Farming systems based on high input energy materials (fossil materials), such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides, can damage soil properties and will ultimately reduce soil productivity in the future. Alternative agricultural systems using low input energy (LEE) are believed to be able to maintain soil fertility and environmental sustainability while at the same time maintaining or increasing soil productivity. Organic farming systems prioritize the use of organic materials and the recycling of waste. This research reveals how changes have occurred in the physical and chemical properties of soils that have carried out organic farming systems several times. The study uses a method of sampling farmers' land that has been studied to treat organic and non-organic farming systems. Two soil samples were taken from 2 different locations to represent organic soil farming systems and 4 soil samples were taken from 4 different locations to represent non-organic farming systems. Soil sampling was carried out at a depth of 20 cm. The results showed significant differences in the chemical properties of the soil (CEC, pH H2O, available P, available K, total N, carbon content, humic acid and fulfat) between the soil with organic and inorganic agriculture systems that showed better values in the organic farming system

Initially State-owned enterprises (BUMN) was the result of the nationalization of ex-foreign (Dutch) companies which were later designated as state companies. Then with Law no. 1 Prp 1969 formed the division of 3 types of forms of State-Owned Enterprises into Service Companies (Perjan), Public Companies (Perum) and Persero. This division was formed in accordance with the duties, functions and mission of the business at that time. Thus the first task of the state by forming business entities is to meet all the needs of society, when these sectors cannot be carried out by the private sector. BUMN as a company that obtains State Equity Participation is intended for a form of business that provides high-quality goods and services so that it has competitiveness in the domestic market or international market, and its main objective is to pursue profits to increase company value. The formulation of the problems discussed are: 1) What is the meaning of people's welfare in the management of BUMN in the perspective of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia? and 2) What are the problems in achieving people's welfare through the management of BUMN? Based on the research results, the authors conclude that the problem of achieving people's welfare through the management of BUMN still has a negative impression on the performance of BUMN operating in various economic sectors. BUMN are accused of being business entities that are inefficient and have low profitability. This condition is strongly influenced by the orientation of the establishment of BUMN, which initially prioritized meeting public needs and improving people's welfare compared to profit (profitability). In order to play their role optimally, BUMN can no longer operate solely to meet public needs, due to demands from the business environment in the globalization era for BUMN management to be more competitive so as to be able to provide public facilities with better quality and prices that are affordable to the people.

Young employees currently face vast work stress in their careers triggering conflict between work and family. This paper target to examine how work-family conflict affects job satisfaction and turnover intentions through work stress for younger employees. 450 questionnaires were collected from young dealers who work at six casinos in Macau. The findings show that work-family conflict (WFC) and family-work conflict (FWC) positively affect work stress and turnover intention, but do not directly influence job satisfaction. Work stress negatively affected job satisfaction and positively affected turnover intention, fully negatively mediated WFC and FWC towards job satisfaction, and part positive mediated WFC and FWC towards turnover intention. Work stress can directly influence turnover intention, and job satisfaction partially mediated work stress toward turnover intention. Finally, WFC and FWC will affect turnover intention through work stress on job satisfaction. We also proposed suggestions to improve job satisfaction for young dealers in casino management.

Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 71/PERMEN.KP/2016 concerning Fishing Paths and Placement of Fishing Equipment in the Fisheries Management Area of the Republic of Indonesia in article 22 paragraph (1) that the placement of fishing gear and fishing aids in WPP RI is adjusted to the nature of fishing gear. Referring to these regulations, this research was conducted to examine the main factors causing the ignorance of the purse seine fishing zone for fishermen in Panyula Village, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. This research was conducted from November 2016 to March 2017 in Panyula Village, which is the fishing base area of purse seine fishermen and the waters of Bone Bay. This study uses a combination of survey and case study methods. This study uses two types, namely primary data and secondary data. The analysis of the factors causing the non-conformance was analyzed descriptively, namely comparing the average productivity of ring seines that catch in the designated zone and ring seines that catch in zones that are not according to their designation according to Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation Number 71 of 2016. After the study, the main cause of non-compliance with the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 71 of 2016 is the high productivity of ring trawl units that carry out fishing on non-designated fishing lanes compared to ring trawl units that catch on correct fishing routes.

The search for arbitration as a means of resolving disputes is important due to the large volume of cases submitted to the judgment of the State - judge, in a number inversely proportional to the technical preparation of those who are invested in the jurisdictional function by state act. Currently, talking about extrajudicial settlement of conflicts in the field of regulation means entering a scenario of great discussions and debates. In this way, the text seeks to build reasons for the resolution of disputes in the field of telecommunications through arbitration, including, in view of the European experience, such as OFCOM. One of the duties of the regulatory agencies is precisely the solution of conflicts between players in the sector at the administrative level. When analyzing the forms of dispute resolution in the European Union, a peculiar behavior can be highlighted. In major disputes that occur on the continent, it is more common to use arbitration than the judiciary. In fact, arbitration can be used by ANATEL as an important tool to ensure a broad, free and fair competition between providers of telecommunications services, as it dodges the slowness of the judiciary and the possibility of sham litigations, enabling the rapid adoption of a decision that often affects the rights of a large number of users of telecommunications services. The high prestige enjoyed by these methods of dispute resolution pays homage to their characteristic of being a neutral forum positioned far from a regulatory agency of a specific country and close to referees chosen by common agreement, or even connected to international institutions that provide the arbitration services in commercial disputes.
