Abstract

Pusat Kerja Sama Solusi Sistem Informasi (PKS-SSI) Stikom Surabaya didn’t have calculation standard for making cost estimation, effort calculation and optimal work schedule in the making of SIPERTI AAK. Until now PKS-SSI making cost estimation based on past experience which made approximately 10% of the project going off-scheduleIn this research the calculation solution created to assist PKS-SSI in calculating SIPERTI AAK’s development cost estimation is using Function Point Analysis (FPA) method. The FPA method can generate effort value and optimal work schedule for the development of SIPERTI AAK.After this research had been conducted it is found that the total function point is 524,52. The effort distribution found at 63,65% for software development, 14,97% for on going activity, and 21,38% for quality assurance. For best in class software organization the effort is 124,99 person-month with 15 month work schedule and Rp. 941.455.183 software development cost. For average software organization the effort is 182,37 person-month with 17,01 month work schedule and Rp. 723.801.655 software development cost. And last for worst in class software organization the effort is 321,45 person-month with 20,55 month work schedule and Rp. 458.754.054 software development cost. Keywords: Software, Cost Estimation, Function Point Analysis

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan khususnya pada bidang laboratorium. Menjadi diagnostic center terlengkap, terintegrasi, dan terpercaya dengan pelayanan sepenuh hati merupakan visi dari PDC. Bagian Pelayanan merupakan pihak yang bertanggungjawab sebagai controller kualitas pelayanan. Saat ini, PDC mengalami permasalahan dalam melakukan analisis kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan yaitu sistem manajemen mutu yang ada belum dapat mengeluarkan hasil penilaian kualitas pelayanan yang spesifik. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan pihak manajemen PDC perusahaan tidak dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor pelayanan apa saja yang sangat mempengaruhi kualitas layanan.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat mengolah, menganalisis, dan mempresentasikan hasil analisis. Aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah manajemen PDC mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan. Model service quality (Servqual) akan digunakan untuk membandingkan antara harapan pelanggan dan kinerja perusahaan.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba aplikasi menggunakan 200 data responden yang telah mengisi kuesioner dihasilkan informasi kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan antara manajemen PDC dengan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi analisis kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan yang dibuat dapat menghasilkan informasi yang diharapkan yaitu nilai kesenjangan kualitas pelayanan serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya berdasarkan lima dimensi service quality.

Abstract

UD Eka is a manufacture company that produce slippers, soles, and shoes. The procurement process of raw materials can be done if the amount of raw materials stock in the warehouse has reached the minimum stock or running out. The company does not do definite calculation in determining quantity of raw materials that have to be ordered.  Problems that often experienced by the company is out of raw materials stock at the time of the production process takes place. It might be happen because the absence of raw material requirement plan to avoid the mistake of the amount of raw materials that have to be ordered. Therefore, to overcome the problems, the raw material procurement information system based on the calculation of material requirement planning (MRP) was made. The application can calculate the net requirement of raw material or item (Netting), determine the quantity of raw material or item that will be ordered (Lot Sizing), determine when order must be done (Offsetting), and calculate requirement of raw material or item at lower level. Based on the experimental result conducted by PPIC Managers, this application can be used to plan raw materials and procurement of raw materials. Moreover, this application can generate MRP action reports, raw material requirements reports, raw material acceptance reports, raw material expenditure reports, raw material inventory cards, and supplier performance reports based on actual average leadtime.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) to provide services in handling technical problems of low voltage network must have a standard time for acting as executor outsourced at PT. Haleyora Power. To monitor the performance of third parties are still using manual recording of which has a risk response time and handling time is always reported good, but complaints about delays in response time and handling time is still very much. This led to the performance of a partner company of PT. PLN (Persero) can be monitored and lead to poor image PT. PLN (Persero) in the eyes of customers.To overcome these problems is developed monitoring applications handling low voltage networks based on Android which has several important features: monitoring functions are handled by the short message service (SMS) supervisor, dashboard map, monthly performance reports in the form of charts and PDF files.The trial results were made known that the application can produce interference notification, response time, time management, SMS monitoring supervisor. For the report, the application can generate reports such as monthly performance dashboard, dashboard maps and performance reports in a PDF file. It can be concluded from the test results are known 1% response time is not standards-compliant, 99% has met the standard 45 minutes. For a time there was a 50% handling that is not standards-compliant, 50% has met the standard of 120 minutes.

Abstract

PT. Artha Wahana Agrotama is a company engaged in the sale of farm machine. PT. Artha Wahana Agrotama still using manual methods for day-to-day business, such as recording order transactions, payment archive, searches the archive, making reports, and memoranda. This recording methods for saving valuable information can be risky, for example loosing the information and taking up much space. To overcome  the problems above, researcher is designing and implementing an application to simplify the administering for admin. The result from this information system is order and payment reporting.  So, this application can overcome the company’s tracking order problem and give economical valuable information.

Abstract

Currently, Sub section of Facilities and Infrastructure (SUBBAGSARPRAS) Sidoarjo Resort Police manages the data of the official vehicles totaled 570 units consisting of 466 units of two-wheel, 90 units of four-wheel, and 14 units of trucks. 2 officers of SUBBAGSARPRAS who manage the data have a problem that is the difficulty of finding data of official vehicle and vehicle duty holder, holders of the vehicles that must return the vehicles as much as 5% of the total official vehicle, official vehicles use permit that have been expired as much as 65%, the tax of official vehicles that have been expired as much as 45%, and the distribution of fuel oil. The difficulties are caused by the processing of the data is still not well organized. So the officers still often make mistakes in reporting the vehicle management agency results recap. Solutions to overcome these problems is an application that can manage data well. Thus a design and implementation of  application is made to manage official vehicles in SUBBAGSARPRAS based on desktop by using the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Tthis research resulted in the design and implementation of  application to manage official vehicles in SUBBAGSARPRAS Sidoarjo Resort Police. Abstract

In East Java, the unit technical of operational and the development of vocational education (UPT.PPPK) have work such as train, development of vocational education, administration and community service. The quality implementation of vocational education does vocational training for students, teachers and community education. During improvement of training, UPT.PPPK do the procedure of measurement of customer satisfaction. It is useful for process analysis of customer satisfaction but there are some problems that are filling up the questionnaire of customer satisfaction manually, one of the content of questionnaire of customer satisfaction is static of questionnaire variable so that it does not produce a complex variable services, the process and analysis of questionnaire manually which use Microsoft Excel so that there are delay of making the report and follow-up the process of improvement services. Based on that problem, it requires an application for analysis the measurement of customer satisfaction. The application would uses a method measurement service quality and multiple linear regressions. By using the application, it reduces the risk of analyzing the data of measurement of customer satisfaction and achieves customer satisfaction

Abstract

Nowadays, lot of people make an investments to get a passive income. This is used by many companies to acquire financial resources through the stock offering to society. However, the stock is a type of investment that has the potential for greater gains and losses than other types of investment. This happens because of the difficulty of predicting the change of stock prices that. To be able to predict the stock prices fluctuated, it needed a forecast of stock price in the future. One of the method that can be used to forecast is the Box-Jenkins ARIMA method. Based on trial and forecasting evaluation, it is known that, this analysis produces the best ARIMA model that can be used to forecasting the next five periods, so it can help the society to determine the best ARIMA model in forecasting the stock price of several companies. Best ARIMA models for forecasting the stock prices of EXCL is ARIMA (1,1,0) with MAPE 1.2472%, to forecasting the stock prices of FREN is ARIMA (0,1,1) with MAPE 1.0749%, to forecasting the stock prices of ISAT is ARIMA (1,2,2) with MAPE 4.9396%, and to forecasting the stock prices of TLKM is ARIMA (1,1,1) with MAPE 1.0045%.
