Data obtained through a survey using observation sheets and question sheets to assess the comparison of student learning outcomes. After the data is obtained, the data is then analyzed using the independent sample t test formula (Independent-Sampel-T-Test). Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, the results obtained are based on the mean and standard deviation values that have been analyzedcountis 4.03 for ttableis 2.06 which means that tcount > ttable (4.03 > 2.06) while for ttable 2.79 with tcount4.03 points tcount > ttable (4.03 > 2.79) then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. In accordance with the hypothesis formula H0: there is no difference in the results of learning the squat style long jump between the demonstration method and the training method for class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Central Maluku. Abstract

Motivation plays a very important role in learning outcomes in physical education, sports and health of students. Because the motivation provided must arouse students' enthusiasm for learning, there are two types of motivation, namely intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Learning outcomes are the most important part of learning. Student learning outcomes are essentially changes in behavior as a result of learning in a broader sense including the cognitive, affective and psychomotor fields. This research aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between Learning Motivation and Health and Recreation Physical Education Learning Outcomes in Class XI SMA students. Negeri 20 Seram West. This research uses a quantitative research approach, with a correlation research design. The Pearson correlation value between the variables (Learning Motivation and Learning Results) is 0.438 (r calculated) which is greater than 0.381 (r table) with a total (N) of 25. This shows that the data on the learning motivation variable (X) and the learning outcome variable ( Y) correlates with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.28, which means there is a positive relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 20 Seram Barat. Thus, the lack of motivation to learn in students has shown its real effectiveness, in the sense of the word lack of motivation in students has a big influence on the learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 20 West Seram.

Digital marketing is becoming one of the important tools for the tourism industry to reach consumers and increase sales. This paper examines the use of digital marketing by Traveloka, a lifestyle superapp in Southeast Asia, in reaching consumers and improving services. SWOT analysis is used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by Traveloka in the context of digital marketing. The analysis results show that Traveloka has several strengths, including broad reach, precise targeting, two-way interaction, and engaging content. However, weaknesses such as fierce competition, ad saturation, reliance on technology, and fraud risk were also identified. Emerging opportunities include internet user growth, new technological developments, personalization, and influencer marketing. Meanwhile, threats include algorithm changes, stricter privacy policies, consumer mistrust, and the emergence of new platforms. Based on these findings, Traveloka can develop effective digital marketing strategies with a focus on long-term relationships with customers and multi-channel integration. Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) has become an increasingly popular technology across various fields, including tourism. Ragunan Wildlife Park, a zoo in South Jakarta, Indonesia, has introduced an AR application to enhance the visitor experience. This research aims to analyze the use of Augmented Reality in public relations efforts to improve the tourist experience at Ragunan Wildlife Park. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study was conducted through on-site observation, in-depth interviews with visitors, and a review of related literature and documentation. Additionally, a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) was employed to evaluate the impact of AR usage. The study findings indicate that AR in the Ragunan Zoo application adds value by providing additional information about the zoo's fauna and facilities, facilitating online ticket purchases, and reducing wait times. However, AR also faces challenges such as the requirement for a stable internet connection and visitors' lack of familiarity with AR technology. Opportunities arise from the potential to strengthen digital relationships with visitors, while threats include data security risks and visitors' disinterest in using the app. The study concludes that AR has significant potential to enhance the visitor experience at Ragunan Wildlife Park. However, clear guidelines and educational efforts are needed to ensure visitors can easily access and use the application. With straightforward instructions and appropriate promotion, AR can be an effective tool to improve the visitor experience and strengthen the image of Ragunan Wildlife Park.

Abstract

Gelora Karno Stadium (GBK) is one of the international stadiums in Indonesia that is not only used for sports and entertainment events, but also attracts tourists who are interested in its history and activities. In an effort to promote the stadium as a tourist destination, the use of social media and collaboration with influencers has become an increasingly popular strategy. This research explores the role of influencers in the promotion of tourist destinations, especially in the context of Gelora Karno Stadium. Through SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, this study assesses the advantages and disadvantages of using influencers in promotional strategies, as well as opportunities and threats that may arise. The results of the analysis show that influencers have a wide reach and can create creative content that appeals to the audience, so as to increase the attractiveness of tourist destinations. However, reliance on certain influencers can be a risk if they are involved in controversy or social media trends change. Collaborations with leading influencers provide opportunities to increase public exposure and trust in travel destinations, but high costs and changes in social media algorithms can be threats to promotional success. This research concludes that the synergy between public relations (PR) strategies and the role of influencers is the key to success in promoting tourist destinations. An effective PR strategy provides a strong foundation by creating a positive story about the destination, while influencers offer a personal dimension that is able to reach the audience in a more authentic way. With the right selection of influencers and a mature strategy, Gelora Karno Stadium can harness the power of social media to attract tourists and improve the image of the destination. Effective synergy between PR strategies and influencers will ensure successful promotion and attract significant visits to Gelora Karno Stadium.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently faced with demands to be able to produce quality human resources (HR), namely HR who are able to adapt to the current era of globalization. So education is a determining element in the development of human resources. Learning activities are the most important activities in overall efforts to improve the quality of education. This is because it is through good learning activities that educational goals will be achieved thereby influencing student learning outcomes which are an indicator of success in the learning process. The problem faced by teachers is the teacher's ability to design learning tools by paying attention to the environment as a learning resource. Therefore, before the school year starts, teachers are required to design lesson plans (teaching preparation plans), prepare learning tools/media, and material evaluation materials. The results of the hypothesis test in the table above show the significance value (sig.) or p for the learning model = 0.003. This significance value is smaller than the α value of 0.05, so Ho states "there is no difference in student learning outcomes in classes taught using a contextual approach and classes taught without using a contextual approach." rejected. So the research hypothesis states "there is a difference in student learning outcomes in classes taught using a contextual approach and classes taught without using a contextual approach." Accepted. In data presentation and data analysis, there are results that show there are significant differences in contextual approaches to student learning outcomes at Saparua Christian High School. The contextual approach provides better results than conventional learning. In accordance with the results of the t test with the help of the SPSS 21 program, the t count is 3.251. Where the significance level is 0.05, the t table is 2.055, which means there is an influence with the use of learning with a contextual approach
