Abstract

Al-Huda Medical Center is special unit of Al-Huda hospital which manages check-up service for Prospective Indonesian Migrant Worker (CTKI). Al-Huda Medical Center wants to improve the service process and medical record of CTKI using computer system. There are five main problems found in the field regarding this matter, they include (1) all data reports consisting of registration to medical record database is still in paper-based documents, (2) the registration number is processed manually, (3) there is no barcode in health certificate, (4) specimen is labelled using handwriting (5) registration report, medical record, form, and film paper is done manually in terms of calculation and writing. The solution offered for the aforementioned problems is developing a web-based application which is able to manage service process, medical record, and report. Furthermore, this application provides health certificate which fulfills the standardization of the destination country of CTKI. This application also offers the more accurate reports compared to paper-based documentation.

Abstract

Abstract: Primasatya Husada Citra (PHC) Hospital Surabaya is a sub company of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III. Problem in PHC Hospital Surabaya is when selection 1 phase (administration) on process. Viewed nurse data search process is still manual, there is 25% more or less nurses in special unit that not yet work for 3 years. The effect is the nurses performance do not give a maximum result because there is not enough work experience. Beside of that, less precise selection of experienced nurses who are promoted because only look from 2 criteria. The other problems there are3 more or less record of nurses peer review scoring is gone. The solution that offered to helping all of the problem is an determination promotion of experienced nurses application with graphic rating scales method which can process the data from the criteria that needed so that obtain list of the candidate and candidate information’s that suitable by hospital need. The result of the research showed the application that have already made are can helping in the process of calculating the promotion and generate nurse’s report and nurse overall report.Keywords: application, promotion determination, graphic rating scales.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Shoes and Sandals Suroso strive to improve and develop the industry, one of the efforts is to find out information about the costs of production are used to determine the cost of goods manufactured correctly. Currently, SMEs do not have a basis in determining the cost of goods manufactured according to customer order. In determining the cost of goods manufactured, SMEs just do a sum the raw material cost and direct labor cost, without counting the factory overhead cost. The resulted of the selling price of shoes and sandals are charged to customers is not as expected by the SMEs, so the profit can get unstable then. Because these problems, the author makes an application that can calculate the cost of goods manufactured is based on estimated cost by determining the raw material cost, direct labor cost, and factory overhead cost. Based on trial results on SMEs Shoes and Sandals Suroso can be concluded that the application has been made to produce information on the estimated raw material cost, the estimated direct labor cost, the estimated factory overhead cost, the estimated cost of goods manufactured, and reporting of customer order in each period, so the information can be used by SMEs as a basis for determining the selling price of its products.Keywords: cost of goods manufactured, estimated cost, customer order

Abstract

Ridho Rizki Employees Cooperative a credit union that aims to provide storage services and lending capital to the surrounding community Karangmojo village. Areas of the business process scope Employees Cooperative Ridho Rizki is, cash loans, savings, compulsory savings and voluntary savings. In the process of lending cash, a cooperative judge of eligibility or the total penalty payment history, amount of loan, collateral value, and the value of their business, then if deemed appropriate by the owner of the loan will be realized. However, problems that occur in the cooperative over the years is the presence of the owners are not there so that the loan application is in the cooperative accumulate and can not be realized by the owner. Besides the problem that also occurred in the cooperative is the assessment of any owner in realizing loans are subjective, resulting in some customers in arrears installment payments already overdue. Resolve the issue then be made an eligibility determination decision support system that is able to replace the loan customers of the assessment process owners and provide a precise calculation in assessing the feasibility of loan customers. Methods which can support the decision are Fuzzy logic, because the data and installment payments on the cooperative nature of non-linear so that it can be modeled and calculated exactly.

Abstract

Each application of the procurement of goods / services required the manufacture of Self-Estimated price derived from the approximate (estimated) price of a job (goods / services) to be held. This above is in accordance with Indonesian Presidential Regulation No. 70 Year 2012 on Procurement of Goods / Services, Article 66 digits (5) points a. But what is happening now in the procurement of many software companies individuals or businesses, government officials and developers of software that performs supply and demand for software procurement, had difficulty in making the report HPS. So it can be deduced to solve the problems occurred is needed to set the benchmark in the determination Self-Estimated Price (HPS) method Use Case Point in software development projects by activity agile models. model testing is done using 5 software development project data gets deviation between the estimated level of HPS with the actual cost by 10%, which indicate that the models estimated in this research has a good degree of accuracy.

Abstract

The East Java Library and Archives Automation application began operations in 2010 developed by the library automation section and financed by the Government of East Java. One of the library automation applications is library library search application available in three computer units. Collection search apps can browse library collections quickly, but after interviews with 30 library visitors who used the collection search application there are still some problems with the collection search app view. The results of these interviews indicate there are still some look of collection search applications that need to be improved. In order to fix display problems in the library library search application, UI / UX design will be done using WEBUSE Heuristic method. The WEBUSE Heuristic Method can find errors and measure the success of an interface design. The results obtained through the WEBUSE Heuristic method will serve as the basis for designing UI / UX recommendations to improve the look and quality of libraries library search applications. UI / UX design using WEBUSE Heuristic method resulted in 12 interface design designs as a recommendation to improve the interface design of library collection search application.

Abstract: One indicator of the success of the process of selection of new admissions is information about the results of a complete and accurate selection . During the selection process of new students are still using manual processes and not computerized . In addition , there are still obstacles with the students entrusted and the presence of various factors such as fatigue due to the amount of work piling up , so that errors can arise in the process of selection of new admissions. Application selection of new admissions is a development that is used to handle all obstacles and problems in the selection process for new students is on STIKES Hospital Foundation . Dr. Soetomo . Type selection is handled by the application 's selection of new admissions there are two types of values and questions . Application selection of new admissions system is created dynamically , so that in the future if there are additional categories of test users can add it easily. Once tested and implemented to users in STIKES Hospital Foundation . Dr Soetomo , selection of new admissions applications this may help the assessment team work . Abstract PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Nganjuk branch is one branch of PT. Federal Internatuonal Finance, Inc. is engaged in the retail motorcycle financing business and electronic equipment. In the process of financing, one of which relates directly to the customer is marketing. At the time of serving the customer in the field, the problems often faced by marketing that marketing can not check the status of customer data such as pengeekan member and previous arrears, do add a new customer, to process the transaction (in this case the application process until the approval of financing), displays information about the data traffic to the dealer / store, the number of incentives, and the target number of transactions received, that all these can not be done directly in the field saaat. In addition, another problem encountered is the monitoring process will be marketing a visit to the dealer / shop and monitoring achievement of the targets of marketing can not be properly monitored by the admin .Based on all the exposure of the above problems, it takes an application that can perform customer data management, including customer data-checking process, and can add new customer transaction process, and can display information on the number of transactions, the number of targets and the amount received by marketing incentives, which can be processed directly when marketing is the field, as well as can be. make the process of monitoring the performance of marketing is done by the admin. Since the majority of marketing is the mobile phone users, the author tries to build an application "Customer Data Management and Monitoring Performance-based mobile marketing" to answer the above requirements. As a result of the implementation of the Customer Data Management applications and mobile-based Marketing Performance Monitoring has been done, marketing can make the process of checking customers' data, add new customer, and transaction processing to financial filings with the approval of retail financing directly through mobile devices are carried in this case is mobile. Abstract

One academic activities carried out by the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya is a lectures scheduling activities. Facts that occurred in the preparation of the current class schedule and the process requires considerable time. This occurs because the need to classify and sort the data written using paper media and draw up a schedule with the help of Microsoft Excel. The difficulties encountered when preparing the class schedule is the schedule should be adjusted to the terms and policies that have been determined by matching them one by one. Based on these problems, made a lecture scheduling application using Genetic Algorithms. Lecture scheduling application with regard to the data compiled estimates of the number of participants of each course, the data subject to be held, the data capacity of each course, data on the number of lecturers, the data competence of lecturers, lecturers teaching load data, and data classrooms. The results showed that the application of this lectures scheduling has can produce in one semester class schedules in accordance with the existing terms and policies. Results of testing for lectures scheduling as many as 75 classes obtained the best parameter to the value of chromosome 30, the amount of generation of 30, the probability of crossover and mutation probabilities 70 30. By using the best parameters of the test results produced by the class schedule with an average success rate of 86% to 30 trials.
