Abstract

The process of learning in high school from year to year changed so quickly and directly proportional with development of technology.  Process of development started from teaching which the source from educators (called teachers) who given to the high school students then changed to be “learn together”. This points are requirements of today students and past student is difference. The today students exist is being called “Digital Native” who students so close with gadget. The devices can be used by teachers and students for learning anytime and anywhere with mobile-based learning applications. Currently, mobile-based application for learning have not standard of learning. Standards learning consist by basic competencies, core competencies, and indicators as a reference of learning contents, exercises, and tasks. There is no standards in other learning mobile-based application it because making a learning application which have standards competencies to display learning contents, exercises, and tasks that can also be used for discussion via chatting. This application called “MoLearn Based in Android” and was created by collaboration with Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Biology and Geographic East Java Teams.Keywords: Application, High School Students, Mobile Learning, Standards Competencies

Abstract

In Paru Hospital of Surabaya, every doctor in charge had points that based on any activities carried out by the doctor in the scope of Paru Hospital of Surabaya. Doctors in Paru Hospital of Surabaya ahve a list of activities summarized according to Joint Decree of the Minister of Health and Head of the State Personnel Agency Number 1738 / MENKES / SKB / XII / 2003 Number 52 of 2003 concerning Implementation Guidelines for Doctor's Functional Position and Credit Score. In the permenkes mentioned that  doctor’s activities and kredit figured are outlined which can be used as preference for the functional promotion of doctors in Paru Hospital Surabaya. Until now there are still No. facilitesfor doctors in Paru Hospital of Surabaya to record their kredit nubers for doctor promotion in Paru Hospital of Surabaya. Solution made by the author of this journal is Paru Hospital of Surabaya need a web-based application that make doctor easily to record their activities during certain period of time

Abstract

PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (SUCOFINDO) surabaya move in the service sector inspection and audit, testing and analysis, certification service, training service, and consultation. The company has some parts namely the administration, financial, operation, human resources, marketing, sales and support operation. The operating part is a part a main in the service for customers, the role of this part to support operating by digging resources from the personnel and put him on the operational in accordance with qualifications.                     Management and data processing the choice of officers field recently applied PT SUCOFINDO  done manually and less objective. It was considered objective is an election officers who is not based on their competence the elections without seeing lifetimes and track record of activity the officers. Because curriculum vitae and track record wasn’t archived  well in addition to compare between the officers one with other officers needed accurate and time because it’s should be flip through the curriculum vitae tree and track record. Factor the choice of officers the field namely curriculum vitae tree and track record, the status of the presence of officers, and calculation manday ( salary ) per day.                Their final task is research that yields planning application selection officers to assist with the management the choice of officers , based on the results of the trial and evaluation research.

Abstract

PMI Surabaya dengan jumlah 192 karyawan yang dibagi tiap levelnya yaitu 10 orang level manajer dan 182 orang level operator. Bagian seksi kepegawaian kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan, seperti kesulitan perhitungan nilai dari data yang didapatkan karena masih menggunakan perhitungan manual, keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan penilaian kinerja karyawan yang sering menghambat dalam pemberian reward/punishment, belum adanya rekap data dari keseluruhan penilaian kinerja setiap karyawan/setiap bulan/setiap tahun, dan karyawan belum mengetahui detail dari hasil penilaian kinerja, sehingga beberapa karyawan merasa tidak puas dengan hasil akhir penilaian.Berdasarkan uraian permasalahan di atas, dibangunlah aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web, yang dapat membantu kepala divisi untuk memudahkan dalam menginputkan nilai dari kinerja karyawannya berdasarkan dokumen DP3. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu bagian seksi kepegawaian dalam menghitung nilai karyawan yang sudah diinputkan oleh kepala divisi dan membuat laporan, serta membantu keseluruhan karyawan untuk menampilkan informasi hasil perhitungan nilai secara detail.Dengan adanya aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web dapat membantu dalam proses perhitungan penilaian kinerja. Adanya pembuatan laporan penilaian kinerja, mempermudah karyawan melihat secara detail rekap penilaiannya.

Abstract

Abstract: In the scope of ticket sales, PT Fefva Tours & Travel has many sub-agent who can not know the status of transaction. Currently active sub-agent only do the transactions depending on market conditions and the promo. In addition, there are also sub-agents that are non-active and not being able to sell the tickets. Under these conditions it will have an impact on the level of sales and profit levels of sales will decline so it does not meet the sales and profit targets have been determined. From these problems, it created an performance monitoring information system of sub-agent in the sale of airlines tickets. This system can count the ticket sales transaction as the basis for measuring the performance of a sub-agent in accordance with the predetermined targets during a specific time period. This system also requires a MBO method (Management By Objective) for an evaluation that focuses on how good the performance of the sub-agent. With this information system can help companies to produce monitoring reports sales and performance of profit earnings sub-agent based targets and a predetermined time period. In addition, it can be used as a performance evaluation process sub-agent in accordance with the objectives established by the company.

Abstract

 Distributors are intermediaries between producers and consumers, distributor role is quite important in the process of distributing goods to consumer needs. Distribution process is well organized, can help develop economy. One of them is subsidized fertilizer, fertilizer production facilities is supporting farmers to determine the achievement of national self-sufficiency in agricultural production. current problems  KPPP difficulties in assessing the performance of distributors due process of calculating  indicators to distributors are not applied. Consequently monitoring the performance of distributors not inaccurate. The impact of these problems is the KPPP does not determine the development of subsidized fertilizer distribution, if  the distributor  do action fertilizer distribution irregularities. ( Permendag 15/ M-DAG/PER/4/2013 about procurement and distribution of fertilizer subsidized agricultural sector). Based on these problems, Application a  performance  assessment  distributor  use 5 indicators are legality aspect, accessibility aspect, quantity fulfillment aspect, quality fulfillment  aspect and respon  and lead time aspect. This indicators as a measure to support the fulfillment subsidized fertilizer requirement is right on target. Applications are made to produce performance assessment report, distributors quality report, and distributors level reports. abstract: Department of Revenue is a provincial government agency engaged in the implementation of the collection of local taxes and levies. With a wide working area, the Department of Revenue has a working area with seconded by 38 Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) and 42 System Administration Manunggal Of One Roof (SAMSAT) spread in East Java. UPT and SAMSAT has the task to carry out some tasks in the Office of operational techniques local revenue collection, administration and services. asset management processa that has been happening is part of equipment trouble collecting goods data area are scattered in every unit and SAMSAT because officers maid still use the flashdrive as a medium to deliver data to the department that led to waiting for the required data and could cause delays to your reporting needs . Based on these problems, the authors make the application of web-based management area goods so as to reduce costs and shorten delivery time of data from flash and reports can be generated quickly

Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada is a local company that is responsible for providing clean water in the city of Surabaya. As a local company that is responsible for serving the community, then PDAM Surya Sembada seeks to monitor the development of enterprise organizations that are useful to improve the quality of the company.To see the development of an organization is to assess the performance of Human Resources (HR), its called the assessment of performance based employee performance. Performance appraisal results can indicate whether HR (employees) on stretcher organization has met the objectives / targets as requested by the organization, both in quantity and quality, how the behavior of employees in carrying out their work, how the use of working time and so on.The benefits obtained by the application of employee performance evaluation based on job performance, among other things: work units can take into account the results of the work program achievement compared with the results achieved, the expected performance of employees will be more measurable, their feedback to improve performance, and the monitoring and evaluation of leadership in order to improve employee performance.
