Abstract

Dreamspark is a result of cooperation with Microsoft and Stikom Surabaya since 2001. Dreamspark provides legal softwares owned buy Microsoft which can be freely accese by students. In 2013-2016 legal download software in Dreamspark of 2,07%.One method that can measure behavior user of the technology is the method information technology acceptance model 3 ( tam 3 ). Tam3 is the result of development based on tam1. TAM 3 discusses the reciprocal relationship of invalid constructs (nomological network) determinant of why individuals adopt and use Information Technology (IT). In this study a test method using two measurements and structural methods, After going through two testing and expressed meet the standards can be conducted analysis using shem with the help of the application of SPSS.According to the analysis students received use application Dreamspark based on the mean on descriptive analysis of 2,2852, that it could be students can receive application of dreamspark is in supporting lecture. Variable behavioral intention have had a positive impact to use behavioral having the value estimation largest 0,740 and value of the probability of * * *. Said student get legal software for free lecture to help so as to make pengakses dreamspark could increase up at any time.

Abstract

The process of majors that occur at this time the school is sorting the value of students by eliminating students according to the interests that students have chosen, then the result of the grouping will be compared again with the number of UN are sorted from highest to lowest UN value and will be compared with TPA value and psychotest result. The result of the sorting is the highest value of TPA, interest majors choosing IPA, the number of the highest value of the UN will enter the SCIENCE department in accordance with the remaining IPA class quota will go to the Department of IPS. The student majors have several problems, one of them, it takes 2 weeks to sort the students  grades so that they can exceed the date limit set by the school. Based on the problems, SMA GIKI 2 Surabaya need an application that can support in the process of student classes are timely and accurate using the Simple Additive Weighting method. Based on existing solutions, it will generate a website based student program that can help the BK section manage the data, perform student majors, and report generation.

Abstract

BULOG is a state-owned company engaged in food logistics. Bulog has Sub division regional (Subdivre) which has the task to procure goods domestically to meet the supply of grain / rice in the warehouse. Currently, Subdivre Surabaya Utara has had an application in the procurement of goods, but there are obstacles in the application used. There is no limit on the business partners contract and no warning notification if the data has exceeded the contract. Consequently, the business partners can send the goods exceeding the contract which has been determined. In addition, there is no protection that the business partners can not create a new contract with the same type of sack when the old contract with the same type of sack has not been fulfilled.Based above problems, the authors create an application of procurement that contains the selection of business partners, PJB making, selection of quality, a check on the business partners contract, history of business partnership, SPP making and wanprestasi. It can guarantee the quality of the application of procurement in Subdivre Surabaya Utara to conform to the standard operating procedures (SOP) which has been determined.The application created can produce the required reports which are report of procurement, GD1M report, receipt of goods recapitulation, report on the history of Business Partners, the selection result of Business Partners, sale and purchase agreement, quality report and wanprestasi. The system created can provide detailed information as well as provide more accurate and faster data and report in the procurement of goods (rice / grain). Keywords: Implementation Application, Information, Procurement of goods.

Abstract

Analysis of the influence of the quality of the service of library visitors Satisfaction is much needed in the analysis of improvements to existing questionnaires in Badan Perpustakan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur.Problems in Badan Perpustakan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur is a questionnaire distributed by the Badan Perpustakan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur is still less effective because of the questions that are listed in the questionnaire is still not able to reflect the quality of service in compliance with UU No. 40 Year 2007 regarding the library, so it is still said to be yet can yield measurements better service quality. In addition, the library felt difficulty in knowing what factors can affect the quality of service. Doing so will result in the parties having difficulty in performing the management improvement of the service quality of the library.The solution of the above problems is to improve the content of the questionnaire based on standards used by the library.The analysis provides information in the form of the result of the processing of the questionnaires in the form of information service quality dimensions/factors that impact customer satisfaction. Analysis of results of processing of the questionnaires is the target that will serve the purpose of achieving the level of quality of the existing information systems. Abstract

CV Dua Daya Express is a delivery service company. It’s based in Gresik and delivers things to many areas in Jawa, Bali and Sumatra. The company holds many transactions every month. And by that, the company sends many stuffs to customers by land. Despite of highly activities, CV Dua Daya Express only has two 2-tons-trucks. The company cooperates with another company to support the armada. They make a phone call and specifically give an information about what they currently need to deliver customer’s order. This system doesn’t have an efficiency and takes big effort from the staff. CV Dua Daya Express needs a new system for the effectiveness of delivery service.

Abstract

Education offices at kabupaten sampang madura islands is a institution responsible for on the process academic of the - the agency to the education system in the kabupaten sampang.Work principal and routine day-to-day that is as the agency that administers the educational process done by officials.Among the job is to organize a database institutions - the agency to the education system in it, as admit data, proceeds it and make a report how many schools that are needed and managed.With the tasks many heads government offices must control any performance city official vision, the mission and the purpose company reached.The district education office sampang has some constraints to the process performance evaluation of employees as head of difficulty on the monitoring of the performance employees , the evaluation process that takes time , the assessment results of the not conforming because error input calculations use ms.excel so that assessment the employee not in accordance with of performance and difficulty evaluate the performance of his servants.From trouble was needed application assessment and performance evaluation employees with the methods key performance indicators based on the companys policy so the to simplify the evaluation process performance employees and simplify evaluate the performance of each employee.

Abstract

Abstract: System for recording incoming goods, transfer of goods, and re-filing order goods inventory at the warehouse PT. Telkom Akses Surabaya still using manual systems. The lack of systems that store and archive evidence for a history of the demand for goods. Re-filing goods orders due to inaccurate calculations done using estimates warehouse clerk, inventory resulting void because the goods ordered are yet to come.Need a system that can be used to manage incoming goods, goods out, and re-filing order goods, so inventories of goods in warehouse PT. Telkom Surabaya access can run optimally and not experience emptiness inventory. The system can also print the form of demand for goods that can be used as archival storage.With this system implemented, no longer experienced warehouse inventory vacancy. Reports generated to cleanly and accurately.

Abstract

CV. LanggengJaya is a commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of bottled cooking oil with the brand "Iga Mas". The process of recording the price and the item code is manual. Such actions require recording process repeated thus inhibiting in the sales process receivable collection procedures. CV. CV Langgeng Jaya also has disadvantages in terms of doing the collection of accounts receivable is due. Often there is a delay in collecting receivables to customers who have matured because of the difficulty in finding the data customer receivables. Based on these problems, it is built Design Edible Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya. This application consists of sales, accounts receivable reporting, sales reporting, calculating the cost of goods sold. The results showed that the Design Build Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya can be used to record, merekap sales data and generates nine major reports and the manager can use three invoices printed by part of the sales staff. There is a collection of accounts receivable reminder function that can be used by part of the sales staff to help deal with collection of accounts receivable. Lasting Jaya also has disadvantages in terms of doing the collection of accounts receivable is due. Abstract

Tianjin Sunshine Plastics Co., Ltd. (TSPC) is a manufacturing company that produces plastic. TSPC has 5 types of goods, named Jumbo Roll, Slit Roll each as much as 74 kinds with different thickness and film type, Raw Material as many as 53 kinds, Raw Recycle as much as 5 kinds and 5 kinds of Recycle which stored in multiple storage location. Recording the goods movement is still manually cause information is not integrated so that the goods movement is difficult to know, reporting the latest stock and identification of the goods takes a long time. The company needed a system for recording transactions of goods movement between storage location. The system has been built using a desktop application based on client-server. With this system every movement of goods can be recorded, inventory report and the identification of the goods can be obtained quickly and in real time so that the management can get information of stock of goods real time. From the test results and the implementation of Application for Recording Goods Movement on TSPC can be concluded that the applications created to provide recording the goods movement in an integrated manner and generate reports the latest stock information in real-time, as well as facilitate the identification of goods. Key Words: Good Movement, Stock, Real Time.
