Abstract

SMA GIKI 2 Surabaya is a senior high school education institution that located at JL. Raya Gubeng No. 45 Surabaya. SMA GIKI 2 Surabaya has facilities to support students' activities in learning. One of them is the Library facility which has 5000 book collections and is categorized into shelves. Currently the library facilities owned by SMA GIKI 2 Surabaya some of its activities are still carried out manually such as the process of finding books by students must search the bookshelves  that  takes time besides the library officers in recording loans, returns, book collection, book classification and report making is still carried out in a conventional way because there is no development automation system in library.Based on these problems, it is good to use information technology that is computerized in the library of SMA GIKI 2 Surabaya. The construction of library application aims to facilitate the needs of students and librarians in searching catalogs in libraries to the maximum, reduce errors, and present data accurately.book classification and report making is still carried out in a conventional way because there is no development automation system in library.

Abstract

PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (PT Sucofindo) is a  inspection company. In its business, PT Sucofindo does budgeting after receiving a pre-order or work contract by making a Budget Plan (RAB) and proceeding with the execution of the work. Where there is budgeting, there is realization. The recording of budget realization is still using excel with different files and input into the central ERP. Some of the problems that occurred related to RAB realization were: difficult to trace and to know the details of realization costs per project. As a result, there is no cost control so sometimes the realization exceeds the budget (there is a cost overrun). The non-conformance of the target budget plan will have an impact on budgeting the next year's project costs, decision-making errors when evaluating project budget performance, not achieving the annual budget plan, etc. To overcome these problems, a "tracing and monitoring application for the realization of the project's Budget realization" was made which recorded the realization of the budget for each project so that it could assist the company in controlling the cost of project realization in accordance with the RAB made.

Abstract

Firstudio is a startup that is engaged in the music field. Firstudio is engaged in music by providing online studio booking facilities and online teacher searches. From identifying and interviewing the community, instructors, students to the online search process for teachers. The difficulty in finding instructors for music lessons is a major problem that occurs in the community. By using the teacher's matching profile method and students can choose the criteria according to their wishes. In addition students can also directly choose instructors who have been recommended based on criteria. Of the several porblems that have been described, the solution given is the presence of a teacher search application with matching profile method. With this application, it is expected to make it easier for students to find instructors who are in accordance with the required criteria.

Abstract

Abstract: Dinamika University (Undika) is a private university located in Surabaya. It has two faculties, namely the Faculty of Technology and Informatics (FTI), the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), and the Faculty of Design and Creative Industries (FDIK). To support the learning process, Undika has various learning facilities and one of them is a library. The library at Undika itself has four online services in the form of a website, one of which is repository.dinamika.ac.id. This website contains information on a collection of scientific works related to the work of the academic community that can be accessed by anyone. in 2020 the whole world including Indonesia will experience a pandemic, so that the learning process and services in the field of education are carried out online, so that the repository.dinamika.ac.id website service needs to be optimized. This is supported by graphical data on the number of visitors to the repository website, which in 2020 did not increase significantly. Therefore, in this study, an evaluation of the repository.dinamika.ac.id website was carried out with the DeLone and McLean model by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents from Dinamika University students, then a descriptive analysis of each variable was carried out. The results of the descriptive analysis obtained the average value of each variable. For system quality variables, an average of 3.76 is obtained which means close to good, for information quality 3.63 which means close to good, for service quality 3.60 which means close to good, for use 3.55 which means close to good, for user satisfaction 3.68 which means close to good, for net benefits 3.5 which means close to good. From the total of each variable obtained an average of 3.62 which means it is close to good. The results of the inferential analysis show that from the results of the hypothesis analysis above, which have a significant influence between variables to other variables, namely: the use variable affects the User Satisfaction variable by 34.6%, the user satisfaction variable affects the Net Benefit variable by 45.6%, Usage variable has an effect on the Net Benefit variable by 41.9%, and the Information Quality variable has an effect on the User Satisfaction variable by 49%.

Abstract

As time goes by, number of vehicles are greatly increase. The vehicle users will be in a difficult situation to find assistance with the location of the nearest repair shop if something happened to their vehicle. Human are social creatures. This concept is the basis for the development of the crowdsourcing concept. The combination of the internet and the crowdsourcing concept can be a powerful resource in getting a job done. Over time, vehicle users become lazy about maintaining vehicle performance. They assume that the vehicle is still fit for use. This assumption is will causes more damage to the vehicle. This condition has a business opportunity by seeing the increase in the number of vehicle and the demand for routine vehicle service. Based on these problems, a start-up using the crowdsourcing concept is proposed which helps the community in providing and seeking assistance as well as the location of the nearest workshop as well as helping the nearest workshop to get business opportunities. Based on the results of testing the application can bridge the fulfillment of the needs of service users and service providers, so it can be concluded that the application is functioning properly.

Abstract

The limited market segment of hydroponic products makes it difficult for hydroponic farmers to develop their businesses. The impact of slow sales and limited marketing of products from farmers can cause a decline in the competitiveness of other products and the long term can affect the farmer's economy. With a marketplace that sells hydroponic products, it is expected that hydroponic farmers can sell their products online. In building a marketplace, one thing that is of concern is the ease of utilizing the marketplace, this means paying special attention to the design stage of the user interface or user interface of the marketplace. User Interface has an important role in building an information system. Lean UX was chosen in building the user interface because it is one of the methods in designing interface designs to meet the needs of users with frequent learning and involving users as early as possible so that they can meet the needs of users quickly. There are 4 stages in the Lean UX method namely Declare Assumption , Create an MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback & Research. The results of tests that have been done to 32 respondents using usability testing show that designs that have been made get an average value of 78.9%, acceptable with grade B and obtain range good, which means the design can be accepted by users well.

Abstract

Universitas Dinamika (Undika) is one of the universities in The City of Surabaya located Jalan Raya Kedung Baruk No. 98 which has a variety of facilities and services provided for all academic community. One of them is Undika Library which of course also has a variety of facilities and services provided and one of those services is an e-resources center. E-resources center prioritizes in providing additional information for academic community as a support for academic activities. However, the problem through observation and interview concluded that 36.7% knew while 63.3% were not aware of the e-resources center service. Based on the problem, researchers have conducted analysis and design of user interface / user experience and produced a prototype e-resources center website using user centered design method consisting of Plan the User Centered Design process, Understand and specify context of use, Specify user requirements, Product design solutions, Evaluate design agains requirements. In the process of testing or evaluating the prototype to 51 respondents, it was carried out using the webuse method which served as a benchmark for views and responses to users. So it is obtained from the test results that the results of the prototype design obtain an average value on all indicators of 89.5% where the design can be well received by users.  Keywords: User Interface, User Experience, User Centered Design, Webuse

Abstract

The fluctuation of food commodity prices will be worsened as the after effect of the global warming. Nowadays, to collect food commodity price, we could search the unstructured data on the online news sites or social media sites which still going to take a lot of time to manually process. This research aim to build a desktop application which will implement text mining technique and jaro-winkler algorithm to process the data received from the source and visualized it on line diagram. Abstract

State Senior High School (SMAN) 2 Sumbawa Besar is one of the educational institutions in Sumbawa Besar which has been established since July 1977 and has been accredited A. SMAN 2 is also one of the favorite schools. SMAN 2 Sumbawa Besar is located at Jl. Garuda 102 Sumbawa Besar. In the current monitoring implementation process, school supervisors have to come to the school and check the teacher performance assessment team on teacher performance so that it takes a long time to obtain total information. From the current monitoring process, the problem is that supervisors and principals need a long time to find out information on the performance of all teachers. The proposed solution given to solve the problem is the Dashboard application to monitor the performance of web-based teachers at SMAN 2 Sumbawa Besar. This dashboard will provide a display of graphic information including: 1) the number of teachers who are Civil Servants (PNS) and Honorary. 2) Number of teachers by gender. 3) The number of teachers with the latest education. 4) The average score of all teachers per period to see the development of teacher performance from the initial period to the last period. 5) The average performance score of all teachers based on the competencies per period (the teacher performance competencies in question are Pedagodic, Personality, Social, Professional). 6) The acquisition of each teacher's score based on the competence of each teacher 7) The acquisition of teacher scores based on the indicators of teacher performance competence. 8) Average teacher attendance per period. Based on the results of trials conducted with the school, this application can display teacher performance results in graphical form, easy to use and easy to access without having to install other applications, and shorten the time for principals and supervisors to monitor teacher performance.

Abstract

PT Kasa Husada Wira Jatim merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang usaha pembuatan kapas dan kasa untuk keperluan kosmetik dan kesehatan yang ada di Surabaya. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini ialah pemesanan dari distributor saat ini masih melalui email, ketika ada pemesanan yang banyak hal ini membuat Bagian Pemasaran harus melakukan pengecekan pada masing-masing email baru. Selain itu bagian pemsaran harus melakukan pengecekan kembali pada Bagian Gudang terkait jumlah barang yang tersedia dan jika barang tidak tersedia maka distributor harus menunggu produksi barang tersebut. Solusi yang dibuat adalah dengan membuat aplikasi web untuk mencatat transaksi penjualan secara real-time dan mengintegrasikan aplikasi ini pada Bagian Pemasaran, Gudang, Produksi, dan Bagian Ekspedisi yang bertujuan untuk mempercepat proses transaksi yang dilakukan oleh distributor dan membantu setiap divisi yang ada pada PT Kasa Husada Wira Jatim seperti : 1)  mempercepat proses transkasi yang dilakukan oleh distributor, 2) penentuan batas aman persediaan barang minimal menggunakan metode safety stock, 3) memberikan kemudahan untuk melakukan pencatatan barang dan pemesanan, 4) mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan laporan. Hasil uji coba menunjukan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat mempercepat proses transaksi pemesanan yang dilakukan distributor mulai dari pemesanan sampai dengan pengiriman barang. Terdapat fitur untuk menghitung safety stock untuk stock pengaman yang ada pada gudang. Aplikasi ini juga membantu untuk mempermudah pembuatan setiap laporan.
