Currently the development of technology is progressing very rapidly and its development cannot be stopped. With so many advanced technologies that have emerged, various kinds of human work can be done in more innovative ways. One example is in the field of education. Currently, there are various kinds of technology-based learning media, one of which is learning media using Augmented Reality technology or often shortened to AR. Application Development as Learning Media to Build Space for Elementary/Junior High School Level Using Marker Augmented Reality Method is one form of utilizing AR technology in the field of education, especially as a learning medium. With the creation of this Augmented Reality-based learning media for building space, It is hoped that students can understand learning materials easily, and students' interest in learning can increase because the objects in the space are designed to be attractive, colorful, and interactive to avoid boredom. Based on this, this research is one of the new breakthroughs in the world of education that utilizes technological advances and helps teachers provide more interesting learning media. Meanwhile, the results of this study are in the form of an AR application and a mathematical book (module). this research is one of the new breakthroughs in the world of education that utilizes technological advances and helps teachers provide more interesting learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were Pepsodent consumers in Banda Aceh City, with a total sample of 100 respondents using convenience sampling technique. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that advertising and consumer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City by 80.2% and the remaining 19.8% was explained by other variables outside of this study such as product quality, brand image and price and etc. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) indicates that the relationship (correlation) between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 89.6%, meaning that consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City has a strong and positive relationship with correlation advertisement(X1) and consumer satisfaction (X2). The results of the f test statistic test show that advertising and consumer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with value Fcount>Ftable (197,035>3,090).While partially advertising and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a value of tcount> ttable (9.705 and 3.339>1.984). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that from the two variables studied, it turns out that the variable advertisement(X1) has the most dominant influence on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a coefficient value of 0.689, and then followed by the variable consumer satisfaction(X2) with a coefficient value of 0.264.

This research is motivated by several gaps or differences in research results with expert opinions, also supported by data on research problems, namely based on the results of employee performance evaluations in 2020 which were less than optimal, where the realization of performance achievements did not reach 90 at the end of the fiscal year. Evaluation data for filling out the E-application Performance shows that as many as 38% or about 900 employees do not fill in e-Kinerja to 100%. So the phenomenon of this research is the lack of effectiveness of employee performance in increasing competence, especially in the use of IT-based e-performance. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of evaluating performance based on the e-Kinerja application and employee competence on employee job performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Structural Employees of the Bondowoso Regency Government. The total population of this study was 2,405 employees, while the number of samples was 168 using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that e-performance based performance appraisal and employee competence have a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) e-performance based performance appraisal and employee competence and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) e-performance based evaluation.

Delays (time overruns, SPI < 1) and exceeding budget costs (cost overruns, CPI < 1) on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Projects are a global phenomenon due to the very diverse and unique nature of construction projects so that many companies experience losses during construction execution work activities. A very critical job in the execution of EPC projects is fabrication and installation activities which are part of construction activities because there are very many variables that have an impact on cost overruns if the fabrication and installation work is not monitored and controlled properly. In this study, an analysis of the effect of fabrication and installation work on cost overruns was carried out on the Steam Turbine Generator and Coal Boiler Project in Palembang. The analysis was performed using SPSS Ver software. 25 by processing questionnaire data from the answers of 42 respondents. With good control and early anticipation of construction activities so that it can help project managers in managing projects more effectively and efficiently so that the SPI (Schedule Performance Index) and CPI (Cost Performance Index) are more than one and the achievement of other requirements in accordance with project specifications and contracts.
