Alhadharah: Jurnal Ilmu Dakwah promotes normative and empirical inquiry into dakwah and communication. The journal publishes articles in communication and broadcasting Islam, dakwah and media, Islamic counseling, dakwah management, and philosophy of dakwah, as well as articles that approach the role of dakwah in media and society from a historical, psychological, sociological, or anthropological standpoint.

<![CDATA[Corrupt politicians who sometimes seems generous is a phenomenon, because the corrupt deeds are evil deeds that are the opposite of generosity which is a good deed. Given that corruption is a secret evil of the actors, they tend cover it up in their own ways. Their efforts take in the form of money laundering by donating some of their corrupt wealth to religious social institutions. Such efforts are considered to disguise the corrupt gains and to create a self-image as a philanthropist as well as hope of God's forgiveness. Such phenomenon is believed to occur due to the limited understanding of religious teachings, both by the perpetrators of corruption as donators and social and religious institutions as recipients. Dakwah should respond to this phenomenon. The parties are assessed as likely perpetrators of corruption are given the guidance to repent properly, while the religious social institutions are guided to be aware of the donations accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is one method measuring the gap of service quality attributes according to the consumer's perspective. The application of this method is important in the field of business services such as laundry because some people today are often unable to do daily routine work such as washing dirty clothes. Using laundry services is one solution. This study aims to assess service quality attributes which are divided into two sub-variables (functional quality and technical quality) through Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) in XYZ laundry service businesses. The number of respondents in this study was 72 people. The research questionnaire was distributed to all XYZ laundry customers from July to September 2018. The results of this study indicate that XYZ luandry business is recommended to prioritize service on good delivery of consumer goods, cut down on waiting time for service work, improve employee appearance and try to show business to help.]]>

<![CDATA[Dakwah Nafsiyah is the dakwah process that occurs in one's self. Dakwah Nafsiyah has personal dimension and should be discussed in the first place in the topics of dakwah. This paper attempts to perform parallelization and comparison briefly to the basic conception Dakwah Nafsiyah with the opinion of the philosophers, which is expected to add to the literature of dakwah studies. This article concludes that Dakwah Nafsiyah can be done with hierarchical, proportional dan eclectic patterns.Dakwah Nafsiyah adalah proses dakwah yang terjadi dalam diri pribadi seseorang. Dakwah Nafsiyah berdimensi personal dan harus menempati posisi awal dalam pembahasan dakwah Islamiyah. Tulisan ini mencoba melakukan paralelisasi, komparasi secara singkat terhadap konsepsi dasar Dakwah Nafsiyah dengan pendapat para filosuf, yang nantinya diharapkan dapat menambah khazanah keilmuan dakwah. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa dakwah nafsiyah dapat dilakukan dengan pola hierarki, proporsional dan eklektis.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the religious guidance of the elderly in PSTW Budi Sejahtera house South Kalimantan, and its supporting and inhibiting factors. Research results show that: (1) the religious guidance in the house is the process of guiding the elderly, (2) the activity of religious guidance of the elderly in the house includes mental guidance, reading yasin, tahlil and shalawat rituals, are adequate in terms of quantity but not of quality, (3) inhibiting factors are the age of the elderly causing a lack of physical ability and memory, inadequate educational background, and mental disorder, especially among the elderly with social problems]]>

<![CDATA[Professional public services are needed by the public as customers of public services, including the Hajj service. This study intends to measure the level of satisfaction of pilgrims to the quality of Hajj services in the Ministry of Religion of Banjarmasin City in 1438 H / 2017 M using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The respondents of this study were 90 people. The results of this study indicated that the dimensions of responsiveness and assurance are the top priority for improvement. In addition there was a place of complaint for items scattered/missing goods congregation, employees/officers master the ins and outs of hajj and current issues in Saudi Arabia, fast and appropriate services in providing information on departure/calling congregation, giving health care to sick congregations, as well as facilities the complete practice of Hajj rituals were services attribute that must be improved in quality]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to identify the effect on the image quality destination information Travel Floating Market on domestic tourists who are domiciled in the city of Banjarmasin. In the year 2014-2015 has been designated as the year for the promotion of South Kalimantan province in the restructuring program of Library Air Travel Banjarmasin by the local government. This program has continued to the present, so that the local government is still heavily in the promotion tours. The local government has made tourism promotion through marketing communications mix. Particularly Travel Floating Market is an icon of South Kalimantan which became the main attraction which was appointed by the local government to promote the city of Banjarmasin as the City of a Thousand Rivers. But over the years there has been no attempt to evaluate the results of the promotion. Whether the information provided has been perceived positively by tourists or not. BPS data from Banjarmasin has occurred rise and fall of the number of tourist visiting the city of Banjarmasin. In 2014 the decline in the number of tourists visiting the city of Banjarmasin. Banjarmasin city government that has never evaluates whether the information of the marketing communications mix Banjarmasin Floating Market has succeeded in creating a positive image for tourists. This study uses the theory of S-O-R where stimulus effect on the response. This research is a quantitative explanation. By distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents of research, the results of this study based on the analysis done by simple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of information significant effect on the image of the destination. Values influence of independent variables in this study has a value of 27.4% in affecting the image of the destination.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the correlation between junior high school (SMP) student academic achievement in terms of academic self-concept and emotional intelligence. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive correlation between academic self-concept and emotional intelligence with the academic achievement of junior high school students. Subjects in this study amounted to 193 class students, data collection was carried out using two scales, the academic self-concept scale and emotional intelligence scale and for academic achievement in the form of documentation of students' final semester scores. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there is: a very significant relationship between academic self-concept and emotional intelligence with academic achievement.]]>
