Zakheus yang dibenci karena dosa-dosanya. Dia bertemu Tuhan Yesus dan Yesus datang ke rumahnya. Dan saat itulah dia menyadari keadaan hidupnya yang penuh dosa dan mengambil inisiatif untuk berubah dan diperbarui dari hidupnya yang rusak yang sering memeras orang. Cara Zakheus memperbaharui sifat korupnya adalah dengan mengembalikan empat kali lipat kekayaan yang dia peras dari orang-orang dan menyumbangkannya kepada orang miskin. Tindakan Zakheus adalah bukti pertobatannya kepada Allah di dalam Yesus Kristus Tuhan..

Abstract

Suffering is inherent in the dynamics of the Church's historical life, both personal and communal. The correct meaning of suffering in the perspective frame of the truth of the word can strengthen and strengthen the living of faith. In the Bible, suffering has also become part of the struggle of Christians in spreading the good news. However, many times, questions arise from Christians about the existence of suffering and why we have to experience it. The purpose of this paper is to try to interpret and understand suffering based on the Apostle Paul's view taken from the Apostle Paul's letter to the Philippians. The approach taken is the Ontological Approach with the Hermeneutic-Exegesa Method
