Abstract

Asri Busana store in the procurement of goods based on consumer interest. Procurement can’t run properly because the information obtained was limited to recapitulation the bill of sale, to determine consumer interest so far only based on the results recapitulation of the bill of sale to see the total units sold of each item. Resulting piled of inventory.From the problems, with the sales turnover of information systems that can be detailed by type of goods, name of goods, brand and size by using the sell-through method can help existing problems. The process of calculating the value of sales turnover of goods is by dividing the sales units with units of Goods Available for Sale .Reporting from the system are reported sales turnover of goods that can be detailed by type of goods, name of goods, brand and size. With a sales turnover information system, can help Asri Busana Stores in planning the purchase of goods.

Abstract

Abstract : Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Wijaya Mojokerto is a container business that is engaged in savings and credit cooperatives. In the development of the cooperative Wijaya it turns out there are some problems caused by the management of transaction data, the difficulty to determine the loan and payment history data member who has paid or not paid. The problem potentially decreased in terms of performance or in terms of reporting on the cooperative Wijaya Mojokerto. So by knowing the problems that exist in cooperatives, savings and loan application implementation in cooperative Wijaya Mojokerto. Savings and loan application is capable of resolving the problems occurred as the management of transaction data, the difficulty to determine the loan and payment history data member who has paid or not paid off and improved performance on the process undertaken by the cooperative. Savings and loan applications can be used to manage and store data transactions made by the cooperative wijaya. This application can also generate reports such as reports of members, voluntary or compulsory savings report, report taking deposits, lending and payment reports reports.

Abstract

LP3I is a non-formal educational institutions, LP3I Surabaya, which is the subsidiary of LP3I Jakarta. LP3I Surabaya was established in 1997 and located on the road Manyar Surabaya. LP3I Surabaya equivalent education Diploma II with a variety of majors. During this time, LP3I difficulty in recapitulation presence of students and lecturer as well as students academic grades. This is because the recapitulation is done one by one from lecturing activities report (LKP) and the attendance of lectures as much as 185 sheets. While recapitulation of students academic grades should be done by selecting one by one by the name of the student with the subjects that followed. Of the existing problems of administrative applications required courses that can help in the process of recapitulation of the presence of students and lecturer as well as students academic grades. Recapitulation of student attendance is used to determine the status of these students in exams, while the lecturers used to determine the presence of Wages (HR) faculty.Based on the results of trials that have been done, the application is successfully assist in the process of recapitulation. This journal discusses the outline of the administration application design lecture at the Institute of Education and Development (LP3I) Surabaya.

Abstract

The Career and Alumni Service Center (PLKA) is a career development center that aims to become a liaison between companies and job seekers, especially those from Undika. PLKA has several work programs to connect companies with job seekers. But at this time, a problem was found, namely the absence of a supporting application that could monitor alumni looking for work or jobseekers (alumni). Based on these problems, in this research, a dashboard system application was made to make it easier for PLKA to monitor jobseekers (alumni). In building a dashboard system application for PLKA using the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The result of this research is that this application can help PLKA find out information related to monitoring the number of alumni applying for job vacancies, the number of applicants based on activities, the number of job vacancies, and the number of graduate competency promotion activities in real-time and can determine the value of the KPI indicator used as a comparison target with actual achievements. In this way, this application can be used as a basis for decision making in higher education management for determining higher education strategies related to career development.Keywords: PLKA, Dashboard System, Monitoring Jobseeker, Alumni

Abstract

PT. Mega Utama Indah is a company engaged in the trading and processing of raw wood into finished wood. The main obstacle faced by PT. Mega Utama Indah now is recording the production process are still done manually such as recording the use of raw materials and auxiliary materials, the use of human labor, the use of the machine, and the use of other costs. All recording is still done by recording into a book.These constraints resulted in companies experiencing difficulties in terms of search data, perform scheduling of engine maintenance, and the difficulty in obtaining information and reports required by the leadership in making decisions for the company, the required application records of production which includes data recording of raw materials, auxiliary materials , human labor, machinery, and other costs.Based on research that has been done, the application can generate reports, such reports raw material usage per order or per month, reports the use of adjuvant per order or per month, reports the use of labor per order or per month, reports the use of machines per order or per month, and report usage fee per order or per month that the company needs to search the data, perform machine maintenance scheduling, and obtain the required information by the leadership in making decisions for the company.

Abstract

This Safirah clinical laboratories in the ministry received a lot of medical tests, but in its information systems are not going well, the medical personnel often face a variety of administrative problems. The problem that often occurs is a problem receiving transactions patient, patient examination transaction, the transaction ordering reagents, reagent revenue transactions in its report that while earnings reports and summary reports doctors. Besides, have not been well integrated inter-section in the clinical laboratory. Based on the above problems, clinical laboratories safirah require an application or system capable of handling administrative problems correctly and quickly. This application is also capable of integrating between the administration and the manager very well. From the results of tests and evaluations that have been done, the system can be built to handle the administration of data processing that has been integrated between the administration and the manager very well and this system can provide regular reports so that managers can make the evaluation of each end of the month or the end of the year. Abstract

PT. Kartika Abadi Jaya Beton is a company that started its production activities of crushing rock metamorphic types and sell them in large and small parties. Currently the company purchased raw materials based on company policy that in one day the rock breaking machine have to process at least 18 tonnes of raw material without any calculation. As a result, the products produced by the raw materials are not able to fulfill customer orders.From the problems it created an information system planning of raw material for production of stone is capable of calculating the amount of raw materials needed every day.Calculation of raw materials using a percentage of stone-crushing machines that it adjusted of customer orders.By using the information system planning raw material for the production of rock that’s capable to calculate raw material each day. The company can use it to buy raw materials in accordance with the needs of the existing order. Information systems planning raw material for the production of stone is also able to display a graphical report on the status of orders, inventory status, receipt of raw materials, production and graphic recap sales reports based on the number of product sales.

Abstract

Rasyid English Course is an English language institutions located in strategic locations Monang-Maning area in Denpasar. Rasyid English Course has students as much as seventy to one hundred new students every period of learning. The registration process is still done by filling in the data of prospective new students on enrollment form. This leads to the storage of data in the book as a record of registration documents often have errors and lost of data prospective new students. In addition, the selection process also has a problem in determining the levels for prospective new students. Then Rasyid English Course are expecting their main website as information media that can handle the registration and selection of new student placement level. The testing results show that the registration application and determination selection the level may help the Rasyid English Course and prospective new students. Applications can support the initial registration process by prospective new students who will eventually show suggestions levels to Rasyid English Course. Finally, the registration application and selection can help determine the level of Rasyid English Course in expanding enrollment information and provide convenience to prospective new students through the website.

Abstract

PT Cahaya Fajar Kaltim is a company engaged in the field of Steam Power (PLTU) resources in East Kalimantan Province. The problem is the Engineering Department has difficulty in evaluating the engine. Problems including recording maintenance of vibration checks have not been computerized so that reports related to recording are often found to be empty, recapitulation related to reports take a long time, and evaluations regarding machine performance cannot be traced in real time. Based on the above problems, the solution needed is an application that can assist the maintenance management process, including recording vibration checks, recording machine maintenance, and visualizing information in the form of dashboards related to engine performance. Based on the evaluation results, the application is able to help record maintenance of vibration checks in a computerized, the report recap can be done quickly, evaluations related to engine performance can be maximized with a dashboard that has machine status notification features, abnormal status engine notifications, and graphical dashboards that check display information in real-time.
