This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and brand image partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Liza Bakery products. The population in this study were all customers who purchased Liza Bakery products as many as 1201 customers. The sample in this study amounted to 92 respondents with a determination using purposive sampling. The research approach used is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26 tool. From the results of statistical data analysis, it shows that promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Liza Bakery products. This can be seen from the results of the t test in which the value of tcount is obtained. 6.768 > ttable 1.986 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. The results of statistical data analysis show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Liza Bakery products. This can be seen from the results of the t test in which the value of tcount is 22,560 > ttable 1.986 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. This it can be concluded that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. The results of this study indicate that together (simultaneously) the promotion and brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable with an Fcount value of 632.839 with a significant level for X1 and X2 to Y of 0.000 and a Ftable value of 3. 10. Thus it can be concluded that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

This study aims to see the effect of work discipline, work ethic and work environment on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously at PD Pasar Horas Jaya, Pematangsiantar City. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of the PD Pasar Horas Jaya office, Pematangsiantar City, amounting to 31 people and the determination of the number of samples in this study was by the sampling method. The data source of this research is primary data by using research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method used is survey research. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis for statistical analysis and the regression model has been tested first in the classical assumption test. The results of the study stated that the partial test showed that work discipline had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PD Pasar Horas Jaya Pematangsiantar City, the partial test showed that work ethic had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PD Pasar Horas Jaya Pematangsiantar and partially tested the work environment had a positive effect. significant effect on employee performance at PD Pasar Horas Jaya Pematangsiantar Together, work discipline, work ethic and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PD Pasar Horas Jaya Pematangsiantar.

Bank is one of the financial institutions that have an important role in the economy of a country as a financial intermediary institution. Banks can be said to be the blood of a country's economy. Therefore the progress of a bank in a country can also be used as a measure of the progress of the country concerned. The more advanced a country is, the greater the role of banks in controlling the country, meaning that the existence of the banking world is increasingly needed by the government and society. For this role, an assessment tool for bank health is needed using the existing financial ratio approach. This study uses the measurement of banking financial ratios, namely the profitability ratio ( earning ratios), liquidity ratios (liquidity ratios), and solvency ratios (capital ratios).

This study aims to determine: (1 ) Does company size affect audit delay (2) Does company age affect audit delay. (3) Does company size and company age simultaneously affect audit delay.This research uses a quantitative research type with the population taken in this study, namely banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling with a total sample of 34 samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption testing The research results show that (1) company size has a negative effect on audit delay as indicated by the regression coefficient -3.1633 and a significance value of 0.0134. (2) Firm age has a negative effect on audit delay as indicated by the regression coefficient -0.2632 and a significance value of 0.0500. (3) Company size and company age together have an effect on audit delay as indicated by a significance value of 0.001238 and an Adjusted R2 value of 0.3761., Google Trends, Spark AR, Canva, Watsap.id, and Trello. Research will then be done to find out the increase brand awareness of the company through Meta insight.

This study analyzes the relationship between Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The statistical method used is multiple regression with a quantitative descriptive approach using the classical assumption test first.The population of this research is the State Civil Apparatus of the Medan City Trade Service as many as 74 respondents which are calculated from the number of workers in the Medan City Trade Office, the number of samples in the study is 74 people. Meanwhile, simultaneously both Organizational Culture (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Medan City Trade Service (Y). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the tourism sector on regional financial performance. In the data analysis technique using simple linear analysis, the sample of this research is the data on the realization of consistent financial reports from 2018 to 2020 as many as 36 samples. The data sources used are primary data obtained by interviewing and secondary data obtained from related documents such as financial reports and organizational structures. the location of this research is located at Jln. Gen. Ahmad Yani No. 108 sub-districts of Banggae, Majene Regency. The research results obtained are the influence of the Tourism Sector which has a significant effect on Financial Performance area . Calculated using SPSS obtained from the analysis of the t test with the value of T Count of 3,631 greater than t table 2,032 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of emotional intelligence on the level of understanding of accounting in Accounting students at the University of West Sulawesi. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source in this study is primary data. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire filled out by students of the Accounting Study Program at the University of West Sulawesi. The population in this study were 406 students of Accounting Study Program, University of West Sulawesi, class of 2016-2018. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with 81 respondents. The results of the analysis show that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the level of understanding of accounting.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Polewali Branch Office. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source in this study is primary data. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. Research data obtained from questionnaires and interviews directly by employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Polewali Branch Office. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation, in this case safety guarantees, has a positive effect on employee performance, especially enthusiasm for work and compliance with company SOPs at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Polewali Branch Office, proven by the t count, which is 11.415 > from the t table value, which is 1.703 and the significance level is smaller than the alpha value , which is 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R 2 ) is 0.823 which indicates that the change in the dependent variable is 82.3% while the remaining 17.7% is explained by other factors outside the regression model that has been analyzed.

This study aims to see how much influence leadership and motivation have on Teacher Commitment in one of the Islamic elementary schools in Bekasi City, Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative research by distributing questionnaires to teachers as many as 48 people. The results of this study indicate that: Simultaneously leadership and motivation affect teacher commitment, and partially leadership and motivation affect teacher commitment.

This study aims to analyze the impact of government investment in the trade sector carried out in preparation for the Asean Economy Community on the distribution of household income. “Simulation for Social Indicators and Poverty: IO and SAM Analysis” (SimSIP SAM). The first analytical tool used is to analyze export imports that occur in ASEAN countries against Indonesia using OLS Regression. This is done to see how the trade sector is happening in ASEAN countries as an impact of investment in the trade sector. After it is known that investment in the trade sector is known, then the analysis used is the Simulation for Social Indicators and Poverty: IO and SAM Analysis” (SimSIP SAM) to determine the multiplier impact that has occurred in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that government investment of IDR 27 trillion in the trade sector has an impact on: (1) total household income reaching IDR 74 trillion or an increase of 1.94 percent;
