Abstract

Abstract: Masjid Tanwir merupakan salah satu pusat ibadah umat islam di Surabaya, yang memiliki beberapa kegiatan rutin, yaitu meliputi sholat, pengajian dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengurus Masjid Tanwir saat ini adalah dalam proses pencatatan keuangan, pencatatan kehadiran jamaah dalam setiap kegiatan, dan pemberian informasi jadwal kegiatan kepada seluruh jamaah dan pengisi kegiatan masih dilakukan secara manual. Kendala yang dialami tersebut berdampak dalam pengelolaan kegiatan masjid yang kurang maksimal dan pengurus mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan evaluasi. Aplikasi Informasi Kegiatan Masjid Berbasis Web sangat diperlukan pengurus masjid agar pengurus masjid dapat mengatasi kendala dalam mengelola kegiatan masjid tersebut sehingga dalam mengelola kegiatan Masjid Tanwir Surabaya akan lebih maksimal, karena pengelolaan kegiatan masjid harus dilakukan secara cepat dan tepat sebagai salah satu faktor keberhasilan manajemen masjid yang baik. Aplikasi informasi kegiatan masjid yang telah dibuat dapat memberikan informasi kegiatan secara tepat kepada jamaah dan pengisi kegiatan dengan menggunakan sms gateway, serta dapat menghasilkan laporan kehadiran peserta dalam setiap kegiatan dan laporan keuangan masjid sehingga dapat membantu pengurus Masjid Tanwir dalam mengevaluasi tingkat kehadiran dalam setiap kegiatan, dan laporan keuangan masjid secara berkala.  Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Informasi, Kegiatan, Sms Gateway

Abstract

UD Arbain Graphic Surabaya is the printing services of entrepreneurial ventures. The issue that is Production Division is still a difficulty in controlling stock, determine the re-ordering of materials you’ve almost reached the reorder point. Another problem in the process of recording of the purchase note recapitulation not arranged neatly, making owners of difficulty in the payment process and the recording of the purchase to be invalid. The owner of the difficulty in checking the payment of unpaid / debt payments to Supplier, there are several payments made on time the due date it also. Based on the above issues, the required solution is the Application Web-based Production Material Purchases. The application was made may help determine the amount of raw material to back with obvious method i.e reorder point method; can give information materials usage, the notification function can provide raw materials that must be purchased, and give the function notification of payments. Based on the results of the evaluation, the application is able to display a list of purchases that help its Administration and Owner of the logging in the purchase, Production Division can gelp determine the amount of raw material to reorder point method returns, as well as being able to display the purchase notification and payment to help the Administration Division and Owner in giving the warning.Keywords: Purchase, Raw Materials, Reorder Point.

Abstract

Currently many music studios are still using manual ordering in every process of their business, may be practically almost all the studios that exist in Indonesia are still using the manual way, therefore many people are still had difficult way in ordering because the schedule always crashes with the other studio users, Moreover they have to consider the mileage and then they survey the place, studio situations, rooms, tools and prices. Another problem is certainly felt by the studio owner who sometimes confused how to promote their music studio to be known by many people and is not less competitive with other music studios. You can see from the problems above, then we need an application that can bridge between studio owners and users of music studios. So the solution offered is to design an online booking application based Firstudio music crowdsourcing. With the application of Firstudio certainly can help the users of music studios in terms of booking music studio online quickly and accurately. Not only studio users, but studio owners will also benefit, they can promote their music studio on this website, moreover the absence of fees for their studio advertisements.

Abstract

Abstract: RRI Surabaya currently employs a total of more than 100 people consisting of civil servants and regular employees. RRI Surabaya seeks to improve the quality and quantity of work from each employee by conducting performance appraisals. In the performance appraisal which has been done so far, there are some shortcomings, namely: performance appraisal process takes too long and inefficient, no information is available about the performance of each employee in one period, there is no weighted value for each evaluation criteria in SKP evaluation and work behavior evaluation, the evaluation tends to be a subjective one, it is difficult to calculate how much time it takes to complete the work because of the absence of date recording when a task is given and also when the task is completed. To overcome these problems, RRI Surabaya needs a Performance Appraisal Information System using Management by Objective (MBO) Method. With the help of Performance Appraisal Information System using Management by Objective (MBO) Method is expected to produces more valuable informations about performance appraisal results. Keywords: Information System, Performance Appraisal, Management by Objective

Abstract

PT. Ume Sembada Gresik is a company that supplied the field of outsourced labor. The quality of human resources is one of the important factors to improve the productivity of the company's performance. PT. Ume Sembada Gresik strive to improve the quality of the company to conduct an evaluation / assessment of performance in a way that is still manual. Performance appraisal system needs to be developed in the PT. Ume Sembada Gresik so as to assist in the performance appraisal problems. performance appraisal systems in this company are implemented using the Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation (Promethee) as determining the rankings. This method is part of meode Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With Promethee methods, assessment of an employee will be assessed taking into account the differences between the criteria for each employee to another employee. Based on the results of the implementation and testing of systems, employee performance appraisal system on PT. Ume Sembada Gresik to result in any employee performance appraisals faster than manual calculation. These results can be demonstrated by the performance appraisal report. Abstract

PT. Samudera Sarana Logistik Surabaya adalah perusahaan penyedia jasa perawatan dan servis alat transportasi dan logistik yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Samudera Indonesia. Bertempat di JL. Greges Jaya 3, No. 2 - 4 - 6, Greges, Kec. Asemrowo, Surabaya. Salah satu proses bisnis pada perusahaan tersebut adalah dilakukan pencatatan keluar masuk dan pengendalian stok. Barang yang tersimpan sendiri terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) kategori yaitu alat berat, inventaris umum, dan elektronik. Permasalahan dalam melakukan proses pencatatan sering terjadi kehilangan atau kerusakan form maupun bukti PO fisik yang mengakibatkan staff warehouse bekerja dua kali serta tertundanya proses pengajuan pengadaan barang sehingga menimbulkan masalah baru terkait availability barang yang dibutuhkan, dalam proses pencatatan ditemukan adanya masalah dalam pembuatan laporan stok maupun keluar/masuk barang dikarenakan dengan jumlah data yang cukup banyak akan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan tersebut, maka solusi yang diperlukan adalah pembuatan aplikasi pencatatan keluar masuk dan pengendalian stok berbasis website menggunakan safety stock yang merupakan kelebihan Inventory yang diperlukan untuk mengantisipasi ketidakpastian dalam permintaan, lead time, dan perubahan pasokan, baik dari sisi jumlah pasokan stok, kualitas, dan waktu pengiriman barang dari pemasok. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan system development life cycle (SDLC) yang terdapat empat tahapan yaitu communication, planning, construction, dan deployment. Aplikasi ini dapat melakukan proses pengajuan permintaan barang baru, pengajuan restok barang, permintaan barang keluar, peminjaman barang keluar dan pengembalian barang keluar yang juga menghasilkan tiga jenis laporan yaitu laporan masuk, laporan keluar dan laporan stok.

Abstract

Craft and musical instruments made from aegle marmelos are now increasing in demand, from local peoples to foreigners. The large number of enthusiasts causes the demand for craft from aegle marmelos to increase, making aegle marmelos crafters find it difficult to find aegle marmelos raw materials. The difficulty of getting raw materials for aegle marmelos is because aegle marmelos trees are rarely found, this is because the community already considers aegle marmelos as waste so that rarely want to plant aegle marmelos trees. To overcome these problems, the solution that can be given is to create an e-commerce website with the concept of dropshipping. The concept of dropshipping was chosen because researchers as e-commerce owners do not need to stock the aegle marmelos first and without even having to send the aegle marmelos fruit. The results of trials that have been carried out with black box testing are the existence of an e-commerce website with a special concept of dropshipping to sell aegle marmelos that is able to bring together producers and suppliers of aegle marmelos so that it helps crafters obtain information on aegle marmelos for sale and can make purchases of aegle marmelos while suppliers can sell aegle marmelos by confirming stock, withdrawing balances, and obtaining information in the form of a sales report graph.

Abstract

ATM is one of the e-banking services used by banks. Currently, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kediri Branch Office has 123 ATM machines spread across the city and district of Kediri that can be used by customers. Respondents who will be surveyed are bank customers and IT parties as well as ATM managers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kediri Branch Offices. The current ATM display is still a blue screen with white writing and writing. There are several problems experienced by users in operating ATMs from the absence of icons to make it easier for users, the form of display and writing that is less attractive to users, user satisfaction in operating the current ATM display, the suitability of the location of the buttons on the ATM, as well as the ease and understanding of users in operating the ATM.The design sprint method which consists of five stages in this research is expected to provide input for the design of the user interface and user experience in the form of a prototype. After validating using AB Testing, it has been found that prototype A is more chosen with a percentage of seventy-five percent (75%) than prototype B which is only twenty-five percent (25%) so it can be concluded that customers prefer using a more colorful ATM display and added icons so that the contents on the menu can be easily understood by users.

Abstract

PT Syahid Husada Dewata is a company engaged in the marketing and maintenance of laboratory equipment located in Bali. If employees whose performance falls below the performance standard, it can hamper transactions. Currently assessment uses Essay method, carried out by one assessor, performance appraisal if done with one perspective can lead to subjectiveity. Current assessment are still in descriptive making it difficult to rank the employees. The solution implemented to overcome these problems is to create an Employee Performance Appraisal System with the 360 Degree Feedback. The application of the 360 Degree Feedback Method used to increase the point of view of appraisal. In order to make it easier rank employees, it’s necessary to convert a descriptive assessment into a scale. Graphic Rating Scale method is used so that the final results of the assessment can be immediately determined for the best ranking of employees. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a performance appraisal system that can be used to take assessments from parties around the assessed employee. The resulting performance appraisal report can be directly used to rank employees. The resulting system also meets the testing phase and meets the design needs of users.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Telkom Indonesia as a customer-oriented company certainly must understand and know how important customer assessment of services, agencies or organizations. at PT. Telkom Indonesia has a problem that is Telkom Indonesia does not know about the opinions or customer reviews of IndiHome services on websites and social media. At present Telkom Indonesia only knows customer reviews or opinions through complaints directly or via Customer Service (CS) telephone. Based on the existing problems, the solution is obtained in the form of an application that can display customer reviews whether positive or negative. Customer reviews can be processed words / sentences using the text mining method and words / sentences can be classified as positive and negative classes using the naïve Bayes method. From the results of the sentiment analysis research it can be concluded that the sentiment analysis in this study can display a visualization of the results of the sentiment analysis classification in the form of pie charts and produce a sentiment analysis classification as evidenced by 100% function testing, testing calculations with different values with the same classification, and 100% accuracy testing with predictive value / actual value is True Negative (TN). keywords: Sentiment Analysis, Telkom Indonesia, Naïve Bayes, Text Mining.
