Abstract

UMKM Batu Cincin Mandiri terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses penjualan produk yang mengakibatkan penurunan omset. Proses bisnis yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Batu Cincin pada saat ini adalah menerima pemesanan batu cincin yang dipilih oleh pelanggan, ketika batu cincin yang dipesan tersebut sudah tersedia maka dapat dilakukan pembayaran secara lunas, apabila barang tidak tersedia maka pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan dengan memberikan uang muka terlebih dahulu, setelah barang sudah tersedia pelanggan dapat melakukan pembayaran secara lunas. Adanya pandemi covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia pada bulan Maret 2020 menyebabkan penurunan omset penjualan pada UMKM Batu Cincin, dikarenakan pada saat ini tidak memungkinkan bagi pelanggan untuk datang langsung ke toko dan dengan adanya penerapan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) oleh pemerintah mengakibatkan berkurangnya jam operasional usaha dan lambatnya saluran distribusi.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, UMKM Batu Cincin Mandiri membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi e-commerce yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan serta dapat menjangkau wilayah pemasaran yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi e-commerce berbasis website yang dapat mengelola data, melakukan proses penjualan, dan pembuatan laporan.

Abstract

CV Delta Raya is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of indoor type furniture, both for home and office purposes. CV Delta Raya has several problems, including investments that do not support business objectives, lack of control over meeting IS / IT needs, never do IS / IT planning for the future, and do not have good information management. With the current problems that exist, CV Delta Raya needs to carry out System and Information Technology Strategic Planning. System and Information Technology strategic planning will be based on the Ward and Peppard method, in the process it will do planning based on business needs, which will produce the company's business strategy, Business IS Strategies that produce SI solutions for the company's business strategy, IS / IT Management Strategies to form resources that competent in carrying out strategic planning projects, IT Strategy that produces infrastructure and platforms so that business solutions can run optimally and Future Application Portfolios that will be a reference in future Information Systems and Technology development so that information systems and technology can improve processing company information and provide better service for company partners.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia since 2020. The need for emergency treatment is increasingly difficult to obtain when there is a spike in cases. The needs are COVID medicine, oxygen, blood plasma, hospital/isolation site/health center, and ambulance. A lot of time was wasted when looking at the needs from one place to another, this makes people confused about finding their needs. Even though this need must be met immediately because it is related to a person's life and some information systems already exist, such as SIRANAP and FarmaPlus, however, the system for handling COVID-19 is still not integrated and incomplete. Utilization of information system could overcome this problem by processing existing and integrated data, of course, a web-based application (Web App) could be developed that could accommodate the necessary information,The application named Siaga Covid. SiagaCovid was equipped with the Haversine method, Haversine method could be used to find the distance between points, and determine the closest distance where they could get the emergency COVID-19 treatment they need. From the design and development of SiagaCovid, the results obtained from this research were the Haversine method could determine the distance between user and service providers and sorted by the closest distance to the user with high accuracy that could help the community get COVID emergency needs quickly in the application, they could get information about the availability of products and services, or about information of the service itself.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Sidoarjo which is one of the favourite schools in the district. When implementing online learning, SMAN 1 Sidoarjo has not used an e-learning platform so it uses many existing platforms such as google classrooms, so students and teachers need to open many platforms, and the UI design e-learning on platforms does not motivate students, causing bored. Because the design user interface in e-learning is an important element for creating virtual-based learning so it is necessary to have a design analysis before building e-learning. The TCSD method is used for the design analysis stage, so that the results are in prototype accordance with the process task and the display results are in accordance with the results of the user persona. Usability heuristic is used to test whether the results prototype are running according to the task with a display that is acceptable to the user. The prototype has been compiled and evaluated, using the evaluation heuristic the SR value for each aspect is obtained with an average of 0.822 rounded to 1, so that the result is in the category cosmetic which means there is a problem but no improvement is needed unless there is still time for processing.

Abstract

Baitul Hasanah Youth Mosque located on Asem Jajar Street, Tembok Dukuh Sub-District, Bubutan Sub-District, Surabaya City has several activities that are often carried out to study Islamic studies, sholawatan and khotmil quran. In the assessment activities, a reduction in the number of assumptions taken as a learning process is carried out. Mosque youth administrators want to bind members to keep getting religious knowledge every time they receive information technology assistance. This research is designed to create a Mobile Learning application that allows users to access learning content without being asked by place and place.Mobile Learning that will be built using the concept so that learning can be done every day with more interesting and motivating applications to do something that can be done to carry out these activities. The data source used in this study was canceled 10 user accounts that have been registered and email verified. Based on the results of trials on each function in the system shows that the application of learning by applying the concept of gamification to the Baitul hasanah mosque youth has been going very well and the results are in accordance with the system design.

Abstract

In order to achieve the company's business objectives, namely the distribution of sea transportation between islands throughout Indonesia and contribute economically and socially to the country and include the wider community with middle to lower economic class. PT Dharma Lautan Utama provides the DLU Ferry website with the address tiket.dlu.co.id. Based on the results of interviews with the IT/EDP Division and supported by the results of questionnaires based on the System Usability Scale (SUS) method for customers, it is known that the DLU Ferry website has a "Good" rating with a score of 52.3. From these results, an evaluation and design of a new website display was carried out to improve usability by using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The design process uses a wireframe and produces a prototype. The results of the UI/UX design have succeeded in producing 6 main needs, namely the home page, login, account registration, ticket reservation, my order, and profile. The initial and final evaluation uses a usability scale system with the calculation of the SUS score, the color scheme for the prototype display is inspired by the basic colors of the PT DLU logo, namely blue, light blue, and red. For the contents of the content, menus, and buttons use the “Mulish” font, while for the motto text use the “Sarina” font. The results of the design are then carried out a final evaluation to determine the increase in website usability with an average SUS score of 82.7 with an "Excellent" rating, which means that the website looks better and meets customer needs.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan perekrutan karyawan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah proses penilaian calon karyawan. Proses penilaian calon karyawan akan menggunakan metode fuzzy tsukamoto, Metode ini merupakan suatu metode pengambilan keputusan yang melibatkan nilai privasi atau nilai preferensi dari calon karyawan tersebut dengan cara menginput beberapa data dari kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh suatu perusahaan tertentu. Aplikasi sistem ini dibuat sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan calon karyawan terbaik berdasarkan nilai variabel-variabel yang sudah ditetapkan oleh manajemen perusahaan. Abstract

PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa Demands for goods (sales) is the driving factor of a company. If the company can meet customer demand well, then the company can run well. The company should be able to provide the goods for sale of the next period. PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa is a distributor of Lang Balm that provides three kinds of balsam, namely 10gram, 20gram, and 40gram. PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa serves 1500 stores with detail of 225 wholesalers, 450 semi wholesalers (self-service), and 825 retail. With a considerable demand scale, the company has problems in determining the number of products (goods) for the next period of sales. By using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, it is expected to build an application that can predict the demand for goods at PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa. The algorithm used in forecasting is the simple averages method. Simple averages use a number of new demand actual data to generate forecast values for future requests". This method is effectively applied if it is assumed that market demand data on the product will remain stable at all times. This method has two special properties, namely to make forcasting require historical data in a certain period of time, the longer the moving average will create a smoother moving average. This study used balsam product data in the period January 2015 to July 2020. So the results obtained for the next month are Rp.62.471.022.0 for balsam products 10gram, Rp. 112.705.696.5 for balsam products 20gram, and Rp. 18.889.530.9 for balsam products 40gram. Keywords: Balsam, Sales, Forecasting

Abstract

PT. Lautan Berlian Nusantara is Shipping Marketing in the field of Maintenance, Supplier and as a partner of the Main Command (KOTAMA). Main Command (KOTAMA) is an area divided according to the Indonesian Navy's National Army (TNI AL), the region is the western and eastern regions where the area is divided into the Navy Material Agency (Dismatal) and the Ship Maintenance Agency (Disharkap). PT. Lautan Berlian Nusantara is engaged in construction services and ship engine repair and provides spare parts. PT. Lautan Berlian Nusantara, to get a job first, will auction the parties concerned, after that it will make a contract with the parties concerned. each work contract has some work that must be completed by PT. Lautan Berlian Nusantara, currently from every monitoring and controlling work that is in the work contract is still in the form of recording using Microsoft Excel application. As a result, it causes delays in information, with the delay in information becoming a problem in every process of contract work undertaken. Based on these problems, the solution given will be made monitoring and controlling applications to monitor each process of contract work carried out. The test results show that the application built to support the work contract work process can monitor every process of contract work being carried out. keywords: application, shipping, employment contract.

Abstract

Dinamika University library has an online catalog to search for books. to determine the category / class referring to the ddc23 book takes approximately 3 to 10 minutes. the problem that exists is that the library manager has difficulty determining the appropriate category because the determination of the category is not fast enough. the purpose of this research is to produce a book category classification system with the naïve bayes classifier algorithm (case study: undika library) to determine classification quickly and improve the suitability of book categories. naïve bayes classifier is a method used for classification in which the process is divided into two stages, namely the learning stage and the testing phase. classification uses class 000 of ddc23, where the data is divided into 311 training data and 78 testing data and the results of the accuracy test are 73% which shows the naïve bayes classifier algorithm can be used as an algorithm for classifying book categories because of its high accuracy. the level of testing accuracy is influenced by the large amount of training data and the category dictionary used. Classification of categories is done in a faster time with the system only takes 24 seconds 39 milliseconds.
