Abstract

Management, both as art and as a science in the beginning to grow and thrive in business circles. In a further development of management was very necessary and beneficial to any business in various fields of life, especially in modern times it may be said that no business can be successful without implementing management. Islamic guidance and counseling as one of the efforts to improve the quality of community certainly can not run effectively and efficiently, if not by utilizing management. Therefore, if the Islamic guidance and counseling is as part of the dakwah activity in the midst of human life to be successful, then the implementation can not only rely on an individual basis but should be done through cooperation within the organization by following the principles of good management.

Abstract

Indonesia gets demographic bonus in 2015-2035. Demographic bonus is when the number of productive population of the age of 15-64 years reaches about 70% or about 180 million people and the rest is about 30% or about 60 million people of unproductive age. The demographic bonus is like a double-edged sword. This demographic bonus becomes a profitable phenomenon on the one hand and on the other hand can be disastrous for a country. Beneficial and potential if a country is able to prepare its young generation with a quality generation and vice versa would be disastrous if the state is unable to prepare its human resources. High quality human resources both in terms of education, health, skills so as to compete in the world of work. This phenomenon is of course interesting to be studied further, especially how the opportunities and challenges for diversity in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract A person becomes a Muslim convert because he believes in Islamic teachings' goodness, benefits, and truth. On the other hand, converts of Dayak Meratus generally still have many shortcomings and problems carrying out their new religion. Thus, the guidance of Dayak Meratus converts must be carried out by Muslims. It is still unclear that the guidance carried out for Dayak Meratus converts raises how the basic strategy for cultivating Dayak Meratus converts in South Kalimantan is necessary. Religion, supporting and inhibiting factors for converting. Data collection was carried out by observing, interviewing, and opening up documents that could present facts and events in the field. The interactive analysis process is in the following order: data collection, data condensation, data modeling, and describing and verifying conclusions. This research found that the convergence coaching program was made in detail by coaches who were in the field to suit field conditions. Dayak Meratus converts' religious guidance is carried out by using a family approach, warmth, meeting intensity or always being close to converts, teaching the practice of worship, muamalah, and instilling faith. The inhibiting factors for conversion are; lack of dai, converts are scattered over a wide area, it is challenging to gather at one place, the busyness of converts who make a living to a remote area.

Abstract

Analyze religion and culture in the sociological construction is indeed an interesting thing to do,especially when it is associated with structural and cultural dynamics of transitional community towards a modern informative society. Therefore this article attempts to providean overview of how sociology interpret religious relations in subjective and objective reality in human life. Menganalis agama dan kebudayaan dalam konstruksi sosiologis memang merupakan sesuatu yang menarik dilakukan, apalagi ketika itu terkait dengan dinamika structural dan kultural pada masyarakat yang sedang mengalami transisi budaya menuju masyarakat modern informative. Untuk itu tulisan ini mencoba untuk memberikan sedikat gambaran bagaimana sosiologi menafsir hubungan agama dalam realitas objektif dan subjektif di kehidupan manusia.

Abstract

In this paper the writer discusses the background of the demands for the application of Islamic law, opinions, and change of value as the results of the imposition of Islamic law in the lights of communication science. First the writer sees the background of the emergence of the demands. Then he looks at the response of some organizations in addressing these demands. The author argues that some people have different perceptions in response to the application of Islamic law. Furthermore, in the level of applications in the field the author attemps to see the possibility of the occurrence of some of the obstacles that must be addressed in a wise way. For this case the policy holder needs to anticipate and pay attention to the steps that must be taken in realizing the application of the Islamic Sharia, so that the implementation not counter-productive.

Abstract

As country with majority population of Muslims, Indonesia has provided a great opportunity for Organizers of the Special Hajj Worship (Penyelenggara Ibadah Haji Khusus-PIHK) and Organizers of the Umrah Worship Tour (Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah-PPIU) to serve the people that want to departing the Hajj in a faster time. This opportunity because of the high interest of the Indonesian people to perform the Hajj worship, which has led to the long waiting of period for the Hajj worship through the regular Hajj. The province of South Kalimantan, which is the one of province with the third longest regular hajj waiting period time, provides extensive potential for PIHK and PPIU to carry out activities in order to provide services for special hajj and umrah. Therefore, it is important to do various strategies by PIHK and PPIU in South Kalimantan in the face of competition, one of them is through the product life cycle strategy (product life cycle)

Abstract

Television today has been growing terribly fast.  The existence of an alternative channel that has the Islamic image and committed to deliver value-laden program is needed. So that viewers have a choice in determining the program to watch. In this short paper the writer will explain Islam TV chances to survive in the midst of competition among television stations and the steps should be considered to materialize these expectations. Some viewers reject the emergence of insertednegative-values TV, but they have to watch the shows because there is no an alternative.  The program provided by television with Islamic image can give an alternative. However, the sustainability of this television program depends on the alertness and creativity of the existing media players. They should strive to innovate with creative efforts, so that the audience can be entertained and satisfied with watching shows on offer.

Abstract

The dynamics of political communication have occurred through phenomena before and after the presidential election in Indonesia, both conducted by political elites, party supporters, and the public to win the presidential candidates and vice-presidential candidates he supports. This can be seen from the form of political communication in the campaign, political attitudes in addressing the vote acquisition, and post-election political communication. Political communication through campaigns using digital media especially social media such as Twitter, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, and other media has given a very significant influence in gaining public support, but negative campaigns and black campaigns (hoax) cannot be avoided, even to the legal sphere. Political communication at the end of the voting is stated through a victory speech through political speeches based on different survey results, namely quick count and exit poll. The speech added to the polemic about the validity and honesty in the implementation of the General Election because of the very significant difference in votes in Indonesia. Political communication on the determination of the results of the real count resulted in an unelected presidential candidate bringing the case to the realm of law namely the Constitutional Court court to cancel the victory of the elected presidential candidate. Political communication after the determination of the results of the elected election is that the elected president reconciles the non-elected presidential candidates to eliminate friction in the community. Besides, the coalition party supporting the elected president lobbied both fellow supporters and the elected president to get a ministerial position in the cabinet and the parliament.

Abstract

Efficiency and effectiveness in the lecture now is the demand that must be met. It is directly proportional to the advancement of technology growing so rapidly. With the construction of the Internet network infrastructure on Puskom IAIN Antasari then it is possible to use the internet for the development of effective learning methods to students. The research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Da'wa and Communication IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin. In the Computer Applications course, in addition to running the course face to face, as a companion also held online learning using Moodle as an application Learning Management System (LMS).

Abstract

Ahbaabul Musthofa has big role in the development of da'wah in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Beside having a very broad of worshipers covering all districts in Yogyakarta, this hadrah group as a performer of Ahbaabul Musthafa assembly also has a good track record with Habib Shaykhs throughout Indonesia. This makes the group reference for most hadrah groups in Yogyakarta. As a media of da'wah, there are messages to be conveyed through the hadrah. Not only in the performance of the hadrah, it also represented in symbols through the entire of this assembly. By ethnographic analysis, we try to explore the problems in terms of culture and communication. Based on research, being a dominant worshipers in these assembly was apparently unable to guarantee the Syekher Mania Community understood the symbols and their meanings. The results showed that besides being a place for friendship and media to increase love for the Prophet Muhammad, hadrah also being a form of self-servitude to Allah through fun worship, respect for the presence of the Prophet Muhammad, symbolizing the atmosphere of joy, peace of mind, faith, simplicity, sincerity, and determination in devotion to Allah.KEYWORDS: Hadrah, symbols, meanings of hadrah symbols, Ahbaabul Musthofa Yogyakarta.
