Abstract

Puskesmas Glagah is a health service facility located at Jalan Raya Glagah, No. 61, Kepuh, Bapuh Baru, Lamongan Regency. Drug demand planning has a big impact on the availability of drugs in puskesmas. There is a method that can help health centers plan their drug needs for the coming year, this method is the consumption method. The consumption method is based on pharmaceutical consumption data so it is often used as the most accurate estimate in pharmaceutical supply planning. During its development at the Glagah Puskesmas there were problems, especially in the planning of drug stock supplies. The stockout occurred because in planning the RKO was not monitored and only approved requests from each department of poly, when policemen submitted requests for drugs, they were immediately received by the pharmacy department without monitoring how many drugs were needed in a certain period, causing the business process at the puskesmas to be hampered.Based on these problems, a system that can calculate drug planning is needed so that it can help the health center in minimizing the losses caused by drug vacancies. The results showed that the consumption method was successfully applied to the planning function of drug needs with a comparison of the data for the last 3 years that went well and allowed the health center to control the availability of drug stocks.

Abstract

Basketball game in this StiFest activity has many fans who sign up and is steadily increasing. The game system is used based on the number of teams that register. Scheduling basketball game on StiFest use system Knock Out game (autumn) and a half of competition / group. Scheduling current game, done manually at random by the committee. Abstract

Distribution are economic activity that bridge between production and consumption activity. In order to keep soft drink stock in each outlets, PT. Coca Cola Amatil Surabaya Branch Office do checking and adding stock in each outlets once a week.All this time, distribution officer often to bring back the load to distributor because of amount that they bring are exceed the outlet needs, or the types of goods offered was not fit with outlets needs. Moreover, issue will appear due to track choosing that innefective did by the distribution officer. Evenmore, with chose wrong track, there are possibility that few outles will be missed.One solution to overcome those obstacles are to make web based distribution application for Coca Cola. This web application will be build using PHP language. Through those application, admin can easily monitor distribution process and transaction did every single day. Abstract

Bank Mini is an accounting lab that used as a student financial payments and saving for students and employees of SMK Negeri 1 Sumenep. Bank Mini managing public savings, special savings, and general payment. Problems exist in Bank Mini is the process of recording transactions and financial reporting using a manual process using the books and records of other transactions, which potentially cause recording and accounting calculations errors. The school wants a Bank Mini information systems, but the schools didn’t know and can’t determine the appropriate system needs to be applied to the Bank Mini. The solution offered is to make the analysis and design of Bank Mini information systems that can generate the analysis and design of recording transaction processes, preparing reports accounting, and reporting of transactions. The process of analysis and design of this research includes the step of collecting data through interview and observation, analysis, system design, and evaluation of system design. The results showed that the analysis and system design can explain design of the transaction recording process, the reporting accounting process, and reporting processes used computing based processing, so it can be used as guidelines for implementation of Bank Mini information systems in the future.

Abstract

Part Persoalia PT. Jasamitra Propertindo have HR management tasks include human resource planning, employee recruitment, employee selection, placement and orientation, training and development, performance appraisal, and termination of employment. In the daily implementation of all human resources management tasks created manually. Therefore, the company wants the Human Resource Information System. The obstacles, the current PT. Jasamitra Propertindo not know the needs of the system according to the needs of Personnel.The solution offered is to do a needs analysis and design of Human Resource Information System capable of handling ranging from human resource planning, employee recruitment, selection, training and development, placement and orientation, performance assessment, until the termination of employment with the effective, efficient and accurate.The result of this research is the formulation of system requirements analysis, system design, system design and evaluation. After the evaluation, the draft document human resources information system at PT. Jasamitra Propertindo able to produce systems that help the company in the process of managing the company, especially in the human resources department.

Abstract

The process of nosocomial infection surveillance at the Husada Utama Hospital in Surabaya is still using a manual process. By distributing the surveillance forms every day at around 12:00 WIB to the rooms where inpatients are treated. The problems that occur are as follows: repeated recording from room nurses, IPCN and PPI Units, making special reports that are still manual, and frequent errors in copying data from surveillance forms.               The solution offered in this research is to make a visualization application design for nosocomial infection surveillance, with the problems: conducting surveillance, making special reports addressed to IPCN by providing information on conditions and symptoms of infection through the application, can reduce the recording process that occurs as much as 3 times, and conduct monitoring to monitor infection control at the Husada Utama Hospital in Surabaya.               The results of trials that have been carried out indicate that this application can complete the process of recording surveillance, recording and preparing special reports. PPI Unit is also assisted in the monitoring process by displaying information on surveillance events in the form of charts in the form of charts periodically and real time.

Abstract

Institute for Business and Information Technology, hereinafter referred Stikom Surabaya is one of the private universities. To support the Tri Dharma College Stikom Surabaya has a Research and Community Service (PPM). Constraints existing at the time of submission of the proposal that still use hardcopy, so it takes at the time of assessment because the operator must distribute the proposal which led to the reviewer can not immediately make an assessment. Announcement of the results of the assessment and the schedule operator exposure is done through email one by one from the registration file for support, so the announcement process takes time. Making the report was done by looking at the file registration and assessment unprocessed. Those problems can be solved by the creation of applications that can simplify the submission of proposals to the final report, as well as help improve service to the proposer, reviewer and leadership in conducting administrative activities PPM management. After testing it can be concluded that the applications made to assist and accelerate the process of administrative activities PPM. In addition computerized registration is done so as to reduce the use of paper (paperless) and pelayanaan registration and assessment can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This application provides information about the activity of the faculty in conducting research and community service.

Abstract

RSU Haji Surabaya is a public hospital located in Manyar Kertoadi Street Surabaya of East Java Province Goverment. In the process of defining and grouping there are a lack in doing the steps of definition and grouping. The process of observing and diagnosing problems, inaccuracies in reducing or eliminating the impact of an error problem. The process of resolving the problem is not there is a solution that do if there damage over and over. The process of making management of the problem after done repair did prevention what can be done in order to avoid a similiar problem. So that the impact there is no clarity in doing management of the problem.In the process of repair the document planning, used the standart or best practice Infromation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 (V3) about Service Operation, especially related to the process of the Problem Management. The main focus on the problem management was chosen because it is an activity that is conducted to find out the cause of the problem, problem complete, reduce the risk, and avoid a recurrence of the same problem back on the installation SIMRS.The result of this research were obtained planning document IT problem management 8 Standart Operational Procedure (SOP), 9 (IK) Work Instructions and Work Record 22 (RK).

Abstract

PT. Karunia Hosana merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi silica sand dan silica flour. Proses produksi yang terjadi hanya mengacu pada tanggal pengiriman dan tanggal pemesanan sehingga terjadi keterlambatan realisasi pengiriman dikarekan proses produksi yang tidak terjadwal sesuai dengan kapasitas mesin. Untuk mengejar tanggal pengiriman, bagian produksi melakukan repacking dari tipe barang yang dipesan pelanggan lain yang memiliki spesifikasi yang sama dan memiliki tanggal pengiriman yang lebih lama. Tujuan pembuatan sistem penjadwalan produksi dengan menggunakan metode terbaik adalah agar pengguna mampu menentukan metode penjadwalan sesuai dengan kriteria pengguna dengan nilai bobot yang diinputkan.Dari masalah tersebut, maka dibuatlah sistem penjadwalan produksi dengan membandingkan empat metode penjadwalan yaitu Earliest Due Date, First Come First Server, Shortest Job First, dan Longest Job First. Selain metode-metode tersebut, sistem akan mengakumulasi nilai bobot setiap parameter untuk memilih metode terbaik sesuai kriteria pengguna. Pengguna akan memilih metode sesuai dengan nilai bobot keempat parameter per mesin. Dari pemilihan metode tersebut, sistem akan menjadwalkan pesanan produksi.Hasil uji coba sistem penjadwalan ini dapat diterapkan untuk melakukan proses penjadwalan produksi dan menghasilkan hasil perhitungan metode, jadwal produksi harian, jadwal produksi periode, dan jadwal produksi per kode produksi.Kata kunci: Jadwal Produksi, Metode Penjadwalan, Master Production Schedule
