<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the influence of learning management on the learning achievements of Christian education. The data analysis methods used were simple correlation analysis method, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The samples in this study were 95 Christian students of state senior high school. The relationship between Learning Management (X) and Learning Achievement (Y) amounted to 0.661. The correlation relationship rate was in the high category. So there was a positive relationship with the low category between Learning Management and Student Learning Achievement. R Square of 0.437 this showed that the influence of Learning Management with Student Learning Achievement was 43.70% and the remaining 56.3% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The t test was conducted by comparing tcount and ttable. In accordance with the testing requirements that tcount (3,580) > ttable (0,2796), this means that the variables of Learning Management have a positive and significant influence on the Student Learning Achievement. Thus Ho refused and Ha was accepted. Considering the high influence of learning management on learning achievement, teachers need to reorganize the learning patterns of Christian education. The focus of change is directed at planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the materials and the class as well.]]>

<![CDATA[The era of disruption that is being experienced by the entire world population causes negative effects in the form of excessive worry and rumination, which is known as overthinking. Various new habits that must be done as a form of adaptation to the Covid-19 pandemic, including in the field of education, result in adjustments that for some people can be a big problem. Everything, which is good and bad, is spread quickly so that it gives rise to various interpretations for the recipient, which often leads to overthinking. On the other hand, it is believed that the formation of behavior with a certain purpose and purpose cannot grow naturally. The behavior that is expected for a person must be formed in such a way, because the behavior of the individual is influenced by various things around him. Intrapersonal skills which are one of the soft skills that must be possessed by students are an important part that is expected to be able to counteract the negative effects of overthinking. This study aims to look at the extent of intrapersonal skill influence on overthinking. The method used in the study was quantitative, with a sample of 100 people. Regression test results showed that intrapersonal skills had a 74.3% effect on overthinking, while 25.7% were influenced by other factors. Thus, the negative effects of overthinking can be prevented by improving intrapersonal skills.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the understanding of the cell group leaders about the hermeneutical principle, the understanding of the cell group leaders about the hermeneutical method; and the application of hermeneutics by the cell group leaders at GBI ROCK Monang-Maning Satellite Denpasar. This research is a qualitative research with the object of research is the application of hermeneutics at GBI ROCK Monang-Maning Satellite Denpasar. The collection techniques used were observation, documentation study and online interviews with 10 respondents. The data were analyzed by means of data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Testing the validity of the data using the credibility test and data reliability test. The results showed that the cell group leaders understood general hermeneutic principles, but still did not understand the specific hermeneutic principles. In terms of the hermeneutic method, the results showed that not all complex shepherds understood the hermeneutic method. In terms of application, the research results show that even though they understand the principles and methods of hermeneutics, there are still cell group leader who do not apply them in practice so that there are still misinterpretations in the sermons.]]>

<![CDATA[Nous yang sehat dan Suneideisis yang murni mengarahkan seorang pemimpin sebagai pribadi yang aman dengan jati diri, fungsi dan perannya di dalam agenda kerajaan Allah, pemimpin yang tidak memiliki Nous yang sehat dan Suneideisis yang murni bukan hanya akan mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan tetapi dinamika organisasi yang dipimpin olehnya. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan:1) pemahaman gembala satelit mengenai pengertian hermeneutika; 2) pemahaman gembala satelit mengenai kualifikasi seorang penafsir Alkitab; 3) pemahaman gembala satelit mengenai perlengkapan-perlengkapan hermeneutika; dan 4) penerapan metode umum hermeneutika di GBI ROCK Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualititatif dengan objek penelitiannya penerapan hermeneutika di GBI ROCK Jabodetabek. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara secara online dengan responden 8 orang gembala satelit. Analisis data menggunakan metode kondensasi data, data display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing/verification (penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi). Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dan uji dependabilitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden, yaitu gembala satelit memahami pengertian hermeneutika dan kualifikasi penafsir. Namun tidak semua gembala satelit memiliki perlengkapan alat penafsiran yang lengkap sehingga tidak maksimal dalam melakukan penafsiran. Dalam hal penerapan metode umum hermeneutika tidak semua gembala melakukan analisis hermeneutika dengan lengkap.]]>

<![CDATA[Pekerja Kristen merupakan sebuah profesi yang tidak terbatas hanya diperuntukan bagi mereka yang memiliki sebutan sebagai pendeta, tetapi siapapun yang melakukan sesuatu dan bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan Kristen, baik di gereja, sekolah, yayasan Kristen, maupun ladang-ladang misi dapat dikategorikan sebagai seorang pekerja Kristen. Demi untuk mempersiapkan seorang pekerja Kristen atau calon pekerja Kristen dalam menghadapi tantangan pelayanan, mengenali beberapa masalah yang sering terjadi akan sangat membantu dalam menemukan solusi yang dibutuhkan ketika terjun langsung dalam pelayanan. <![CDATA[Natural or non-natural disasters are an unavoidable part of human life. The impact it causes is not only physical, but also psychological. In this case, the church is challenged not only to contribute to providing a theological framework for disasters but also to be inactive and relevant to disaster victims. The purpose of this research is to photograph the role of the church, especially Tagana Rajawali, as a concrete form to build the readiness of church members to face disasters. <![CDATA[The pandemic challenges the church to remain productive and creative in order to answer and live out its duties and vocations for humans in this world. Through komsel as the pastoral arm of the church for its citizens, it is necessary to implement an appropriate approach strategy so that the faith of the church members remains strong and even grows. The lecture plus method is one of the methods applied in komsel during the pandemic so that church members move towards an understanding of the Word so that their faith can be strong and grow. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that there are two kinds of implementations of the lecture plus method which are applied in komsel during the pandemic, the first is the voice of the pastor and the second is the outline of the sermon.]]>
