Abstract

All countries in the world are experiencing difficult times due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Crises are emerging in the health and economic sectors, including Indonesia. The president requested that this crisis be addressed immediately and should be resolved simultaneously. Various efforts have been made by the government such as conducting PPKM Mikro. PPKM Mikro policy raises the pros-cons of society because of its impact on the economy and is ineffective in reducing daily cases of Covid-19. Public responses and opinions are conveyed through various media, more than 63.6% of total social media users in Indonesia have a Twitter account. Based on this background, this study hopes to use data from Twitter to understand the response and perception of Indonesian people to PPKM Mikro policy, from the prediction results, which can be a benchmark or evaluation material for the government. This study conducted a sentiment analysis by dividing people's responses into positive and negative sentiments using the Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency algorithm for weighting and the Support Vector Machine method for classification. The results of the research that has been done showed the validation results using k-fold cross-validation on the support vector machine has an average cross-validation score of 96.42%. The test results showed an accuracy of 97.13%, precision of 97.58%, and recall of 99.15%. The overall percentage of sentiment analysis is for negative 12.8% and for positive 87.2%.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has very many production machines. Then there is a need for maintenance by overhauling. In the Planning Preparation Overhaul process that is used today uses the Microsoft Excel application that causes incomplete information to be available about the calculation of the overall percentage amount and the progress of Spare Parts, Fabrication, and Man Power.Of the things PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk wants to implement a Planning Preparation Overhaul system on website-based Production Machines. In Planning Preparation systems can integrate between system users according to their individual needs, provide information about the Planning Preparation progress and automatically calculate the current progress percentage according to the input given.Based on the results of the planning preparation overhaul machine production system with the Department of ICT and Management Service Development Staff of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the results can facilitate the calculation of the total percentage of input progress list preparation, and the detailed information contained in the progress list preparation, as well as recording electronic planning Preparation Overhaul history to minimize the risk of losing data in the Planning Preparation process.Keyword: Website, planning preparation, production machinery, overhauls.

Abstract

Dinamika University is one of the IT and Business-based campuses located in the city of Surabaya. Dinamika University has 8 departments totaling 1,409 students. Students have experienced stress when facing problems that cannot be solved independently. Solving problems for students also cannot be done instantly, it is necessary to understand yourself in the phase of change that will be passed, which phase also indirectly affects each individual with different stress levels. In addition, these student characteristics are also relevant in measuring learning motivation and learning independence. The solution given is to create a student personality determination system using the MBTI to help identify personality types and to use the Goal Directed Design method to design a system based on user goals. The results of the usability testing evaluation show that the user has successfully completed the given task, and the results of the questionnaire based on the System Usability Scale get an average final score of 80 which is included in the grade A- category, which means that the user assesses the system as good (adjective) and acceptable. (acceptable) and users will recommend this system to others because users already have knowledge and experience in using technology (Net Promoter Score).

Abstract

In developing competent teachers, a transparent performance appraisal program is needed for the professional and career development of teachers that can improve the quality of their performance on an ongoing basis. The current condition in the process of evaluating teacher performance at Ketabang I Surabaya Elementary School from the results of interviews with the teacher as a resource is that the assessment process does not have fixed parameters and criteria so the performance appraisal process varies each year. Currently the teacher cannot see in realtime the performance appraisal process that is running and the teacher cannot know the ranking of teacher performance results for the current period or the previous period. Based on the above problems, a solution that can help the performance appraisal process is to build a website-based teacher performance appraisal application according to the parameters or criteria using an assessment process based on the Directorate General of National Education Ministry of Education and Culture Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) In knowing the ranking of teacher assessment results, the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity o Ideal Solution) method is used, which is one of the Decision Making System (DSS) methods. With this Website-Based Teacher Performance Appraisal Application Using the Topsis Method, teachers can see the ranking directly on the dashboard for each assessment period carried out to maximize performance in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Talentku is one of the startups in the field of talent services as a media liaison for students who have talent academic and non-academic talent with seekers. There are currently no application providers of all types of talent services in the education environment, so some talent service seekers have difficulty finding all types of talent. In the talent search process, the data displayed in the system does not match the keywords entered by the user so the user must fill in the talent category and must think of the right keywords so that the data appears according to what is needed. The solution for this problem is the Implementation of Jaro-Winkler's Algorithm Application to Search Talent Services at Startup Talentku Using Website-Based Crowdsourcing Concepts. Jaro-Winkler's algorithm in the search system and the concept of crowdsourcing within the Scrum framework can help talent seekers hire talent services. The results showed that the availability of talent service applications in the educational environment, as a bridge between talent service seekers and talent owners in ordering talent services with the concept of crowdsourcing. Abstract

Hokky Petshop is a place of business engaged in the sale of pet food and accessories. Hokky Petshop is located on Jalan Kebo Iwa Utara number 12 Denpasar, Bali. Hokky Petshop sells products in the form of food and animal accessories. So far, marketing has been done through existing social media. The problem faced is that the sales department has difficulty if the goods that are of interest to customers are not found, because the sales department must find the amount of inventory in the inventory book. This results in the customer having to wait for five (5) minutes. Another problem is that the sales department has difficulty in making monthly reports because sales notes are often tucked away. This results in a mismatch of sales reports with records of goods that come out each month. The next problem is that so far the reports submitted to the owners are only limited to monthly sales reports, so the owners have to calculate their own comparison of the number of monthly sales and sort out which food products are the best-selling. Based on these problems, an application for selling food and animal accessories was made that can solve problems at Hokky Petshop. The application is made web-based because the owner can view sales reports in real-time and can help the petshop to record sales transactions stored in the system, display sales comparisons each month and can find out which products are the bestsellers. Based on the test results, the application that has been made can be used by store owners in managing sales data, and goods data. Store owners can also find out which products have the highest and lowest sales and create product sales reports, which can be used to search for monthly sales reports. There are notifications regarding remaining stock, product expiration periods and also comparison charts that can help shop owners find out the comparison of product sales from the previous month. Keywords: Hokky Petshop, Sales Application, Website

Abstract

PT Inmaksindo Infiniti Graha is a real estate company in Surabaya and has a website, namely https://www.inmaxproperty.com. The website is used for the process of buying and renting property, users of the INMAX Property website are people who are looking for property to buy or rent. The problem is when users who want to buy property access the website there are several problems, such as inadequate information, there is a lack of filters in the search feature, no login and register features, and no agent scheduling and indent property features. From these problems, evaluation is carried out using the Heuristic Evaluation method consisting of 10 principles, namely Visibility of system status, Match between system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standards, Error prevention, Recognition rather than recall, Flexibility and efficiency of use, Aesthetic and minimalist design, help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors, Help and documentation. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that there were improvements in the indicators of Consistency and Standards, Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, and Help and Documentation. Therefore, a redesign was carried out with the Double Diamond model with the steps Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver. Based on the results of the redesign that have been evaluated, it is found that the display indicator of the KPR simulation on the principle of Consistency and Standards which was previously 1.90 (respondents disagreed) after the redesign increased to 2.73 (respondents agreed). Meanwhile, the Email Agent button is available to discuss the property on the principle of Flexibility and Efficiency of Use before redesigning the mean is 2.43 (respondents disagree) after redesign it increases to a mean of 3.03 (respondents agree). Whereas in the indicator there is a contact us feature to make it easier for users who want to ask about the desired property in the Help and Documentation principle before redesigning the mean 2.47 (respondents disagree) after redesign it increases to mean 3.30 (respondents agree). For other principles, there is no need for improvement because the respondent agrees with the existing design.

Abstract

Apotek Deltasari Sidoarjo is a pharmacy that is developing and developing in the drug trade or pharmacy sector for people who have health problems. This pharmacy also serves the purchase of medicines both from prescription and non-prescription. The business process includes purchasing, drug inventory, and selling. All business processes are still carried out manually, such as recording inventory data, buying and selling are still carried out in books. As a result, many things occur in pharmacy operational problems such as unserved customer demand due to drug supplies. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can help pharmacy operations, which includes processing data on supplies, purchases and sales. From the test results, the application that has been made can help process inventory data and process data on receipt of purchased goods, make it easier to manage stock, assist in the sales process, help control drug stocks that must be provided, and can produce stock reports and sales recaps from business processes. who runs the pharmacy.

Abstract

The Career and Alumni Service Center (PLKA) is a career development center that aims to become a liaison between companies and job seekers, especially those from Undika. PLKA has several work programs to connect companies with job seekers. But at this time, a problem was found, namely the absence of a supporting application that could monitor alumni looking for work or jobseekers (alumni). Based on these problems, in this research, a dashboard system application was made to make it easier for PLKA to monitor jobseekers (alumni). In building a dashboard system application for PLKA using the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The result of this research is that this application can help PLKA find out information related to monitoring the number of alumni applying for job vacancies, the number of applicants based on activities, the number of job vacancies, and the number of graduate competency promotion activities in real-time and can determine the value of the KPI indicator used as a comparison target with actual achievements. Abstract

The Tjoekir Sugar Factory is a subsidiary of the company of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X with its main business being the production of sugar which is located on the road of Irian Jaya, Cukir, Jombang, East Java. The Tjoekir Sugar Factory has 206 employees. every year the employee has a performance appraisal to find out the performance of each employee. Measuring employee performance is done in each unit by using the key performance indicator method. The assessment has several problems, one of which is the result of an inaccurate calculation of employee performance appraisal, so the human resources must re-calculate to justify the calculation. Based on the existing problems, the Tjoekir Sugar Factory requires a performance appraisal application using the key performance indicator method that can support the performance appraisal process of the Tjoekir Sugar Factory employee. The developed application can help several units (human, plant, processing, installation, financial, general resources and quality control) in the performance appraisal process. The design of employee performance appraisal applications developed can help the general manager, managers, assistant managers and young assistants in the process of data processing, assessing and evaluating appraisals and making employee performance appraisal reports.
