The article considers the experience of countries that have significant natural potential and pursue an active policy for planning, regulating, supporting, promoting and monitoring ecotourism. The methods of formal-logical, comparative and institutional analysis were used during the research. It is shown that the experience accumulated by different countries in the development of ecotourism testifies both to the specifics of each of the countries and to general approaches harmonized with international recommendations and tasks to create conditions for sustainable development of tourism. Systematic approaches and innovative solutions that exist in different countries can be recommended in the “right decision” format, as they demonstrate how ecotourism can contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals

This study aims to determine the Application of Accounting Information Systems Sales and Cash Receipts in Efforts to Improve Internal Control at PT. Prime Success Prosperous. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data needed in this study include primary data and secondary data. The primary data of this study were obtained from direct interviews with parties involved in sales and cash receipts at PT. Prime Success Prosperous. While the secondary data of this research was obtained from the literature study conducted by the researcher. The results of this study indicate that the Accounting Information System of sales and cash receipts applied by PT. Perdana Sukses Makmur has been going well even though it is still manual in receiving cash. This is supported by the existence of procedures that have to do with sales and cash receipts. As well as the existence of various functions with their respective duties and responsibilities along with the completeness of documents and records in sales and cash receipts.

This study aims to determine the effect of allowances, work bonuses and performance improvements on employee work loyalty at PT. Sinerga Lintas Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously whether they affect employee work loyalty at PT. Sinerga Lintas Indonesia. And describe the benefits, work bonuses and performance improvements. The approach method in this research is a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, observations, and interviews as data reinforcement. The sampling technique in this study uses a total sampling technique to take a sample of all members of the population being sampled. According to Sugiyono (2018), the quantitative approach is a research approach used to measure the variables and the level of influence between one variable and another. Based on the results of the study, allowances, work bonuses and increased performance have a significant effect on work loyalty. Bonus is an employee's right to the labor and services provided to the company. Employee performance improvement is an employee who has a high commitment to the company tends to show good quality, more totality in work and the employee turnover rate for the company is also low.

The Effect of Concrete Learning on Ibtidaiyah Madrasah Students' Reading and Writing Skills Improvement: Pengaruh Pembelajaran Konkrit Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan Membaca dan Menulis Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Fitria, Siti Choirul; Nurdyansyah, Nurdyansyah

The problem raised in this study is whether there is an effect of concrete learning on improving reading and writing skills in class I MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng. This study aims to analyze how much influence concrete learning has on improving reading and writing skills in Indonesian subjects in class I MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng. To achieve this goal, the researchers used quantitative methods with pretest/posttest test tools and questionnaires. The sample of this study was class I MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng with a total of 24 students. There are several stages that researchers must go through in research, namely interviews with the homeroom teacher to get real problems, formulate hypotheses, collect data, analyze data and draw conclusions. In the sampling technique, the researcher used purposive sampling. Data analysis used a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 20 for windows. Based on the test results indicate that there is no effect of concrete learning on improving reading skills and there is an effect of concrete learning on improving writing skills. This can be proven by the results of the analysis of the effect of the significance value obtained from concrete learning with an increase in reading skills of 0.580 > 0.05, with t count -0.563 and t table 2.074 which results in H0 being accepted and Ha rejected, while concrete learning with improving writing skills obtained a significance of 0.677 <0.05 and t count writing -0.423 and t table 2.074 which resulted in Ho being rejected and Ha accepted.

This study aims to analyze, inform and explain about the increase in Repurchase Intention on PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy (Cimory) in East Java. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was conducted through a questionnaire with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method and the number of samples in this study were 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is the measurement of the inner model and outer model using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Brand Experience had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

The Wafa method is one of the methods used to memorize the Qur'an by maximizing the right brain. This method has the characteristics of reading the Koran with hijaz rhythm, learning with sound equations, as well as syllable grouping, and in this wafa method using movements according to the translation of the verse. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the success of the wafa method in improving the memorization of students and to determine the success of the wafa method in improving the memorization of students at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Nurul Fikri Sidoarjo. This study uses qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were the coordinator of the Qur'anic teacher and the Qur'an tahfidz team. The types of data sources obtained are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data condensation, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study found that in the process of learning the Qur'an and Tahfidz at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Nurul Fikri Sidoarjo applied the Wafa method using the TANDUR strategy (Grow, Natural, Peaceful, Demonstration, Repeat and Celebrate) which was packaged in five stages (opening practice, teaching , assessment and closing). In the aspect of Tahfidz, it uses Hijaz rhythm with ascending, medium, and low scales. With the use of strategies from the 5P concept as seen from the acquisition of students' memorization of the Koran, it can be said that the application of the Wafa method in improving students' memorization and the success of the wafa method in improving memorization can be said to run very well and effectively because considering that most students already have the option to complete memorization of the specified juz and able to achieve more than the targeted memorization.

This study aims to determine that product quality, promotion, and brand image have a simultaneous effect on increasing sales. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on Indonesia, especially in the economic sector. This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of Additional Employee Income (TPP) in improving the performance of educators at the State Junior High School 2 Wonoayu, Sidoarjo Regency. To analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of Additional Employee Income (TPP) in improving the performance of educators at the State Junior High School 2 Wonoayu, Sidoarjo Regency. The method that the author uses in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study were 46 educators. Validity test using Product Moment correlation from Pearson. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the additional employee income program (TPP) in improving the performance of educators at the State Junior High School 2 Wonoayu Sidoarjo, is in the effective category, because based on the overall calculation of the indicators the questionnaire distributed contains 23 (twenty three) statements with the position of the number of Effectiveness of the additional employee income program (TPP) is 4987 which is in the interval >Q2 to Q3 with a value of >2645 – 5290 which is categorized as effective.Keywords: Effectiveness, Additional Employee Income (TPP), Performance Improvement
