Abstract

Background: Remuneration is a method of motivating someone to improve their performance. Remuneration is a form of positive reinforcement, but if given correctly and wisely it can be a motivational tool. Provisions related to remuneration in regional regulations must be adjusted to Permendagri 79/2018 and the legal basis for BLUD remuneration regulations and procedures for establishing regulations for determining the remuneration of BLUD employees. The general purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Regulation No. 79 of 2018 concerning Remuneration Policy at Salewangang Maros Regional Hospital. While the specific objective is to determine the implementation of Permendagri No. 79 of 2018 concerning Remuneration Policy at Salewangang Maros Regional Hospital. Method: The research method used is a qualitative research method, namely the research method used to examine the condition of a natural object, (as opposed to an experiment), where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. Results: The results showed that the remuneration was regulated by a regional head regulation based on the leader's recommendation (Director of Salewangang Maros Hospital). This is in accordance with Article 24 paragraph (1) Permendagri Number 79 of 2018. Provision of remuneration is in accordance with Permendagri Number 79 of 2018 as outlined in Perbub Maros No. 5 of 2019. Remuneration is given in accordance with the Maros Ministerial Regulation which uses an indexing system. The indexing itself refers to the indicators of remuneration assessment in the Permendagri, although in practice there are those that have not met the requirements (indicators), among others, the provision of services has not taken into account performance achievement indicators (individual performance indicators and unit performance indicators). Conclusion: Based on the results of the research and discussion, the researcher can conclude that: Remuneration is regulated by a regional head regulation based on the leader's recommendation (Director of Salewangang Maros Regional Hospital). This is in accordance with Article 24 paragraph (1) Permendagri Number 79 of 2018. Abstract

Background: Community compliance is becoming increasingly important. Efforts to build public awareness must be increased in various ways. Among other things, first, by carrying out more effective communication down to the grassroots, through various media and methods that are suitable for the diversity of ages, education and community culture / local wisdom. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the compliance of pregnant women with the Covid 19 health protokol at Bone-Bone Health Center, North Luwu Regency. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all pregnant women at Bone-Bone Public Health Center, Luwu Regency, namely 180 people in March-August 2020. The sample in this study used an accidental sampling technique. Result: There is an effect of individual variables on compliance of pregnant women to health protokols and there is influence of psychological variables on compliance of pregnant women to health protokols at the bone-bone clinic in North Luwu District. Conclusion: that the variables that greatly influence, namely psychological variables, namely attitudes and motivation in pregnant women compliance with the Covid 19 health protokol at bone-bone center in North Luwu district.It is hoped that this research will provide information about the current situation of Covid-19 and increase public knowledge and awareness regarding the prevention of Covid-19 transmission in the surrounding environment, especially in pregnant women.

Abstract

Background: The Covid-19 pandemic is profoundly changing the status of everyday life around the world as people are forced to social distancing and self-isolation, and to work from home via the internet. All these sudden changes impose a huge psychological burden on all individuals and especially for pregnant women who are now facing their pregnancies with more anxiety and uncertainty than ever before. The purpose of this study was to analyze the compliance of pregnant women to the ANC examination during the pandemic at the Bungadidi Poskesdes, Tana Lili District. Method: This type of research is analytic with a quantitative approach. The research design used cross sectional. From the results of statistical calculations, the number of samples needed in this study was 96 samples. Results: There was an influence of predisposing factors of knowledge and attitudes on ANC examinations at Poskesdes Bungadidi, Tana Lili District. Conclusion: It is hoped that this research can provide information about the current situation of Covid-19 and increase public knowledge and awareness about the prevention and transmission of Covid-19 in the surrounding environment, especially for pregnant women.

Abstract

Background: Nearly 80% of the hospital manages documents manually, so that the search process is slow, and documents are often lost or scattered and damaged due to time constraints in checking all documents owned by the hospital and often the officers are transferred to other parts of the unit so that the submission of reports those handed over by other officers became constrained.Method:Qualitative with a Quasi-Qualitative approach by exploring in depth through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The technique of determining informants was carried out by purposive sampling and there were 1 Sismadak program operator, 7 Sismadak admin staff so that researchers could only collect 8 informants Result: human resources (Man), there are still many Sismadak admin officers who don't understand and forget how to do it. operating a program that does not exist Budget (Money) so that the admin officer is lazy and does not focus on inputting the accreditation reporting data of the facilities (Material) is complete but the obstacles experienced by the network system officers are less stable. Data storage is carried out by the Sismadak admin officer which must be filled in into a daily quality indicator form then documented so that the reporting records will be stored automatically when the achievement of the reporting results is carried out during the implementation of the Sismadak program. Conclusion: several Sismada admin officers k there are still those who do not understand inputting hospital accreditation reporting data through the Sismadak program. It is better if the hospital routinely provides training and direction from the Sismadak admin officer to focus more on inputting hospital accreditation reports regularly.

Abstract

Introduction: The Covid-19 case in Indonesia itself, the government has issued a disaster emergency status starting on February 29, 2020, regarding this virus pandemic. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is used to protect yourself or the body against the dangers of work accidents and the risk of contracting the virus, especially related to biological hazards, health workers are at the forefront of breaking the chain of transmission of Covid 19 because they are located in each sub-district and have a regional concept so that the use of PPE is one of the main procedures in the health service process. where factors related to the compliance of health workers using PPE are knowledge, years of service, formal education, supervision, and workload. The purpose: of this study was to determine the relationship with the compliance of health workers using PPE in the COVID-19 pandemic era at the Makassar Makassar Health Center. This research method: is a quantitative study using the Analytical Survey with a cross-sectional study approach. Data analysis using logistic regression test. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a sample size of 42 health workers. The Results: of statistical test research using the chi-square test found that of the three variables, namely work period (p = 0.037), supervision (p = 0.002), and workload (p = 0.014) had a significant relationship with adherence to using PPE. Meanwhile, formal education (p = 0.702) and knowledge of 100%, did not have a significant relationship with compliance with using PPE. The conclusion: of this study shows that there is a significant relationship between tenure, supervision and workload with compliance with using PPE at Makkasau Public Health Center in Makassar. It is recommended that the health center should increase supervision in the use of PPE and pay attention to the workload of health workers

Abstract

Background: Child marriage can cause various health problems. Based on the preliminary results, it was found that 2 informants experienced the worst impact of early marriage when the baby died at birth and at the age of 1.5 years. The purpose of this research is to obtain information, to study, and to analyze in-depth the impact of early marriage on the pregnant of young women of the Buton tribe in Simi Village, Waisama District, South Buru Regency. Methods:This research method is qualitative with a case study approach. Qualitative research was used with the intention of examining the impact of early marriage on the health of Butonese teenage girls through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation during the study. Results:The results of this study found that most of the regular informants in this study had performed the posuo ritual (pingitan) but most of the informants still felt the health impact of getting married at a young age. The 7 regular informants, most of them experienced health problems, namely the problem of pregnancy there was a decrease. fetal movement, abortion and anemia. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that early marriage has a negative impact on the health of young women of the Buton tribe, both adolescents who do the posuo ritual or those who do not.

Abstract

Background: The incidence of severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia increases the risk of adverse events in labor which consists of maternal and perinatal outputs. The delivery outcome in eclampsia depends on the gestational age at disease onset, the quality of disease management, and the presence or absence of other medical illnesses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the association of knowledge and attitude with preeclampsia in pregnant women in the Tangeban Public Health Center, Masama District, Banggai Regency. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional research design. The sample in this research was all pregnant women, both preeclampsia and not in the Tangeban Puskesmas area, Masama sub-district, Probi regency, totaling 57 people. Results: There was no relationship between knowledge of the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women and there was a relationship between attitudes towards the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women in the Tangeban Public Health Center, Masama District, Banggai Regency. Conclusion: This study is expected to be used as an evaluation material for health centers related to factors related to preeclampsia in pregnant women in the Tangeban Community Health Center, Banggai Regency.

Abstract

Background: Nurse Population in hospitals has a greater proportion than other health workers. Nearly 60-70% of the total human resources available, occupied by nurses. In fact, 90% of the health services provided are a form of nursing service. Therefore, nursing service is a form of professional service that is the biggest indicator in realizing the quality of hospital services. One of the duties of nurses in providing nursing services in accordance with standards is to document all nursing care provided. Objective: To review journals about documenting computer-based nursing care in hospitals for the effectiveness of the preparation of nursing care. Methods: Quantitative, mixed-methods, and qualitative reviews that aim to evaluate the influence of computerized nursing documentation (eg, management, computerized decision support systems and information systems) on nursing care were included. We used the nursing care performance framework as an extraction grid and analytical tool. This model illustrates how the interplay between nursing resources and nursing services can produce changes in patient conditions. The primary outcomes included nurses' practice environment, nursing processes, professional satisfaction, and nursing-sensitive outcomes. The secondary outcomes included satisfaction or dissatisfaction with computerized nursing documentation according to nurses 'and patients' perspectives. Reviews published in English, French, or Spanish from January 1, 2000 to December 15, 2019, were considered. Results: A total of 5515 titles or abstracts were assessed for eligibility and full-text papers of 72 articles were retrieved for detailed evaluation. It was found that 22 reviews published between 2002 and 2015 met the eligibility criteria. Many nursing care themes (ie, indicators) were influenced by the use of computerized nursing documentation, including time management; time spent on patient care; documentation time; information quality and access; quality of documentation; knowledge updating and utilization; nurse autonomy; intra and interprofessional collaboration; nurses' competencies and skills; nurse-patient relationship; assessment, care planning, and evaluation; teaching of patients and families; communication and care coordination; perspectives of the quality of care provided; nurses and patients satisfaction or dissatisfaction with computerized nursing documentation; patient comfort and quality of life related to care; empowerment; and functional status.

Abstract

Background: Nutrisional problems incuding Stunting is malnutrision which is a major problem in the world, especially in Indonesia. According WHO, Stunting is calculated by comparing height or length children under five with the Z-score. Factors causing stunting event is very diverse, including parenting, age of weaning, history of breastfeeding, and bonding attachment between mother and baby will affect development of children. The purpose of this study was to analyze effects of Emotional Bonding to Stunting Events for children aged 24-59 months in Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency 2020. Methods: Observational analytic with cross sectional study. Implementation of research conducted in the District Tompobulu, Bantaeng. Selection of the place and sample using random cluster sampling technique. Results: Bivariate analysis showed that there was an effect of breastfeeding history on emotional bonding with a value p=0.034 (p<0.05). The age of weaning for emotional bonding, value of p=0.032 (p<0.05). Maternal parenting for emotional bonding, value of p=0.010 (p<0.05). Feeding patterns with emotional bonding get value p =0.044 (p<0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between history of breastfeeding age of weaning, maternal parenting, eating patterns with emotional bonding. Result the history of breastfeeding on the incidence stunting in toddlers were obtained with a value 0.022(p<0.05). The result of assessment on the factor of weaning age on the event of stunting in children showed p=0.046 (p<0.05). Maternal parenting for event of stunting in children showed p=0.029 (p<0.05). Feeding pattern toward the event of stunting in children p=0.022 (p<0.05). This means there is a significant effect between these factors and the event of stunting. The emotional bonding factors to effect of stunting in children, the value of p=0.046 (p<0.05), which means that there is a significant influence between these two factors. In regression test with multivariate analysisi, there were significant result on factors such as history of breastfeeding, age of weaning, maternal parenting and feeding patterns that affect emotional bonding factors. These factors also obtained significant result that affect the event of stunting in toddlers age 24-59 months. Emotional bonding factors to event of stunting, there were also significant results that affected the event of stunting in children. Conclusion of this study is there is effect of factors such as history of breastfeeding, age of weaning, maternal parenting, and feeding pattern with emotional bonding. Then, there is efferct of factors such as, history of breastfeeding, age of weaning, maternal parenting, and feeding pattern with Stunting event in children aged 24-59 months. Other than that, there is an effect of emotional bonding with stunting event in children aged 24-59 months in Tompobulu District, Bantaeng regency 2020.

Abstract

Background: Brands reflect customer perceptions and feelings regrading product attributers and performance, brand names and companies associated with the brand associated. In utilizing health services, customers are built by several considerations, one of which influences the customer’s consideration of the high brand image of a hospital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of corporate identity, physical environment, contact personelle, and service offering on the interesting of community to utilize service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar. Methods: This is a quantitative research that uses cross sectional study method. Respondents in this study are 78 inpatients of Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar, determined by using simple random sampling technique. Results: Based on the the chi-square statistical test results, corporate identity, physical environment, contact personelle, and service offering an influence on patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar with the value of all variables, namely p=0.000 < p=0.05. Conclusion: (1) There was influenced between corporate identity with patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar; (2) There was influenced between physical environment with patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar; (3) There was influenced between contact personelle with patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar; and (4) There was influenced between service offering with patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar.
