Abstract

Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya (Stikom Surabaya) is one of the private universities in Surabaya within the scope of Kopertis VII. The problems focus in Stikom Surabaya is on Technical Implementing Units (UPT) that responsible in serving the practical work. Currently, the existing system has not run well, so that information is not conveyed to Head of Study Program, Apprenticeship Supervisors, and Lecturer can’t monitor the progress of student who do practical work. Students of practical work who is too long in the implementation so that when they parents ask about the workmanship to Head of Study Program, Apprenticeship Supervisors, and Lecturer, they can’t said about the truth with the existing practical work . Mentoring schedule of apprenticesjip supervisor is not easy to be known by students so they have to meet apprenticeship supervisor for asking about the schedule. The students do not always write down the due date and the description of mentoring process directly on mentoring form. The problem above has been solved by creating analysis and design of monitoring application of work guidance at Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya. This application has the required data function, generating information and reports related to practical work. The application provides notifications by e-mail to students, academic advisor, apprenticeship supervisor, and PPKP staff. Based on testing results, analysis and deseign of the application, the resulting report is the progress development practical work, progress of the extention students, and practical work guidance card. Application also produce information related to practical work.

Abstract

CV Tirto Ardhi is a private company engaged in building services that has several services in the field of building services, namely building renovation, building services, interior / exterior design consultants, as well as rental of artisan and porters. The obstacle experienced by CV Tirto Ardhi is a service process that is less effective because it is manual. In service payment transactions are still manual so that when serving the buyer slowly and the report recap is still not neat in conveying data and information to the leadership, ordering is still difficult for customers outside the city. The solution designed is to make a building service application. This application can make building service payment transactions, can convey information through notification of web-based building service applications, and make building service transaction reports in a certain period in a system. The method used in the design is Waterfall (System Development Life Cycle). The stages used are planning, needs analysis, system design and programming, system implementation, and application testing. With the construction of the application services, CV Tirto Ardhi is able to manage payment services for building services and Company Profiles effectively. As well as companies can serve customers easily using the application, to process customer service building orders.

Abstract

Abstract: State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) Bandung is a vertical institution of the Directorate General of State Assets Management (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance. The existing problems in KPKNL Bandung is uncontrolled mail management, such as errors in recording, archiving and distribution. It is occured due to the abbundant number of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as to support the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on archival regulated by the Director General of State Assets Management No. 145 / KN / 2013.The solution offered is in the form of computerized application for incoming and outgoing mail administrative management that can produce a computerized data and facilitate the execution of the groove mail administration in accordance with the stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that includes the step of system planning, system analysis, system design, and implementation of the system.The results showed that the application has been made to help the recording, archiving, and monitoring the distribution of mails, layout archiving and sorting of mailings in accordance with the SOP. In addition, this application can also generate archiving reports that can be used as the basis for decision making by the officers of KPKNL Bandung.Keywords: Application, Mailing Administration, Standard Operating Procedur

Abstract

Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur(KJKT) has an organization that aims to help the part of the task, the vision and mission of the ministry in the church. With the number of church members were 68 (sixty eight), Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur must also have accumulated a very large. Associated with today's technological advances, Adventist churches in the region of Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur was to collect data on the church, so that the central secretariat in charge of the church having difficulty logging collect and process data in the congregation who are Seventh-day Adventist Church in eastern Java. Seeing the conditions that exist today, it is so lacking assist the Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur do some of the work of data collection in Adventist Church in eastern Java. With Information Systems Development Church of Seventh-day Adventist Church Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur, is expected to help the congregation who has been running the data collection in order to be processed properly. Well-organized data will help the treatment process. So, in the end reports can be generated and used by the conference as a basis for decision-making activities that have been defined as the annual work program of the annual conference eastern Java. Abstract

Abstract:PT CMSS is a company that operates as a distributor of building materials. Mitra 10 has an assortment of products by category and type complete with a comfortable place. The booking process sales that occurred customers come to the store to make a reservation.The problem that occurs is when customers come to view and select items. When the desired item is not available then the customer will be disappointed. The Company does not have an online booking system that can simplify the customer. To overcome the problems above, the author made design sales online ordering application to facilitate customers. Researcher using Waterfall SDLC model that worked in gradually. In this application has 3 user is a customer, admin and manager.Applications have been made to fix the sales order problem. It can simplify the ordering process online sales.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Baja Hutama located on Jl. Dupak Rukun No. 111 – Surabaya is a company engaged in the production heavy equipment such as : train equipment, road maintenance equipment, farming equipment, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, and Dradger Pontoon. For product that have big size customer must order first, after customer deal with the product price, company will make the product. The problem that arises is when the work product for the manufacture turned out to cost less, and the company could not for additional cost to the customer so the company had to bear the cost of production. Based on the existing problem, data processing needs to be done in order to produce a value in the form of information used as budgetary control cost in the production process. Application control production costs will be made to have a function as a control costs against budget plan that was made before, on that application administrators can control costs by considering certain aspects, including the price of the main raw and auxiliary materials, machinery costs, installation costs and employee wages. With so can minimize the cost of production shortages. The information generated from the application is the Realization report production cost, budget compared to actual reports, and production progress report of the work for each product. In addition there is a notification as if the cost of cost control has reached the point that they think will lead to swelling production costs. With the above applications can minimize shortages company production costs, as well as from reports generated will be a benchmark for the manufacture of the next product.

Abstract

88 hotel is part of the Waringin Hospitality based in Jakarta. 88 hotel has a website located at www.hotel88.co.id ranked website which is still under the hotel ranking competitors. The Hotel's 88 therefore to improve the quality of existing website so that visitors are getting satisfied and many who make a reservation through the website. But so far the Hotel 88 not yet knowing the flaws the website so that the Hotel 88 requires the evaluation of materials so that the quality and the satisfaction of users of the website is increased. Based on these problems then the author makes a research with the aim to analyse the influence of the quality of the website user satisfaction against 88 Hotel website based on the method of webqual 4.0. This research using a sample of as many as 100 people. Menggunakafn questionnaire data collection techniques are disseminated online or paper questionnaires to hotel guests who make a reservation through the Hotel website is 88. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The quality of the website consists of a user's quality, quality of information, and the quality of the interaction. Results showed that (1) use of the influential quality significantly to 88 Hotel website user satisfaction, (2) quality of information user satisfaction significantly to influential website Hotel 88, and (3) the quality of the interaction effect significantly to 88 Hotel website user satisfaction. So Hotels should improve the quality of the use of the 88, the quality of information and the quality of interaction in order to increase the satisfaction of website users.

Abstract

Kepolisian Resort (Polres) Jember  is the command structures of the Polri in the jember district. As for duty of the Polres regulation based on No 23 Tahun 2010/Bab 2/Paragraf 2/Pasal 5. Based on such regulation, Polres Jember cannot be separated from  handling the docket and publishing a police record (SKCK). Many cases handled and many request publishing SKCK from people can effect the officers experiencing difficulty and required to work more quickly in doing their job. This is due to the absence of the applications that can help the performance of the Polres Jember officer.In this study, these problems solved by building case files handling application at Polres Jember using Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Case file handling application that has built able to facilitate Polres Jember officer to handling the case files and publishing SKCK.After tested, case files handling application at Polres Jember can resolve the existing problems in accordance with the SOP Transparansi Di Bidang Penyidikan Sat Reskrim Polres Jember Tahun 2009 and  Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2014 tentang Tata Cara Penerbitan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian. So this applications can  manage and archive the case files, managing PUSINAFIS data, managing SKCK data, and can generate crime reports and SKCK reports.

Abstract

STIKES Surabaya is one of the Health Sciences College which has three major of study, there are S1 Nutritional Sciences program, S1 of Nursing program and also D3 of Midwife program. The problem side AAK in STIKES Surabaya is still using Microsoft Excel to manage schedules, and class space, presence and assessment of student attendanced every semester. So that often to happen a duplication of data at the time of inputting the data, causing double date. In another side, data entry errors often occurs that makes the information provided is not equal with the information get. In the part of AAK there is only one person to input all the transaction that need to take a long time.Based on the that issues, then made AAK application based on web. This application can create a schedule of courses, attendance precense and grades assessment of the students. So it can help you achieve in a decision-making system for the processing of data, information and good service.This application can KRS process so that students can see the semester each academic year. Other than that, provide KRS report, lectures attendaces, students attendances, student assessment and also find out the schedule of lectures online, so the students, lectures and AAK can access these application where ever and whenever.Keywords: Perwalian, Presensi, Penjadwalan Kuliah, STIKES Surabaya.

Abstract

The Library and Archives of East Java Province aims to provide the collections as a material to be read, heard and watched by library users who come to the library. The problem faced is in giving the collection to meet the needs of library users is very slow because the selection process is still done manually. To overcome these obstacles, the solution that is needed is the creation of applications the selection of library materials that can accelerate the selection process of library materials. Making these applications follow the stages of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model. Based on trials that have been done, the application can generate procurement proposals as guidance in the purchase of library materials.
