Abstract

This study focuses on a design services company lacking a computerized information system for managing customer orders and financial calculations. The absence of a structured reporting system for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual periods hinder efficient operations. We employ a descriptive research method with an object-oriented and prototype development approach. The programming language used is Kodular, and Firebase is utilized for database storage. The research results in the creation of a mobile-based interior and exterior design information system. It aids in order management, allows customers to check order statuses, minimizes calculation errors, and facilitates report generation. This system significantly streamlines company operations and enhances productivity.

Abstract

A web and mobile-based inventory management system is developed with the aim of streamlining the process of checking incoming goods, outgoing goods, stock inventory, and report generation for business owners and employees. CV Panca Yoga, operating in the cassava trading industry since 2012 and located on Jalan Raya Kejobong, Krenceng, Purbalingga, Central Java, serves as a case study. The existing inventory data recording processes at CV Panca Yoga are considered inefficient and ineffective, as they rely on manual procedures for recording incoming and outgoing goods, managing stock inventory, and generating reports. To address these issues, we have designed a web and mobile-based inventory management application that facilitates the input of data related to incoming and outgoing goods, stock inventory, and report generation. This digitized system not only enhances speed and efficiency but also reduces the potential for errors.

Abstract

This research highlights the significant potential of Genetic Algorithms (GA) as a powerful tool for optimizing logistics distribution routes. The utilization of GA has led to substantial improvements in route efficiency, resulting in cost reductions and shorter delivery times. Notably, the inclusion of customer satisfaction as a key parameter in route optimization emphasizes the importance of meeting customer expectations and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, the study recognizes the positive environmental implications of reduced travel distances and durations, indicating a favorable impact on environmental sustainability by reducing carbon emissions. Ethical considerations remain paramount, as the research employs anonymized data sources and adheres rigorously to industry standards to safeguard data privacy. Comparative analyses consistently favor GA over conventional distribution methods, reaffirming its capacity to generate more efficient routes. Overall, this investigation underscores the versatility and efficacy of Genetic Algorithms in addressing complex logistics distribution challenges, offering practical solutions that benefit businesses, customers, and environmental conservation alike.

Abstract

Products are fundamental commodities in the market that cater to various consumer needs and desires. This research employs the Apriori algorithm to generate product recommendations based on the analysis of high-demand patterns arising from product sales and association patterns. Specifically, we focus on identifying elevated sales in categories such as Bulk Products, Biscuits/Snacks, Drinks, Milk/Coffee/Tea, and Sauces & Spices during specific time intervals. The model's evaluation and validation entail measuring the Lift Ratio value, a key metric. In our assessment using the RapidMiner Studio application, we find that the Lift Ratio value equals 1. Consequently, our model asserts that combinations with a Lift Ratio value greater than or equal to 1 are deemed valid and beneficial.

Abstract

The insufficient number of alumni students displaying a strong work ethic can be attributed to a mismatch between the talents and interests of alumni in the UINSU MEDAN KPI area, which should be the focal point of monitoring for these Indonesian youths. The effective management of alumni can offer a potential solution. In this study, researchers employed the ANP method to calculate career recommendations and ranked them using the TOPSIS method. The research methodology included a comprehensive literature review, observational data collection, interviews, documentation analysis, system flowchart design, ANP method application, TOPSIS method application, and system testing conducted using the black box method. Based on the calculations using the ANP and TOPSIS methods, Alternative A1 emerged as the top priority, scoring 1, while Alternative A13 received the lowest priority with a score of 0.13. These calculations were based on six criteria: discipline, honesty, responsibility, teamwork skills, and technical or practical proficiency. The highest-ranked career recommendation was "Insight into print, radio, and television media" with a manual priority of 0.7747 and a system-assigned priority of 0.73. Conversely, "Cameramen in television media" received the lowest score, with a value of 0.13 and a system-assigned priority of 0.13.
