Abstract

SMA Barunawati Surabaya is a senior secondary or vocational education institution that was founded in 1983 and is located on Jalan Raya Perak Barat 173 Surabaya. At SMA Barunawati there are 2 (two) Class Departments, namely the Natural Science Class (IPA) and the Social Science Class (IPS), with details of each level, among others, Class X (Ten) with a total of 8 (Eight) classes with details of IPA Class as many as 4 (Four) Classes and Social Class as many as 4 Classes, Eleven (XI) Classes as many as 7 (Seven) Classes with 4 (four) Classes and Social Sciences Class as many as 3 (Three) Classes, XII Class (Twelve) as many as 6 (six) classes with details of 3 (three) classes of science class and 3 (three) classes of social science. In admitting new students, SMA Barunawati will record student data in the Buku Induk.To solve this problem, Buku Induk application system is needed. This system will be made web-based which is easier to access so that the school can use the application as needed. The results of this study are in the form of BBuku Induk application system for SMA Barunawati Surabaya students that has been tested so that the Administration section can be helped in carrying out the activities of the main book process. In addition, this application is also a place to back up student data, as well as generate student masterbook data dynamically and where it can make changing student data easier.

Abstract

The process of majors that occur at this time the school is sorting the value of students by eliminating students according to the interests that students have chosen, then the result of the grouping will be compared again with the number of UN are sorted from highest to lowest UN value and will be compared with TPA value and psychotest result. The result of the sorting is the highest value of TPA, interest majors choosing IPA, the number of the highest value of the UN will enter the SCIENCE department in accordance with the remaining IPA class quota will go to the Department of IPS. The student majors have several problems, one of them, it takes 2 weeks to sort the students  grades so that they can exceed the date limit set by the school. Based on the problems, SMA GIKI 2 Surabaya need an application that can support in the process of student classes are timely and accurate using the Simple Additive Weighting method. Based on existing solutions, it will generate a website based student program that can help the BK section manage the data, perform student majors, and report generation.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 20 Surabaya is one of the State Junior High Schools in Surabaya. This school has several subjects, one of which is Javanese which is a local content subject that must be in school. The school has several problems, namely student learning outcomes are unsatisfactory, many students do not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) during exams, students tend to be passive, not a few students do not pay attention when the teaching and learning process takes place. . The solution applied to overcome this problem is to create an Android-Based Android-Based Java Script Learning Application for Middle School VIII with the Gamification Method used to facilitate student learning. The application has 3 users, namely the admin who can operate all the features, the teacher conducts an assessment, uploads material and creates questions, and students answer questions. Based on the test results using the usability scale system, the Grade Scale "B = Excellent" with a score of 82 can be concluded. It can be concluded that the assessment related to the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) system can be categorized as a User Friendly system.

Abstract

Nutritional installation at Jemursari Surabaya Islamic Hospital is responsible for serving the nutritional needs of patients. Two problems faced in this process, namely inaccuracy in the procurement of planned food and raw materials and errors in the calculation of food raw materials. These problems cause damage to the raw materials because of excess stock or affect the production process because the raw materials are not available. The solution to the problem above with embedding Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method on the application so that it can automatically calculate raw material planning used the Lot-For-Lot technique. This application was developed using the SDLC method. It can be concluded that this study has produce application can run appropriately according to its function.  It is based on the test results to reach 96.87%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various aspects of life, also has an impact on education. The Government has replaced the learning system, which should have been face-to-face directly to online. It makes students difficult to digest the information conveyed by the lecturer. With online learning, students find it difficult to find out the lecturer's busy schedule, and find it difficult to find the right time to contact the lecturer. Based on these problems, the author proposes a solution in the form of a startup find lecturer idea, this startup idea requires validation from the user to find out whether this startup is feasible or not. This startup find lecturer idea can provide facilities that can make it easier for students to contact lecturers. There are features for students who are undergoing final assignments, practical work, communication with guardian lecturers, lecturer schedules, announcement boards and status, as well as a list of lecturers for other purposes such as the interests of campus organizations. The validation of the startup idea of finding lecturers is carried out using the design thinking method and testing is carried out using the Usability Scale System. The display of the prototype presented as a result of the idea created has been tested on dynamic university students, resulting in an average System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 79.9 which means that the prototype containing the startup idea is acceptable with a percentile range of 85-95.

Abstract

PT. Pelindo Marine Service atau biasa disebut PT PMS merupakan salah satu BUMN yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Pelindo III (Persero). PT PMS bergerak dibidang jasa kepelabuhanan, salah satu jasanya adalah layanan Sarana Bantu Pelayanan Pemanduan (SBPP) yang meliputi layanan pemanduan dan layanan pemenuhan kebutuhan kapal. Dalam melaksanakan layanan tersebut, PT PMS memerlukan layanan administrasi yang dapat mencatat segala aktivitas yang ada pada layanan SBPP. Layanan administrasi yang dilakukan masih belum dapat terintegrasi dengan bagian/divisi terkait. Akibatnya proses pengerjaan administrasi menjadi lama karena penghitungan tagihan-tagihan tersebut masih manual. Maka dari itu, solusi yang didapatkan berupa sebuah sistem layanan administrasi SBPP. Layanan administrasi SBPP meliputi pelayanan pemanduan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan kapal yang dapat terotomatisasi penghitungan tagihan dan menerbitkan invoice secara langsung. Sistem dapat terintegrasi dengan bagian/divisi terkait sehingga lebih mudah dalam mengerjakan tugasnya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Dari hasil sistem layanan administrasi SBPP dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat melakukan penghitungan tagihan secara otomatis dari pengajuan layanan SBPP hingga menerbitkan invoice.

Abstract

With the increasing number of gadgets and other online media, it is possible for consumers to provide reviews of services in the form of comments and opinions. In Appgrooves only assess by rating, but sometimes the rating is not enough to show consumers' responses to the services they get. From these problems, sentiment analysis is needed to classify user reviews based on positive and negative sentiments. In this study using the K-Nearest Neighbor method to classify negative and positive reviews. The reason for using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is because the level of accuracy is good and effective when used on training data which is large and contains information that is less or not meaningful (noisy). Based on the validity test using 10-Fold Cross Validation, the accuracy for Hotels.com is 94.55%, for Booking.com is 87.58%, and for Agoda.com is 98.83%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak has had a significant impact on health and economic sectors. The Government has been working to solve the problems, one of which is by procuring the COVID-19 vaccine.  The provision of COVID-19 vaccine aims to reduce the transmission of coronavirus, lower the rate of pain and death, achieve herd immunity. But in the midst of the birth of the COVID-19 vaccine, there are pros and cons in the community. Some support vaccines, and others doubt the effectiveness and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine. Some of them even rejected vaccines even though the government gave vaccines for free.  The public gave their responses and opinions in various media. One of the media that is always  updated about various developments is online news. Online news contains responses and public opinion both negative and positive related to a topic. In order for vaccination to run optimally, the government needs to consider various inputs, among others, by looking at how the response and public opinion to the vaccination discourse,so that the government can evaluate and determine the next strategy related to education and socialization about the COVID-19 vaccine to    the  community. The result of evaluation F1 score is 88.37%,  accuracy score 82.76%, precision score 79.17%, and  recall 100%. Pie chart shows the percentage result of positive sentiment worth 70% and negative worth 30% of the overall data.

Abstract

E-Rapor is a web-based academic information system application from the Education Officewhich has been around since 2016 with the aim of providing academic information to students. In the web version of the E-Report Card, there is no notification when the value has been entered by teacher. Apart from the absence of an E-Report Card notification, the current web version still looks ambiguous causing reduced interest in using the web version of the E-Report Card application. With problems above, then in this study a prototype will be made on the E-Report card based application mobile which has been adapted for users who have busy activities later.

Abstract

PT Damarjati Sentono Putro adalah perusahaan yang berdiri diawal tahun 2018, bergerak dibidang pengelola dan penyedia jasa parkir yang lebih dikenal dengan brand Damartana. PT Damarjati Sentono Putro juga membuat dan mengelola aplikasi parking system secara mandiri, diantaranya aplikasi parkir masuk, parkir keluar, dan admin. Dibeberapa lokasi yang telah dikelola sudah terpasang alat pendukung berupa  Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) dan Virtual Protocol Network (VPN) yang digunakan untuk memudahkan proses pengawasan lokasi parkir dan memudahkan untuk melakukan proses validasi pendapatan. Permasalahan yang saat ini terjadi adalah dari 12 lokasi yang sudah dikelola oleh PT Damarjati Sentono Putro dalam pengolahan data pendapatan parkir ini masih dilakukan dengan Microsoft Excel yang dimana hasil informasi dari pengolahan data pendapatan parkir sehingga menjadi sebuah informasi yang akan dikirimkan kepada kantor pusat dan manager kantor area memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka solusi yang diberikan adalah membuat sebuah Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Pendapatan Parkir Dengan Metode Statistik Deskriptif Berbasis Website Pada PT Damarjati Sentono Putro. Hasil uji coba aplikasi Pengolahan Data Pendapatan Parkir berbasis website menggunakan black box testing berhasil 100% yang dapat membantu penyampaian informasi data pendapatan kepada manager area maupun kantor pusat secara real time dan berkala dari tiap-tiap lokasi yang dikelola dimanapun berada sehingga dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi terkait pengembangan lokasi parkir yang dikelola.
