Abstract

UD. Surya Mandiri Nusantara is currently producing and selling non cholesterol duck. In the process of production and sales is no process of determining the cost of production and selling price determination, but have difficulty in determining the selling price because there is no knowing whether the calculations for this with his own method right. Based on the above problems, the proposed Design Build Applications Selling Price Method Based Full Costing At UD. Surya Mandiri Nusantara which can process data production and sales as appropriate. Applications built to display reports the cost of production, calculation of ROI (return of investment as), the expected profit, sales price calculation appropriately using the full costing method.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Sidoarjo which is one of the favourite schools in the district. When implementing online learning, SMAN 1 Sidoarjo has not used an e-learning platform so it uses many existing platforms such as google classrooms, so students and teachers need to open many platforms, and the UI design e-learning on platforms does not motivate students, causing bored. Because the design user interface in e-learning is an important element for creating virtual-based learning so it is necessary to have a design analysis before building e-learning. The TCSD method is used for the design analysis stage, so that the results are in prototype accordance with the process task and the display results are in accordance with the results of the user persona. Usability heuristic is used to test whether the results prototype are running according to the task with a display that is acceptable to the user. The prototype has been compiled and evaluated, using the evaluation heuristic the SR value for each aspect is obtained with an average of 0.822 rounded to 1, so that the result is in the category cosmetic which means there is a problem but no improvement is needed unless there is still time for processing.

Abstract

Suzuki Motor Sales (SMS)Undaan is an authorized dealers and workshop center in the area of Surabaya, which sells motorbike with DOHC engine technology that currently becomes most in demand in society. However, the present of these technologies raise new challenge for many mechanics that are less able to cope with the disfunctional engine of the motorbikes. Analysis and design of an expert system might be able to equip the mechanics in handling the DOHC engine failure. Our approach shows that the expert system can identify problems accurately by using the certainty factors method. This application is expected to be able to overcome the mechanics problem in handling the DOHC motorbike engine. And the results obtained from the research that has been done is very helpful for any problems of the motor DOHC engine with 100 % accuracy rate calculations.

Abstract

PT. BIG Surabaya is a multi-company that has the department include Banquet and Restaurant, T-Bar, Office Park, and Regency. PT. BIG Surabaya in the development of his company faced several problems in the payroll system. Analysis and design of payroll information system at PT. BIG Surabaya can give a result of employee payroll information system design and to help devise a system for the accurate calculation of employee payroll. With the use of computerized systems is expected to address the problem in the PT. BIG Surabaya, which can help speed up the calculation of payroll and tax calculations in PT. BIG Surabaya. Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is part of Institute Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya. PPTI’s Main Function is to support visions, missions, and goals. To achieving the visions, missions, and goals, PPTI must have a good plan, including the mechanism plan to manage the relations between PPTI it self and with the service user. The Mechanism process will be used by PPTI to fulfill the Stikom Surabaya Information Technology’s needs. to achiveing the goals, PPTI need to do some research that based on Information Technology Infrastructur Library v3 (ITIL v3) standart, which is Service Strategy. Process of making the document refered from Service Strategy process number 5, Business Relationship Management. The result of this research is service portfolio document which contain customer portfolio, socialization’s standart and procedure, training’s standart and procedure, user complaint’s standart and procedure, socialization’s policy, training’s policy, and user’s complaint policy, that will be used by PPTI later.

Abstract

The limited market segment of hydroponic products makes it difficult for hydroponic farmers to develop their businesses. The impact of slow sales and limited marketing of products from farmers can cause a decline in the competitiveness of other products and the long term can affect the farmer's economy. With a marketplace that sells hydroponic products, it is expected that hydroponic farmers can sell their products online. In building a marketplace, one thing that is of concern is the ease of utilizing the marketplace, this means paying special attention to the design stage of the user interface or user interface of the marketplace. User Interface has an important role in building an information system. Lean UX was chosen in building the user interface because it is one of the methods in designing interface designs to meet the needs of users with frequent learning and involving users as early as possible so that they can meet the needs of users quickly. There are 4 stages in the Lean UX method namely Declare Assumption , Create an MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback & Research. The results of tests that have been done to 32 respondents using usability testing show that designs that have been made get an average value of 78.9%, acceptable with grade B and obtain range good, which means the design can be accepted by users well.

Abstract

Badan Urusan Logistik (BULOG) is a state-owned company engaged in the food logistics. According SOP Admission Selection of Bulog Partners, selection begins in November or December in the previous year and be completed by the end of the year. Selection acceptance rice procurement partners at this time began from December until February. The procurement of rice at the beginning of the year will be delayed due to the selection and classification process has not been completed, so there is no partner that receives cooperation contract procurement. As a result, the procurement rice in the early year almost non-existent. Another problem is the lack of information to potential partners selected. From those problems, it created Application selection acceptance working partners that will handle the admissions process to prospective partners and send report either. This application is built based on the web and also using the Short Message Service (SMS) as media solution delivering an information selection and classification result to the prospective partners.The results from testing application selection working partner procurement has been implemented in BULOG Subdivre North Surabaya can be concluded that the application that created can run 100 percent success and can help the verification process the requirements, selection, classification and making report, so that the problem of delay the selection process and deliver information to prospective partners can be resolved. Keywords: Acceptance, Partners, Verification, Classification

Abstract

Pelindo III Surabaya bergerak dalam jasa layanan operator terminal pelabuhan yang memberikan informasi tentang perusahaan melalui website agar dapat diakses oleh siapa saja dan dimana saja tanpa ada batas ruang dan waktu. Namun website Pelindo III Surabaya saat ini belum dilakukan evaluasi mengenai kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan dari website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna sebagai umpan balik kepada sekretaris selaku pengelola website.Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kesuksesan website menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean dengan elemen kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Hal tersebut dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi ataupun bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan website Pelindo III Surabaya.Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pertama Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Layanan memberikan efek langsung pada Penggunaan, dimana semakin baik informasi dan layanan dari website dapat mempengaruhi tingkat penggunaan. Kedua, Kualitas Informasi memberikan efek tidak langsung terhadap feedback yang berkaitan dengan informasi pada penggunaan. Jadi Pelindo III Surabaya harus memperhatikan kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, dan manfaat bersih dari segi content, appearance and multimedia, navigation, dan uniqueness.

Abstract

Online shop is a trend in the current era because customers can easily and easily buy the desired product, including the Al-Veera store in Jember. Because of their short operating hours and the small area of their marketing. Besides that they need applications that can provide product recommendations. Product recommendation applications using the Apriori Algorithm can be a solution to this problem. The Priori algorithm is a logic calculation which combines a particular product with other products through transaction history data. Based on the results of testing the Apriori Algorithm on Product Recommendation Applications, which were carried out in 5 stages in a priori the results showed that the Priori Algorithm runs according to the scenario generated from manual calculations. Thus it can be said that the application made is able to help Al-Veera stores in promoting their products

Abstract

Abstract: Engineering Faculty of Wijaya Putra Surabaya University in every semester  hold a final project test. The purpose of this activity as a condition of a student to earn an engineering degree. The process of implementation of the final project in the faculty of engineering experience some obstacles, such as: (1) determination lecturers examiners, (2) final project scheduling, and (3) delivery final project schedule. Some obstacles arise due, because there is no system that can integrate every department, which involved in the implementation of final project. Based on the identification of problems, then it is necessary to design analysis needs stakeholders, to build a web-based information system, which capable of integrating every department. Information systems are built is expected to: (1) to map and recommend areas of expertise lecturer with the theme of final test materials effectively and efficiently, (2) the system is able to perform automatic scheduling based on the schedule of lecturer teaching and academic calendar schedule, and (3) the system is able to publish a schedule to all stakeholders who require. The conclusion from this study, generate design information systems that can reduce obstacles, in implementation a final project test at Engineering Faculty of Wijaya Putra Surabaya University.
