Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Artha Bodhi Iswara Surabaya (STIKES ABI) right now is using the website to carry out learning activities, and registration activities. The STIKES ABI website has been created since 2016 and has made many changes every year. The problem with the STIKES ABI website is that the number of visitors has recently decreased. The average number of visitors is 77 per month. Since the beginning of using the STIKES ABI website, there has never been an evaluation of its success. Therefore, in this research, an analysis of the success of services on the STIKES ABI Surabaya website was carried out using the Delone and McLean models which consisted of information quality variables, system quality and service quality as independent variables and usage variables, user satisfaction variables and net benefit variables as dependent variables. This research used 151 samples consisting of 62 active STIKES ABI college students and 89 general society including new students candidate. According to the results of descriptive analysis, obtained the average value of each variable. For the system quality variable obtained an average of 3,54 which means nearly good, for the information quality is 3,62 which means nearly good, for the service quality is 3,51 which means nearly good, for the usage is 3,42 which means good enough, for the user satisfaction is 3,57 users which means nearly good, and the net benefit is 3,61 which means nearly good. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis according to the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method showed that the value of the system quality variable that affected the user satisfaction variable by 43,18%, the quality variable had affected the user satisfaction variable by 31,73%, the user satisfaction variable had affected on the usage variable by 45,39% and the user satisfaction variable had affected on the net benefit by 48,77%. Based on the results of this affection, it shows that STIKES ABI Surabaya must improve the system quality and service quality so that is useful to increase user satisfaction of STIKES ABI website. So it can be useful to increase the number of website visitors.

Abstract

CV. Merpati Buana Lestari Surabaya sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengurusan perizinan ekspor impor, kepada perusahaan lain yang menginginkan proses administrasi pengiriman atau pengeluaran barang dari pelabuhan bongkar muat yang berhubungan dengan kepabeanan dan administrasi pemerintahan. Pada CV. Merpati Buana Lestari Surabaya memiliki proses bisnis diantaranya layanan kirim dan terima berkas dokumen perjanjian ekspor dan impor yang berperan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan akan informasi dan data untuk pengolahan dokumen. Pentingnya informasi yang dimiliki membuat keamanan informasi itu perlu untuk dilakukan. Nilai sebuah informasi menyebabkan seringkali informasi hanya boleh diakses oleh orang-orang tertentu. Kondisi saat ini, masih terjadi kurangnya penanganan keamanan informasi sehingga masih menimbulkan Threat (Ancaman) dan Vulnerable (Kelemahan) yang mengakibatkan target tidak terpenuhi dan mempengaruhi Confidentiality (Kerahasiaan), Integrity (Keutuhan) dan Avaibility (Ketersediaan) yang akan berdampak pada Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Dengan demikian penelitian perencanaan sistem manajemen keamanan informasi ini akan menghasilkan dukungan dalam pengendalian kemanan informasi berdasarkan Confidentiality (Kerahasiaan), Integrity (Keutuhan) dan Avaibility (Ketersediaan) adalah menyusun dokumen pengelolaan risiko terkait dengan keamanan informasi dan pembuatan dokumen SOP (Standar Opertional Procedure) yang bertujuan sebagai landasan acuan kerja dan standarisasi dalam mengatur banyaknya karyawan yang menggunakan atau membuat proses bisnis yang berjalan pada lebih terstruktur  dan juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas keamanan informasi yang ada.

Abstract

Swan Regency Housing is a housing estate located in Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java. In Swan Regency Housing there are also several RT and RW who manage and supervise the community in Swan Regency Housing. Therefore, there are also various policies that have been previously offered for the welfare of the surrounding community, for example there are various dues for cleanliness, security, community facilities and for village inventory equipment. Therefore ideally there will be one person who will take care of all things financially commonly referred to as treasurer. In general the treasurer is the one who takes care of all the money in and out. According to (PERDA KAB. SIDOARJO No. 11, 2002) Regional Financial Management is carried out in an orderly manner, complying with the prevailing Laws, efficient, effective, transparent and responsible by taking into account the principles of fairness and propriety. However, in the implementation of financial management in Swan Regency Housing has not been transparent, causing various problems such as residents wondering about the money that has been paid, as well as the many questions about finances when the village meeting is being held.With the problems described above, the solution offered to solve the problem is the making of a mobile-based RT/RW information system that is expected to solve the problem that has been described. The app is also expected to be easy to access, therefore a popular and widely used mobile selection is chosen for this app. In this app there is also a financial report feature so that the public knows all the money that has been paid is used for what directly. The report feature is also intended to make it easier for the treasurer to create the desired report.Based on the results of the trial can show that the application can help financial management activities and residents, the quick and easy access of this application, and the ease of the creation of RT and RW financial reports on Swan Regency Housing.

Abstract

CV. Nusantara Services Electronics is a company electronic services in fulfilling the needs of consumer support. Problems arising in this integrated information need by the parties-related parties in the recapitulation of employee payroll. The effects caused by payroll system are not integrated in the system that is the occurrence of data buildup that causes employee salaries to experience delays in payment.Based on the problem above, it is made to be designed to build payroll employee application that can produce the calculation of presences, employee debts, allowances, BPJS, PPh 21, and net salary to complete and facilitate the related parties Paying employee salaries.The system generates recap attendance information, loan recording, and processing of tax, salary and Bpjs calculations that can be used to assist the company in paying employee salaries.

Abstract

The development of e-business has led to the emergence of a new business model, namely Financial Technology, which helps the public to be able to obtain financial transaction services quickly and easily. However, not many companies know how to design the right business model, especially fintech. Therefore, this research was conducted to design a financial technology business model using a business model canvas based on the consumption values of a case study of OVO application users in the city of Surabaya. The Business Model Canvas has 9 elements to be used, namely Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships and Cost Structure, while the Consumption Value has 5 elements to be used, namely Functional Value, Social Values, Emotional Values, Epistemic Values, and Conditional Values. In this study, OVO is used as an object of research because it is one of the most successful fintechs in Indonesia. The sample in this study used Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents and the technique for analysing the data used SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The results showed that Functional Value significant all nine elements in BMC, while Social Value significant Channels, Emotional Value significant Key Resources and Key Activities, Epistemic Value significant Channels and Customer Relationships, Conditional Value significant Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Key Resources and Key Partnerships.

Abstract

PAMURBAYA area is expected to be a place or means of learning for the community and also as a mangrove conservation activity so that the community can know the importance of conserving mangrove forests for the city of Surabaya. There are several ways of the process of delivering information about the importance of mangroves for the city which is currently run by the manager of PAMURBAYA wiasata areas such as the existence of information space in the PAMURBAYA area, there is also a learning application "SMART Mangrove" based on Computer aided Instruction (CAI) using Interactive CD. However, from a number of ways the delivery of information is still less effective and efficient because the delivery of information is still not fully accessible to the people of Surabaya. Based on the above problems, a media was made that could provide information to the public in a broad and quickly accessible manner so that the public could know the importance of preserving mangroves. Therefore, an interactive mangrove website was created in the PAMURBAYA area. The results of this application are providing information about the importance of preserving mangroves, loading the types of flora and fauna that exist in the PAMURBAYA Surabaya area, providing information about activities and news in the PAMURBAYA Surabaya area, providing information about the damage that occurred in the PAMURBAYA Surabaya area, the public can also propose activities and references about mangroves as well as providing quizzes that can be played by users of this website.

Abstract

RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya is one of the government-owned agencies engaged in health and providing health services for the community. the solution is to design and build a website-based electronic asset management application at Dr. Soetomo. This application is expected to make it easier for asset management to find asset data and find out whether the asset is damaged or not, make it easier to find assets, reduce data duplication, assist in the distribution of borrowed assets and distribution of issued assets. The results of this application trial can help the asset management section in managing incoming and distributed goods, help in storing data so that data cannot be lost, help in overcoming items that are not identified properly, helping the ICT department to number items so that they are easily identified.

Abstract

PT. Indoka Putra Mandiri is a company located in Surabaya, and is one of the companies engaged in the manufacturing and retail of fire safety products. Based on the results of the initial questionnaire distribution with a sample of 20 respondents, it was found that more than 55% of respondents answered disagree with the variables that refer to the initial appearance of the website. Therefore, the solution offered is to design the user interface on the Indokafire website. In this study to design a user interface with the google design sprint model. To complete this research, it is divided into 3 stages, namely the initial stage, the development stage, and the final stage. The initial stage is the understand stage, which includes interviews with company owners and customers. Furthermore, benchmark data is made to compare the Indokafire website with other websites related to the sale of fire extinguishers. The diverge stage contains a record of any deficiencies on the website, after which an alternative design will be made. Furthermore, at the development stage, namely the decide stage, which is the stage to select one of the eight design alternatives that have been made. The chosen design alternative will be made a storyboard and continued at the next stage, namely the prototype stage. The last stage is the validate stage, the evaluation stage with the heuristic evaluation method. The results of the evaluation show that 20 respondents overall get a percentage of 100% agree and strongly agree with the new design.

Abstract

PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia, which is engaged in selling women's products such as clothes, pants, skirts, bags, watches, wallets, and mukenah does not yet have a Sales Evaluation Information System. From the results of the interview, it was found several problems such as the company so far only produced information limited to sales recapitulations obtained from copies of sales notes. The results of the recording have not been able to produce sufficient information for managers in evaluating sales in each branch. Because the information that can be obtained is limited to information on the number of items sold each period. Not being able to know which items are selling best, or information on turnover of items that have the highest sales speed. If the information generated is more detailed, it will help managers in making sales target decisions. And so far, the company also does not have a procedure to set and monitor the achievement of sales targets. This makes it difficult for PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia to be motivated to make sales achievements because the information generated is not satisfactory. The solution to solve this problem is to create a Website-Based Sales Evaluation Information System at PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia, which is able to produce sales information, sales turnover information, inventory information, and sales target information. Second, being able to determine sales targets by using the sell-through method which is used to calculate the percentage of sales speed of each item and using the top down method as a parameter to determine the sales target of the manager. Based on the results of blackbox testing and evaluation of excel calculations with the calculation of the sales evaluation information system that has been carried out, it shows that the Website-Based Sales Evaluation Information System at PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia can carry out the sales process validly, can perform the sales turnover calculation process using the sell-through method with valid, and the calculation process of determining sales targets using the top down method with valid. So that it can make it easier for managers to monitor sales and monitor sales targets in each branch.

Abstract

The student cooperative (Kopma) is a business entity managed by students that offers entrepreneurial experience to students. Kopma has many activities including purchasing, sales, consignation, maintenance scheduling, Business Profit Calculation (SHU). Problems faced by Kopma include the process of scheduling guarding, selling, purchasing, purchasing, and consignment transactions carried out manually so that when calculating the contribution of members often experience problems, because waiting for the recap of each district that resulted in the calculation of SHU for Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) often experience recording errors reporting. Of the problems faced by Kopma, the solution provided is the design and analysis of Kopma information systems. Where the analysis and analysis of this information system produces a Kopma information system that can integrate reports from each Kopma operational activity. The results of the analysis and design of the Kopma information system as a reference for the implementation of the system so that the workmanship is in accordance with the analysis and design documents of the Kopma information system. The results of these documents are in accordance with user requirements based on the results of usability testing conducted to AKMS representatives where 5 testers can easily use the Kopma information system design prototype. the advice given for the next development of the Kopma information system prototype can be continued until the system implementation stage.
