Abstract

Website is one source of information that is essential, including in college, for that reason important held management website. Narotama University  is one of private university based technology in east java, has a website www.narotama.ac.id. Until now has never been evaluation on the quality website of Narotama University. To measure the website quality of Narotama University, has been done with analyzing influence of Information Quality , Interaction , and website used towards User Satisfaction . Analyzing the website quality has been done through several stages such as collecting the data by interviewing some sources and did an observations as well. Furthermore, analyzing by using webqual method through preparing questionnaire based on the dimension of webqual. The phase of this analysis is using Multiple Linear Regression. Meanwhile, the prerequisite test has been done to test the validity, reliability, assumptions and testing the regression coefficients at the same time and partial. The result of these tests showed that the variable of quality information has a positive and significant effect toward users’ satisfaction. However, there are still needs an evaluation and improvement based on an indicators of webqual.

Abstract

Yayasan Bina’Muwahiddin merupakan lembaga Islam nirlaba yang mendarma baktikan kinerjanya untuk kepentingan masyarakat muslim, khususnya masyarakat muslim yang tinggal di pinggiran dan yayasan saat ini memiliki 350 donatur dari luar negri. Selama ini pengelolaan dan pelaporan penyaluran sumbangan masih manual sehingga menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti tidak terkontrolnya penyaluran sumbangan sehingga menyebabkan laporan sumbangan yang akan dilaporkan kedonatur mengalami kesalahan dalam pelaporan dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan rasa kepercayaan donatur menjadi berkurang dan membuat donatur tidak mau menyumbang lagi sehingga yayasan juga menjadi rugi. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi yang mampu untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan monitoring dana sumbangan yang berbasis web. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini yayasan dapat dipermudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan dana sumbangan sehingga kesalahan data dalam proses pelaporan menjadi sedikit. Pada aplikasi yang sudah dirancang terdapat berbagai fungsi yang dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang sedang dialami oleh yayasan seperti fungsi untuk melakukan transaksi proyek, fungsi untuk monitoring perkembangan proyek yang bisa dipantau oleh direktur dengan menggunakan grafik kurva-s, fungsi pembayaran sumbangan secara online dan fungsi pelaporan sumbangan yang nantinya donatur dapat melihat pelaporan sumbangan tersebut secara real time pada aplikasi.

Abstract

PT. IGLAS (Persero) is a manufacturing company of glass packaging (bottles). The company currently often late in a customer demand fulfillment. This problem due to several factors such as conventional way of schedulling and inneficient production process. Based on these problems, it would require a production scheduling information system using the priority rules to solve. This information system can provide production schedule more effectively according to choosen criteria from five methods that have been used. The criterias used are average processing time, utilization, average number of jobs in the system, and average number of delayed jobs. Meanwhile five methods used are, First Come First Serve (FCFS), Earliest Due Date (EDD), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Longest Processing Time (LPT), dan Critical Ratio (CR). Based on the information system created and series of trials performed, company has a more effective queued schedule in accordance with desired company criterias, so that all of customer demand can be fulfilled and timely completion.

Abstract

CV. Dwi Star is a company engaged in the field of importers of stationery, such as a stapler, perforator, cash box, stick note, display book, tape dispenser, glue, binders swing clip, calculator, and others. Stationery has various brands, such as Eagle, Phoenix, Pronto, Retype, Fastener, Bofa, Nashua, Pentel, and others. The goods were shipped from abroad, with prices following the dollar exchange rate, so that the sales price is uncertain (unstable). Is currently marketing the product on the company's CV. Dwi Star conducted by a salesman. Salesman has a dual role in his work, that salesman not only did the ordering of products but also offer the products, finding new customers, and collect debts.Salesman will going around in various area in Indonesia (except Papua). The process of roving salesman in one area takes one week to three weeks. In the process, salesmen will offer their products by bringing a catalog that contains information on products. The goods list (catalogs) are placed in a folder with the current total of about 49 sheets containing dozens of products types and kinds of this product does not include the same number but different product types, sizes, and colors. Salesman also perform the billing process to customers who still had debt. List of the bill will be created manually by the enterprise admin. Salesman collect the debt from the customer and the customer can pay off the debt in three ways, namely transfer, demand deposits, and cash. Confirmation of payment is only be completed by a salesman and a customer, and then salesmen will confirm it to the current company admin after the salesman back to the company. It creates opportunities to  cheat by the salesman.In connection with these problems, it is proposed Operational Information System Design Based Salesman Android that can be taken anywhere. Android-based operational applications salesman is devoted to help the salesman operational performance. The salesman operational applications provide useful product information to assist in the search speed of goods and prices thats up to date, can order the products, the addition of new customers, and displays a list of customer billing sent by e-mail to admin.

Abstract

PT Kencana Alam Putra is a company engaged in contractors who follow the tender of several organizers. The administration process of tender participation encounters some obstacles from checking the tender’s news to the completion of prerequisite documents, such as the recording and providing tender’s information which still uses manual processes, overdue to get the approval from the president director and manager for tender, miss communication and misunderstandings among tender; that makes the preparation for tender take a long time. Based on the description of the issues, a web-based tender administration application was established, which can assist the managing director and manager to get the tender’s news easier.This application can provide notifications to the president director, managers and workers, by providing history or old information that will record the changes from the tender activities. Based on the results of the trial, the web-based tender administrations application can make a list of tender completeness documents required in the process of participating in tender, short message notification for the director and manager in tender approval and short message notification for the workers in field.

Abstract

Currently MomenKita is still in the development stage. MomenKita is an application or service that connects between tourists (clients) who need photographer services with photographers who are ready to capture the best moments of the client. The problem that occurs at this time is the client cannot take the photo by themselves maximally due to the absence of a professional photographer at an affordable price. And for the freelance or professional photographers, they cannot maximize their income due to marketing problem. Currently there are similar applications, but the client cannot choose a photographer who is in accordance with the client budget because the price has been determined by the application provider. The solution to solves these problems is the photography service ordering application that can assist clients in searching for information and ordering services for online photographer. By using the concept of crowdsourcing, giving photographers the freedom to manage the services they offer and clients can choose a photographer that fits their budget. As well as the development using the Scrum framework. The results showed that the application can help clients order photographer services by considering the budget, rating & review, and portfolio. Abstract

STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo is a private university under the auspices of the Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo. To alleviate the cost of education, then STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo providing scholarships to students. In these scholarships there are problems ranging from a period very close to accreditation, there has been manipulation of data of the applicants and the unintegrated data in STIKES Foundation Hospital Dr. Soetomo.Based on the problems above, in this study the determination of an application made on STIKES Yasayan grantee Dr. Soetomo web based. With the application of the grantee problems that occur can be resolved. In the completion of this application using the Workflow as a reference in a flow system. This method is considered to provide information to each of the parties directly related to scholarships, other than that with this way each part can check the work of each section.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, the application can be designed and built in a timely complete the selection, appraisal and filling CPI data has can be automatically done because it is connected with the data of students who have been there before. The names of applicants who are selected for inspection by each relevant section of this scholarship reception so that each part can keep an eye on each other as part of the evaluation so that the data can be maintained registries.

Abstract

Asthma and respiratory disorders one type of disease affecting humans. Based on interviews with the doctors at the lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital, a variety of asthma and respiratory disorders have many symptoms that are similar and some have only differentiated by only one symptom. Required accuracy and sharp analysis for a doctor to reveal a type of asthma in order to give appropriate treatment to the patient. One way to overcome the problems above is by designing a rule-based system for the problems of asthma and respiratory disorders. By using the facts provided by the user the system can produce a conclusion which is representation of forward chaining method to begin tracking the data or facts that exist towards a conclusion. Based on the findings of the obtained results, the expert system for diagnosis of asthma and respiratory disorders may help doctors in lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital. Abstract

ABSTRACT: PT. Nangendi Eastern Star is a company engaged in construction that handles multiple building projects from government and private sources. During this time, companies are experiencing delays in completing the project scheduling. This is because in determining the scheduling time projects that are still based on the approximate part of the project manager. So companies are experiencing delays in completing projects already scheduled.Based on these problems, they invented scheduling information system projects using methods Critical Path Method. In such systems aim to schedule in accordance with determining the critical path of a project so that the project manager can carry out the project activities in accordance with the project schedule known critical path with Critical Path Method.The information system is made to produce a report that displays the scheduling of project activities on the critical path. Under the system of information created and a series of trials that have been done, the company can find information needed, especially concerning the determination of the Critical Path. So that the company can determine where an activity is preferred phase project work.

Abstract

Education Department Surabaya city agencies are responsible for improving the quality of education. To determine the quality of education evaluation in schools using indicators thats contained in the National Education Standards (SNP) include Content Standards, Standard Process, Graduates Competency Standards, Standards Teachers and Education Personnel, Infrastructure Standards, Standards Management, Standard Funding and Assessment Standards.Indicators in the SNP derived from sub-indicators are 80 sub-indicators to each sub indicator recommendations that are needed by elementary school (SD) Interior, SD Private and Government Elementary School (MI).With the number of schools as many as 463 primary schools, 438 private primary schools, and 151 MI resulted in Elementary Education (Pendas) only evaluates several schools Pendas has a limitation of human resources in evaluating schools as well as the time used to evaluate only three weeks.To overcome these obstacles, the solution that is needed is the creation of applications evaluation elementary schools that can speed the evaluation process of the school. Making these applications follow the stages of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model. Based on trials that have been done, the application can generate proposals on supervision and facilitation for guidance in improving the quality of education.
