Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the calculation of production costs and operating costs on the sales of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. 2017-2019 period. This research method is a qualitative method. The object of this research is the company PT. Indofood. Tbk period 2017-2019. The data used is secondary data. Proceeds from the sale of PT. Indofood, Tbk. The 2017-2019 period has increased every year. This is due to the factors of production costs and operational costs. Sales can be said to be successful if a company is able to issue a budget that is in production costs such as raw material costs, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Innovation Culture, Work Ability and Work Commitment on Productive Behavior with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Trenggalek Banana Chips IKM. The population used was all 100 employees of Trenggalek Banana Chips IKM, and in this study 100 people were used as samples. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. To test the hypothesis used multiple correlation coefficient (R), determinant coefficient (R2), classical assumption test, F test and t test with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 18.0. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that the culture of innovation (X1), work ability (X2), work commitment (X3) affect the productive behavior of employees (Y). Culture of innovation (X1), work ability (X2), work commitment (X3) affect employee job satisfaction (Z). In addition, innovation culture (X1), work ability (X2), work commitment (X3) and job satisfaction (Z) have direct and indirect effects on employee productive behavior (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial conditions, audit tenure, and previous year's audit opinion on going concern audit opinions. The sample used in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 and the number was 32 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS for windows. Based on the results of the study, financial condition significantly affects going concern audit opinion, audit tenure does not significantly affect going concern audit opinion, while the previous year's audit opinion has a significant effect on going concern audit opinion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax planning, profitability and tax avoidance on firm value in plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies that were sampled in this study were 13 plantation companies listed on the IDX in the 2017-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that Tax Planning Affects Firm Value, Profitability Affects Firm Value, Tax Avoidance Affects Firm Value, Tax Planning Affects Leverage, Profitability Affects Leverage, Tax Avoidance Affects Leverage

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were all employees of CV Bintang Tex Indonesia as many as 85 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling method (saturated sampling). The analytical tool used in this study is a path analysis technique with the help of software for an operating system called Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) Version 3.0. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from CV Bintang Tex Indonesia. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results of this study prove that Hypothesis 1: Training and Compensation Variables have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, while Leadership Style has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Hypothesis 2: Leadership Style Variable has a significant effect on Work Motivation, while Compensation has no significant effect on Work Motivation. Hypothesis 3: The leadership style variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation as an intervening variable, while job training has no significant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation as an intervening variable, and compensation has no effect on job satisfaction through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of gender and locus of control variables on the ethical perceptions of accounting students with love of money as an intervening variable and to find out whether the variable love of money can be an intervening variable on gender and locus of control variables. The analysis used in this study is Partical Least Square (PLS). The hypotheses in this study are: Gender influence on Love Of Money, Locus Of Control influence on LoveOf Money level, Gender influence on Ethical Perception, Locus Of Control influence on ethical perception, Love Of Money has significant influence on Ethical perception, Love Of Money can be an intervening variable on the influence of gender on the ethical perceptions of accounting students, love of money can be an intervening variable on the influence of locus of control on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. The results of this study can be concluded from the results of the tests that have been conducted, namely Gender can affect Love Of Money with a negative influence, meaning that male gender has a negative effect on Love Of Money, while Female Gender has a positive influence on Love Of Money, Locus Of. Control has a positive effect on Love Of Money, Gender has a negative effect on students' ethical perceptions, Locus of Control has an influence on students' ethical perceptions, LoveOf Money has an influence on students' ethical perceptions, Love Of Money as an intervening variable of the Locus Of Control variable has a significant effect Regarding ethical perceptions, Love Of Money as an intervening variable of the Gender variable has no significant effect on ethical perceptions.

Abstract

In this era, the business world has experienced very rapid development. Sugar is one of the strategic commodities for the Indonesian economy, because it is one of the nine basic ingredients commonly consumed by the people of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy and marketing strategy position of Sugar Dasa Manis products in increasing sales volume. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research location chosen by the researcher is located at Jl. Red Bridge No.3-11, Krembangan Sel., Kec. Krembangan, Surabaya City, East Java. The type of data taken in this study uses qualitative data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observation. While the sampling technique used is the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using Smart PLS 3.2.7 Software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the quality of the products marketed must be maintained such as the color of sugar, attractive and dry packaging, always available when consumers need it, and determine the expected market segment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners and information asymmetry on the cost of debt. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population used in this study is the company. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in the study was 12 companies listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2018. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis uses Eviews 10 analysis with the aim of testing voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners, and information asymmetry on the cost of debt. The results of this study indicate that voluntary disclosure has a significant effect on the cost of debt, independent commissioners have no significant effect on the cost of debt, information asymmetry has a significant effect on the cost of debt, and voluntary disclosure, independent commissioners and information asymmetry have a joint effect on the cost of debt.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience and job training on employee productivity with motivation as an intervening variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PRATAMA PUTRA TRANSPORTATION in the driver and co-driver section, totaling 54 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling method (saturated sampling). The sample in this study were 54 employees at PT. PRATAMA PUTRA TRANSPORTATION. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from PT. PRATAMA PUTRA TRANSPORTATION. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.8 Software. The results obtained from the path analysis showed that work experience had a significant effect on employee productivity, job training had a significant effect on employee productivity, work experience had a significant effect on motivation, job training had a significant effect on motivation, motivation had a significant effect on employee productivity, work experience had a significant effect on motivation. significant effect on employee productivity through motivation as an intervening variable, and job training has a significant effect on employee productivity through motivation as an intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, work environment, and compensation on job satisfaction with motivation as an intervening variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 70 employees at PT. Loyal Friends Group. The data used in this study is questionnaire data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using software smartPLS 3.2.8. The results obtained from the path analysis showed that job stress had no significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress had a significant effect on motivation, work environment had no significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment had no significant effect on motivation, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on motivation, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction through the motivation variable as an intervening variable, the work environment does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction through the motivation variable as an intervening variable, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction through motivation variable as an intervening variable.
