Abstract

Abstrak: In a government agencies , websites be a pleasant important as a delivery of information , communication , and transactions between public administration. Government agencies in education and training (Bandiklat Prov Jatim) have a website www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id website that aims to provide information on the activities and institutional training to Government Employee. However , managers website Bandiklat Prov Jatim feel website built could not attract internet users to visit www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id .This needs to be an increase in on the quality of the website bandiklat prov east. The purpose of this research to analyze the links between the quality of website and user satisfaction.. Analysis the quality of website do with some stage, first the data collection and interview to the related. Then make and spreading the questionnaire.The analysis influence the quality of website use Multiple Linear Regression, among others test validity, realibilitas, test the assumption, and the the regression coefficient together and partial. The results of the analysis testing this indicates that variable the Usability Quality, and Information Quality have had a positive impact and significant impact on User Satisfaction while in Interaction Quality do not affect positive and significant impact on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Kabuki Surabaya is a small books rental that aim to help kids in the neighborhood to have access to books. The rental is offering not only to rent books but also selling books. Lately the rental gain so much customer that makes the owner become so busy that they cant oversee the rental and sometimes there is a long queue of customers because of manual proccesses, that makes the customer feel uneasy. This research aim to develop a software based on the problem that the rental has. A software that can help to record transactions proccesses faster that manual so there wont be a long queue of customer again, then the records is stored in database so it can be used to provide some information about rental. Not only that, the software can be used to manage the stock of books that the rental have. This software is developed by using waterfall model of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) so the risk can be minimal because all the requirement are defined at the beginning of development. In regards of developing the software more, an idea about safety stock is good for future update.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. SUCOFINDO need to perform asset management computers and peripherals to support the operations of the company. Problems faced today, there is no maintenance scheduling, asset registries are still using Microsoft Excel and are not archived properly. The other problem is the removal of assets not managed properly, the process of calculating and reporting improper asset asset slow. So that difficult to know who will be an asset and has passed its economic life. One solution to solve the problem is with the desktop application asset management computers and peripherals. This application is used to manage, plan, and monitor assets and computer peripherals, ranging from the procurement, receipt, maintenance, removal, shrinkage, until removal. Asset depreciation method used is straight-line method. From the implementation and subsequent evaluation has been done, the system has been created to have a maintenance schedule. In addition, removal of the item can be properly managed and asset depreciation calculation process can be done properly, and can provide asset reports quickly and accurately, which can be used by decision makers to plan the provision of an asset in the future of computers and peripherals. Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) is a state-owned company that runs the business as a provider of port service facilities (traffic activities of vessels and goods) in the whole territory of the port management. Traffic from ship visits in 2013 grew. , 46% from 2012. This increase pushed the management to afford competitive by developing and building an infrastructure that can support the smooth business operations. In doing development and infrastructure development are the risks that may occur with regard to cost, time and quality of the project, where the company should be able to manage the risk of the project management of information technology, however PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III does not currently have Standard Operation and Procedure ( SOP) to identify risks in any information technology project being run. The absence of standard SOP in identifying the risks of project procurement lead Sub-Directorate of Risk Management and Quality have difficulty in overcoming the risk that the information technology project is being executed.The purpose of this research is to design a risk management document that projects that focus on procurement refers to the ISO 31000 framework in the form of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions (IK) is used to manage the risk of the procurement of information technology projects. Risk management planning procurement of information technology projects generate Standadrd Operation Procedure Risk Management and Work Instructions that the company needs to conduct risk identification procurement of information technology projects

Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology provides ease in accessing various information from news to entertainment for free. Besides, in the world of education one of SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya needs to apply the internet media as a way to provide accessibility in distance learning where users can access material from anywhere which is not limited by place and time. SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya currently needs an online learning system to help the learning process conventionally. Another problem that arises is not yet available means to manage and facilitate the dissemination of materials to students. To solve the above problem, it can be solved with a web based Learning Management System application using SCORM model in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya. At this time almost all Learning Management System using SCORM as a standard in building web based e-learning. Based on the results of testing on learning applications, shows the system used is running well. It can also engage students with teachers, generating evaluation exercises, storing materials as documents, and objects that include images, documents, video and audio premises using SCORM models accessible to teachers and administrators in one storage location.

Abstract

Masalah gizi di Rumah sakit dinilai sesuai kondisi perseorangan yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan. Kecenderungan peningkstsn ksasus penyakit yang terkait gizi (nutrition-related-disease) pada semua kelompok rentan mulai dari ibu hamil, bayi, anak, remaja,hingga lansia,memerlukan penatalaksanaan gizi secara khusus. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelayanan gizi yang bermutu untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan status gizi yang optimal dan mempercepat penyembuhan.   Pada instalasi gizi RSUD DR. Soetomo ini membutuhkan sebuah sarana untuk mempublikasikan kegiatan serta informasi dan konsultasi untuk memberikan pelayanan untuk pemenuhan gizi pasien, baik secara langsung ataupun melalui sarana online dan juga adanya kebutuhan untuk sebuah sarana untuk mendapatkan nomor antrian secara online, karena pasien tidak hanya terbatas pada masyarakat lokal, tetapi juga masyarakat dari daerah lain. Hal ini untuk mempertahankan penilaian akreditasi A sebagai rumah sakit rujukan Indonesia Timur dan sebagai syarat untuk menjadi rumah sakit bertaraf internasional.

Abstract

Abstract:  CV. Lintas Nusa is a company engaged in the field of offset printing and digital printing. This company is a printing where a minimum order 4 reams of paper, except that large can be in the order in small amounts. CV. Lintas Nusa hereinafter called the company's production process if there is an order.In the CV. Lintas Nusa, customer first perform mold goods orders in the sales department. After receiving orders from customers, the sales department will calculate the cost of production of each item of customer orders. The calculation of the cost of production is calculated from the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs, and 30 percent advantage of the company to obtain the selling price of each item. After completing the calculation of cost of production and sales price, the sales department will confirm the total price to the customer, if the customer agrees to the price, the sales department will store data on the customer order receipt transaction order printed materials. Upon receipt of a customer order and calculate the cost of production, the purchasing department will undertake the making purchases orders, purchasing department made a list of all the raw material requirements for each customer order. Making Purchases order to help facilitate the purchasing department in the purchase of raw materials, so that all the necessary raw material requirements listed. Part of purchase of raw materials purchases. Problems faced by the company is, the current CV. Lintas Nusa in the calculation of the cost of production, not all costs included in the calculation of the cost of production. The costs included in cost of production is only the cost of materials and direct labor costs, while the overhead costs are not included in the calculation of the cost of production. As a result, the cost of production resulting smaller and not appropriate. This affects the price offered by the company to customers and also affect earnings, the company can not know and do not generate profits that actually. In addition, the problems faced by the company is, as long as the company does not make a report the cost of production so that the company can not know the cost of production per period.

Abstract

The problems currently faced by STIKOM Career Center (SCC) is not having a record of their competence by alumni and corporate data, the absence of a means for performing filtering based on competency of graduates to find appropriate jobs that SCC does not have information about the competencies alumni and the number of competencies required by the company. Based on these problems it is necessary an information system web based job which has a function as a means to accommodate the data of alumni and their competencies and corporate data and their jobs will be offered, as well as the competence graduates can do the filtering based on the calculation method Simple Additive weighting (SAW) where each competency will have weight and can generate reports on the number of competencies required by the company. Web-based information systems can be used to manage corporate data and competencies alumni, capable of displaying a list of alumni in accordance with its competence and result in a report on the number of competencies required by the company. With the web-based information system, the flow of information regarding the competence graduates can be channeled in the search for a suitable job. Abstract

CV Lintas Nusa Surabaya is an offset printing that produces brochures, labels, hang tags, etc. The company carries out production according by customer orders (make to order). So far, the company often experience shortages of raw materials when production, so it resulting in time delays when it meets the customer orders. This is due to lack of control on inventory in the warehouse and not careful to prepare the raw material requirement before the production process.Based on these problems, the company need an application to forecast the raw material inventory  using Single Exponential Smoothing method. In that system, there are several process, is selecting previous periods of customer demand, selecting the finished goods, calculating the raw material requirement by demands, and forecasting the raw material requirement for three periods ahead.That application produce the forecasting results report and raw material requirements report. Based on the applications made and some of trials that have been done, the company be able to know the information needed, especially about the meet raw material requirements such as what raw materials should be prepared before the production process. Keywords : Forecasting, Raw Material Inventory, Single Exponential Smoothing
