Abstract

This study aims to examine the efferct of Interest Rates, Dividend Payout Ratio, Earning Per Share and Price to Book Value on Stock Prices in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia Period 2013 – 2019. The population on this study amounted to 65 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 – 2019. The sample in this study amounted to 10 property and real estate companies using the purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques to test hypoytheses. The test result partialli show that Interest Rates and Dividend Payout Ratio variabel have no effect and have no significant on stock prices, while Earning Per Share and Price to Book Value have a significant positive effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the variable Interest Rates, Dividend Payout Ratio, Earning Per Share and Price to Book Value together have a significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The analytical method used is a quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool that uses validity and reliability tests, as well as the T test and F test. The results of this study are explaining the value of t Innovation (X1) of 3.090 is higher than the t table of 2.07387 which means that the Innovation variable has a significant influence on Business Success, and t value Entrepreneurial Creativity (X2) of 6.146 is higher than t table of 2.07387 which means that the variable Entrepreneurial Creativity has a significant influence on Business Success. Simultaneous testing (F Test) of Entrepreneurial Innovation and Creativity variable show an arithmetic of 75.119 which is higher than the f table of 3.44, it means that simultaneously the Entrepreneurial Innovation and Creativity influence signficantly on the Success of Small and Medium Enterprises in Clothing Tailors in East Baturaja Sub-District. The (R Square) which is 0.872 means that the contribution of Entrepreneurial Innovation and Creativity is 87.2% and the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as opportunity and HR factors.

Abstract

Memahami perilaku konsumen dalam memilih produk perawatan wajah, pemasar dapat memahami apa yang menjadi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, latar belakang konsumen, alasan memilih produk. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra Merk (Brand Image) Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk MS Glow Pada Klinik MS Glow Cabang Tanggerang. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen pengguna produk MS Glow pada klinik Ms Glow Tanggerang, dengan memilih 91 responden menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik regresi linier ganda, yang hasilnya menunjukan bahwa variabel Citra Merk (Brand Image) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal ini dibuktikan dengan 167,803> 2,7100 F hitung > F tabel. Pengujian hipotesis juga menunjukan bahwa keunggulan asosiasi merk berpengaruh dengan keputusan pembelian,dengan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05), sedangkan kekuatan merk memiliki pengaruh dengan keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai p=0,001 (p<0,05), dan keunikan merk juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai p=0,49 (p<0,05).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction, determine the effect of Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction, determine the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty, determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty, determine the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty. The type of research used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The research conducted by Purposive techniques of 100 customer of KFC Branch Baturaja. Data were collected through questionare. Descriptive analysis and path analysis were used as data analysis techniques.The result of the study reveals that Brand Image has direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction has direct and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Brand Image has direct and not significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Product Quality has direct and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Thus, the company should continue to improve the brand image and product quality of KFC Branch Baturaja, so that customer will continue to become a loyal customer. KFC Branch Baturaja should continue to deliver satisfaction to its customer.

Abstract

Abstract The Implementation Of Honda Service Excellence (HSE) Training at PT Prabu Pendawa Manuggal, Depok. Employee training extremely related to performance results. Therefore, it takes some training to assess and measure the employee performance. Employee training have an aim that employee have knowledge, abilities and skill which according to their job. The method used by PT Prabu Pendawa Manunggal is Off The Job Training. With the training Honda Service Excellence, a company able to have a qualified employee of providing services to customers. Because in such training implementation, employee trained to be provider service excellence, able to improve their productivity, etc. The result of employees performance will be different with others company which not doing training implementation compared with the implementing. The research method used by descriptive qualitative analysis. From the discussion can concluded that the training implementation Honda Service Excellence (HSE) the PT Prabu Pendawa Manunggal, Depok has already well, it is seen from performance and discipline of employees.
