Abstract

CV. Zaneti 9 is a construction company specialized in services of asphalting, street casting and making drains water. Management of document requests to add raw materials on the CV. Zanetti 9 still using paper documents. Based on the current administrative conditions, time required to recap of data requests takes 1-2 days. The Administration Also has long-time constraints on the approval of the addition of raw materials.Based on this problem , then made application management of document requests  the addition of raw materials by applying administrative workflow system. This application applies the theory of Administrative workflow system to make sure process flow can be run well.It was concluded that this application has been able to accelerate the process of request for the addition of raw materials and also improves the performance of the process of creating the document recaps the addition of raw materials. This is seen in the time it takes to request additions raw materials to finished and also the time required to make the document recaps the addition of raw materials. At first it requires total time 36 hours to 26 minutes after use the application.

Abstract

Public health center of Jagir Surabaya is a functional health organization under working units of Surabaya City Health Department. Public health center of Jagir Surabaya also a center for the development of public health services in charge of organizing health development in the District Jagir. During the calculation of the workload carried is based solely on the amount of volume on description of duties and responsibilities carried out at one of the health workers. Whereas in fact, the calculation of the workload of health workers who do need to refer to the Guidelines for Preparation of HR planning by using WISN (Work Load Indicator Staffing Need) as determined by the Minister of Health to serve as guidelines and are implemented by all Unit Health Services (including hospitals).Therefore, these problems need to be created a system that can help the public health center of Jagir in conducting the process of calculating the workload of health workers based on the method WISN.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the application evaluation of health workers workload with methods WISN can help the public health center of Jagir to perform the calculation and reporting of the amount of labor requirements of health and be able to support later in the planning process of health personnel so as to improve the quality and the health service public health center of Jagir Surabaya

Abstract

Library Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya as part of Institu Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya utilizing website to provide information quickly and easily to the user library. As long as this has not been done in the implementation of evaluation about website quality based on perception en user as a feedback to website management so that the user be satisfied against services.Based on analysis problems of relation between website quality and customer satisfaction. From dissemination of questionnaires conducted to end user website retrieved samples as many as 70 respondents. Data from the results questionnaire done testing variable with test validity and reliability. Next do a test data and test normality assumption as a condition for the next step, namely the multiple linear regression analysis.The results of test are obtained that the variable include usability, information quality and interaction quality a positive and significant effect against customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The availability of wood at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII still awake. This is because the PTPN XII did not knowdetails of production and uses on time of wood on each garden. Unavailability of wood will have an impact on sales process wood in PTPN XII. In addition, the PTPN XII does not have production data and the most recent usage data wood carried on each other garden. The impact, inconsistency of data production and use of wood is often found between the gardens and PTPN XII, this will lead to staffing difficulties in knowing the stock of wood in a garden Applications built wood supplies to overcome the problems that exist in PTPN XII, and is built on the theory of supply. These web-based application built order office supplies directors may determine. the use and production of wood in every garden with ease. That applications have passed the test and got 100% results. Abstract: Jawa Pos is one of the print media in the form of a newspaper that has long published in Surabaya. Revenue earned from the Jawa Pos newspaper sourced on the sale of newspapers and from the number of ads that are loaded, including the job advertisements. As a print media company that is growing rapidly, Jawa Pos extremely utilize information technology and communications, both hardware and software.In general, an online job fair there must be new jobs, new jobs lists provided by the labor provider. Log in, used to log into the application, whether job seekers or job providers. Administrators, contains the information required by the manager of the online job exchange website.By looking at the opportunities that exist, then the Jawa Pos requires a system that is able to provide information that could increase its advertising revenue and business opportunities in the online world. Until now there have been several sites the labor market, among others, is jobsdb.com, duniakarir.com, and jobloker.co.id. Where the online job market is still using a search based on criteria not support the request and Job Applicants selection process. Abstract

Ita Farma Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies that are in District Kwanyar, These pharmacies provide pharmacy services regarding employment, namely the procurement of drugs, drug storage, preparation of drugs, compounding, distribution and delivery of pharmaceuticals and provide information to the public about the provisions of pharmacy. At this time Ika Farma Pharmacy is often in short supply of the drug because the pharmacy did not know the drug if supplies have been exhausted, it is only known if there is a buyer who wanted to buy drugs, then the process of recapitulation of sales per day is done every day by the cashier after the pharmacy closed and still done manually using a calculator. This causes the transaction recapitulation process takes a long time and possible errors in process recap. an information system that is intended to facilitate the sale of data storage sales transactions, inventory recording, and displaying information related to the sales reports are solutions to solve the problem. Conclusion The test results showed that the sales application can help the pharmacy to keep records inventory and daily sales reports that will be used as information about the development of Pharmacy.Keywords :  Information System, Sales, Pharmacies, Drug.

Abstract

The process of Goods management process that includes record incoming goods, recorded goods out and the procurement of goods on division of goods PT. Krian Indah not computerized. The existing problems which is the first the manufacture of a report still comparing data recording goods in and freight out. The second is the in preparing event that is to be held had difficulty to the required because data statement goods late submitted. The third is The incompatibility the number of an inventory of goods who recorded with the amount of goods that is in a warehouse. Fourth is Demand goods by division who runs the event still use the small notes so easy to missing.            The A solution to solve the problem is application that can be records the transactions of goods in and freight out. So that transactions goods in and freight out can regular. System can figure out the points order repeated goods ( reorder point ) that would give information a time warning and the number of order repeated goods. System can also pathetic form demand goods substitute notes small that division goods although the data shaped archive also has data on a database .Based on the results of the tryouts that has been done , this system able to meet a need to division warehouse pt .Krian beautiful jaya in management process of goods , the preparation of reports on goods , stocks report , report rop goods . Keywords: Goods Management, Reorder Point, Web Based Application.
