Abstract

BKPSDM is a regional apparatus work unit in charge of managing personnel management in Sumenep Regency. Personnel administration services are used to compile and manage daily service submissions so that all activities of employees can be fulfilled. There are 22 services that can be requested by employees. Based on the results of observations and interviews, there are several problems, namely the absence of monitoring from employees who apply for services so that these employees cannot find out information on services, besides that it can hamper the service process and abuse of authority. Another problem is that employees cannot know their personal data independently, quickly, and in real time. Based on these problems, BKPSDM needs an application that can monitor the personnel administration service process and personnel information data independently, quickly, and in real time. developed using hybrid mobile development (Flutter) technology so that it can be published on two Android and IOS operating systems, besides that it also uses realtime push notifications. With this application for monitoring personnel administration services, it can solve the above problems so that employees can find out information on the service process submitted in real time and also employees can know the data independently.

Abstract

Salon Lian or known as Lian Make Up is a service that serves to help the bride and groom in the wedding party. Lian's salon is located in Nganjuk, East Java. In ordering wedding packages, customers currently have to come directly to the Lian Salon location to get various information. Some customers find it difficult to order customized packages through the Instagram platform and failures often occur because the date to be booked is full. Currently in recording package orders, the owner still records in a simple way, namely by writing in a book. Based on the existing problems, the researcher will design an interface design for ordering wedding packages at Salon Lian according to user needs. The users are admin, owner and customer. The method used is the Design Sprint which has 5 stages starting from Map, Sketch, Decide, Prototype, and Validate. At the stage Mapping, analysis is carried out, while at the Sketch to Prototype stage it is the design stage. Furthermore, at this stage, the Validate author uses the method System Usability Score with the results obtained 74.0 which is included in the high margin with an adjective rating of GOOD as well as in-depth interviews involving prospective users in terms of interface design comfort according to user needs.

Abstract

The Smart RT RW Information System is an application designed with the aim of providing financial statement information and citizen services in one reach. This Smart RT RW Information System has features that are tailored to the identified problems, namely the lack of transparency in financial management, manual reception records and lack of efficiency in administrative services. Based on the existing problems, the solution given is to design a Smart RT RW Information System Using a Website-Based Descriptive Statistical Method at Pakal Residence Housing Surabaya. This descriptive statistical method is concerned with collecting and presenting a data set so that it can provide useful information. This descriptive statistical method is used to present data on population information, financial reports of residents, visiting guests, and administrative services. The test results of the Smart RT RW application using blackbox testing were completely successful because based on the results of the trial this application helped residents to see payment of fees, monitor visiting guests, help process computerized correspondence, manage distribution of social assistance and assist residents in expressing aspirations.

Abstract

UD. Tanjung Sari is a coffee bean processing business and caffee shop, established since August 4, 2018 which is located on Jl. Dr. Wahidin No. 80 Sukabumi Village, Mayangan District, Probolinggo City, East Java Province. UD. Tanjung Sari produces processed coffee with 7 varieties, namely: Robusta Argopuro Pulp Natural, Robusta Silo Honely, Robusta Silo Natural, Robusta Silo Anaerobic, Arabica Ijen Wash, Arabica Ijen Natural, and Arabica Ijen Anaerobic. This variety has differences in the type of coffee and the treatment during the processing into Finished Goods. Based on the existing problems, then UD. Tanjung Sari needs a decision support system application by comparing 4 methods, namely: Economic Order Quantity, Lot For Lot, Period Order Quantity, and Silver Meal to get the smallest Total Inventory Cost (TIC). From the test results of the application, it can be concluded that the application is in accordance with the expected functions and needs. The results of application testing can show that the application runs well and is easy to use by users.

Abstract

Pujasera Enam Belas make serious efforts to give the best service to consumer and outlet owners to increase revenue of the Pujasera. The main problem is process of ordering food is on each of outlets and the payment is also paid by consumer in each outlet. This could make manipulation of finance from the outlet employee. Sales recap which take a long time. And also with conventional method could make mistake in calculation of revenue sharing. Because of the problems listed above, an application which can solve all that problem is needed. Based on the problems, the solution was made are to design and make an application which could manage pujasera with centered cashier system. The application could record the cooperation between outlet owner and head of pujasera, like the sum of omset. The owner of outlet would not be bothered with order transaction and payment, so the owner could focus to serve the food. Result from testing shows that the application could help in managing process of Pujasera Enam Belas, which are: granted user access, employee registration, rent registration, outlet registration, outlet contract payment, selling transaction, sale report making, sale outlet report, and so on.

Abstract

Library is one of the information center , a source of knowledge and research . Library resources into place so that it can be enjoyed by many people . In a library has several processes performed one of the process is the process of returning books . In the book return process is happening right now in general are using barcode technology, barcode using the technique to facilitate the inventory record books that are in the library. At this time the library has a limited operating hours , with limited operating hours of the library can inhibit the process of returning books during the operating hours of the library was closed . to overcome these problems the need for application of automatic book return . By using the automatic book return the application process of the return of the book can be done without having to see the operating hours of the library . In the automatic book return applications can take advantage of the technological innovation that is image processing . One method of image processing is segmentation , segmentation using the technology of the book cover objects within an image can be distinguished anatara with each other .

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia is one of biggest telecommunication company in Indonesia. Currently, there are 12 communication areas which support any kind of services from PT. Telkom. One of them is north Jawa Timur area. As the intention to give a good quality service for every customer, especially in north Jawa Timur area, PT. Telkom, however, sometimes finds an unexpected time management gap in installation process. To resolve and anticipate negative effects from that problem, PT. Telkom needs a monitoring system which can support their services.

Abstract

UD Eka is a manufacturing company who produces shoes, rubber slippers, and raw materials to produce shoes such as soles and heels. Production activites are conducted based on “made to order” and “made to stock”. Currently, company determines the selling price based on the selling price from competitor’s company. After that, company compares with the result of estimates production costs and non-production costs. Therefore, company can’t determine the selling price independently and appropriately so the company can’t calculate profit expected (mark up). Based on this problem, have made application which can help to determine the selling price use full costing’s method. The method is selected because can help company to determine the selling price and mark up by paying attention non-production costs and return on investment. Based on test results, application which have been built can generate the selling price and mark up for each product by paying attention the calculation of non-production costs and return on investment appropriately. So, the selling price can be used a reference for company to determine the selling price.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Tunggal Djaja Indah (PT. TDI) is a leading paint manufacturer in Indonesia. ISO 9001 which has obtained by PT. TDI  is a proof of the seriousness of the company. To support that business, the company requires recruitment and selection processes which aim to get a competent human resources. Based on observations and interviews, the company has difficulties to selecting applicants although they has structured competency standards. The company spend a lot costs that used for  recruitment process and they needs a long time to execute multiple processes in accordance with company SOPs. To overcome these problems, PT. TDI needs an application of recruitment and selection based on competency. This application can produce the form of interviews based on competency, reduce cost of telephone and streamline the recruitment and selection processes. Thus, it is expected that the outcome of the application can provide list of candidates who are competent to HRD Manager.

Abstract

The success of a company of course could not be separated from the role of labor as a human resources (HR) that run all sorts of activities for the betterment of the workplace. Therefore, HR must be maintained and be selected appropriately in order to show good performance and optimum. This applies to new labor and labor that has long worked in the career development process. In the election or selection of labor is often the polemics, because there is the possibility of a subjective assessment of a person so that the process is not running properly and the results achieved may not be suitable targets. Here we need a system that can handle the selection of an appropriate workforce with the competencies required by positions held in accordance with the criteria. The underlying reason that the construction of a decision support system selection this workforce. Expected that this system can assist the managers in analyzing the labor office in accordance with certain criteria. System programs to be created will help overcome the problems that occur in the company. This system can perform data maintenance processes, as well as profile matching the selection process itself. The system to be produced will be more to help decision makers and not replace them. It is hoped this system can also improve the effectiveness and efficiency of decision-making process itself.
