Abstract

Apotek Farmata is a pharmacy that sells various kinds of medicinal equipment. With these drugs, consumers can find the drugs they need. The problem that is currently occurring at the Farmata Pharmacy is that the Pharmacy Admin does not know exactly how many drugs will be ordered for the following month, this has resulted in some drug requests by customers not being fulfilled because drug supplies cannot meet consumer demand. Based on the above problems, the solution offered is an application for recording drug in and out transactions which will be integrated with the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is a method used to forecast the average drug demand data every month and is not influenced by trends or seasons. In this study, the Single Exponential Smoothing method is used because the level of error is relatively small. This is done so that the drug does not pass the expiration date. The application produced in this study is the application of recording transactions in and out of and forecasting drugs at Pharmacies Farmata using Single Exponential Smoothing. The results of application testing with black-box testing are that every function of the application is running well.

Abstract

KUNOKINI Cafe & Resto is a food and beverage business, located at Jalan Raya Prapen No. 69 Surabaya. KUNOKINI Cafe & Resto has been marketing its business using social media. Information available on KUNOKINI Cafe & Resto's social media includes company profile, location, prices, food/beverage menus, delivery orders (delivery), and place reservations (reservations). KUNOKINI Cafe & Resto is still recording customer data that wants to make a reservation in a notebook. Resulting in customers having to wait a long time for the reservation process. Based on this description, a user interface design has been carried out and produced a website prototype using a user centered design (UCD) approach. In the process of testing the prototype using usability testing methods to develop products as a benchmark for users. From the results of testing the prototype, the average value of 79.9% means that the design can be accepted by the user.

Abstract

Student Cooperative (Kopma) is a business entity managed by students who offer entrepreneurial experiences to students. The obstacle experienced by Kopma, namely the business scope of Kopma, only covers the college area, limited store area, less strategic location, and the lack of support from the university. Therefore e-commerce is needed as a solution to these problems. E-Commerce was chosen because it can connect Kopma with consumers to make transactions through internet media or other computer networks. The results of the analysis and design is created the Kopma e-commerce analysis and design document. The making of this document is as a reference to the implementation of the system so that the execution is in accordance with the research documents

Abstract

Dinamika University (Undika) is one of the private universities in East Java which has two (2) faculties and nine (9) study programs, namely: 1) the Faculty of Economics and Business has three (3) study programs, namely, S1 Accounting, S1 Management, and DIII Office Administration; 2) The Faculty of Technology and Information Technology has six (6) study programs, namely, S1 Information Systems, S1 Product Design, S1 Visual Communication Design, S1 Computer Engineering, DIV Film and Television Production, DIII Information Systems. Based on the existing problem, applicants as part of marketing so far have never collected data on the expectations of new students at Undika as part of an evaluation of service improvement at Undika. The impact that occurs is that the Penmaru section has difficulty evaluating the quality of services that need to be improved. Thus, Penmaru can market out with services inside Undika if students are satisfied. The next problem is that there is no comparison of expectations and perceptions of new students. The impact that occurs is the difficulty in comparison, because the comparison can serve as a comparison of how well the services provided and will determine the priority of services that you want to improve in certain parts through analysis. In fact, every improvement in service quality will increase customer satisfaction. Based on the above problems, Penmaru needs an application for analysis of new student satisfaction using Importance Performance Analysis. Based on this, an application is made that can generate analysis based on questionnaire data processing. The results of the analysis can be used to assess the quality of service based on the results of a comparison of the perceptions (expectations) of new students on the real service obtained with the expected service. The quality of service in this study uses Parasuraman theory with five dimensions, namely: Tangible, Reliable, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy.

Abstract

The AEMA Glasses store is a shop that sells various accessories that was founded in 2010, the shop provides various driving accessories such as glasses, cloth slayer, mask buff, gloves, hats, masks and belts. Currently the AEMA Glasses shop is only a shop, so the buying and selling process only occurs in that shop. This is a drawback for this store because customers who want to order from outside the area cannot be served quickly and customers also cannot see the catalog available in the store. In addition, shop employees also experience difficulties in recording sales and calculating shop turnover because this AEMA shop still uses books and a calculator in the transaction process, which causes frequent differences in the number of goods calculations.Based on the existing problems, a web-based UI / UX design solution was found with the Lean UX method which consists of several stages, including Declare Assumption, Create MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback and Research. By including 30 samples, namely AEMA Glasses shop customers and 7 samples, namely AEMA Glasses store employees, so a total of 37 samples.Based on the results of the analysis and observations that have been made, a prototype design was made using the Lean UX method which was then tested on AEMA Glasses customers and AEMA Glasses employees which resulted in the success rate of prototype testing for customers reaching 72% and the success rate of prototype testing for admins reaching 86%.

Abstract

Dalam proses pelaporan kegiatan atau prestasi mahasiswa pada bagian kemahasiswaan Universtias Dinamika dimulai dari pengumpulan berkas atau data dari mahasiswa, lalu mahasiswa mendatangi bagian kemahasiswaan untuk menyerahkan berkas kegiatan, kemudian kemahasiswaan melakukan scanning atau pemindahan data kedalam web aplikasi simkatmawa secara manual dan meyimpan kedalam google drive. Tidak adanya aplikasi dalam proses tersebut membutuhkan waktu relatif lama dan kemahasiswaan atau mahasiswa tidak memiliki wadah untuk menyimpan berkas kegiatan. Selain itu, kepala bagian kemahasiswaan sulit untuk melakukan monitoring proses pelaporan kegiatan mahasiswa secara langsung.Solusi untuk permasalahan di atas adalah merancang dan membangun aplikasi manajemen pemeringkatan kemahasiswaan menggunakan panduan Simkatmawa Ristekdikti. Panduan simkatmawa ristekdikti digunakan untuk menjadi acuan penilaian daripada pelaporan kegiatan mahasiswa dengan memperhitungkan setiap aspek dan bobot yang dinilaikan. Sistem ini dapat mebantu Staf bagian kemahasiswaan dalam proses pelaporan pengambilan data kegiatan mahasiswa sampai pelaporan kedalam aplikasi simkatmawa dan juga sebagai wadah penyimpanan kegiatan atau prestasi mahasiswa.Hasil uji coba menggunakan blackbox testing membuktikan bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Perhitungan nilai menggunakan panduan Simkatmawa menghasilkan laporan nilai kegiatan dapat membatu Kepala Bagian Kemahasiswaan untuk melakukan monitoring kegiatan atau prestasi yang dilakukan mahasiswa. Selain itu, aplikasi ini membantu Staf Bagian Kemahasiswaan dalam pengumpulan data kegiatan, proses perhitungan skor, sampai dengan pelaporan.

Abstract

Coding Bee Academy merupakan perusahaan jasa yang bergerak untuk mendedikasikan dan memperkenalkan kurikulum computer science kepada anak-anak sejak usia dini. Coding Bee Academy memiliki banyak franchise yang berada di indonesia yaitu Jakarta, Bandung, Padang, Surabaya, Makasar hingga Italy. Dalam memperkenalkan jasanya kepada masyarakat khusunya Orang tua dan Anak anak , Coding Bee Academy melakukan dengan dua cara yaitu, mempromosikan lewat iklan di sosial media dan juga menggunakan media website yang beralamat pada https://id.codingbee.org/.Terdapat permasalahan pada Coding Bee Academy yang menghambat proses bisnis yaitu website yang dimiliki Codiing Bee Academy tidak memberikan informasi yang jelas sehingga kurang menarik calon peserta, dan telah di lakukan evaluasi awal menggunakan metode UEQ dengan 50 responden dan memperoleh hasil Skala Attractiveness atau daya tarik dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) dengan penilaian rata-rata sebanyak -0,04, Skala Perspiculty atau kejelasan dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak 0,07. Skala Efficiency atau efisiensi dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak 0,02, Skala dependability atau ketepatan dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) dengan hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak 0,21, Skala Stimulation atau stimulasi dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) mendapat hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak -0,45, Skala Novelty atau kebaruan dikategorikan dengan “bad” (buruk) mendapat hasil penilaian rata-rata sebanyak -0,05.Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu Perancangan Desain User Interface dan User Experience Pada website Coding Bee Academy Menggunakan Metode Kansei Engineering. Abstract

Quality Control (QC) is the stage needed to assess the quality of the textile products produced, to determine the grade quality of a textile must be done a good calculation so that the grade results are in accordance with the standards applicable in the company. At the textile grade calculation company is still done in writing, so the calculation will often experience errors, this results in a lot of time wasted to do the calculation that is the average time required is two weeks of work hours. The company wants the calculation of textile grade determination can be done systematically, so that there is no error in determining the textile grade that will be distributed to the company's clients. The solution offered is to build an Android-based quality control system specifically to determine the grade results of textiles using the four point system grading method for evaluating textile quality (grade) for export and ten point grading system for local. The application of grading method in this system is to get the results of determining the grade of textile products more easily and faster in its calculations. The results of the design are in the form of a system that can carry out a quality control (QC) process to determine the grade of textiles using the four and ten point grading system method in textile production companies.

Abstract

kemahasiswaan.dinamika.ac.id is a website from the student affairs section of the Dynamics University which contains important information for students. According to information from the head of student affairs, the website has never been evaluated for usability and redesign of the appearance of the website based on user needs. To determine user needs, the author has conducted a website usability evaluation questionnaire to determine the level of usability and user pain. Based on the problems obtained, an analysis and design of the user interface / user experience (UI / UX) has been carried out on the Undika student website using the google design sprint method. From the test results, it was obtained the results of statements from respondents stating that the UI / UX design was attractive, it was easy to find out the existence on the website, and the use of colors that was comfortable to use. With these results, it can answer problems based on user's pain. Overall, the implementation of the google design sprint method has resulted in a UI / UX design that suits user needs and answers crucial questions based on the problems obtained from the usability evaluation with the Website usability evaluation.

Abstract

AirNav Indonesia Surabaya Branch, the current condition of IT services used to support business services is not in accordance with IT service requirements, but based on operational needs. From this AirNav Indonesia Surabaya Branch cannot optimize investment and the competitive value of business services. The impact of this problem is that AirNav Indonesia Surabaya Branch cannot know the benefits and feasibility of investing in IT services by measuring acceptable risk. Based on these impacts, it is necessary to make an IT service planning document based on the ITIL Framework Version 3 2011, so that AirNav Indonesia Surabaya Branch provides services that meet the needs of business services and the benefits derived from the services provided. The results of the planning of the IT service portfolio document are the IT services catalog consisting of 2 IT services namely human resource control and e-education which are categorized in the service pipeline, and 3 IT services namely e-flight control, e-IT support airlines, and e-assisstance that are categorized in the service catalog. The results of the initial investment priority analysis of services are e-human resource control with a value of 34.7% ROI as the highest priority, e-IT flight support with an ROI value of 28.06%, e-flight control ROI of 21.02%, e-assisstance ROI 19.51% and electronic education with ROI value of 14.82% as the lowest value.
