Abstract

This study examines the form of leadership. The leadership in question is multicultural leadership. Conceptually, a leader is a leader who is able to anticipate, dream of, apply the concept of flexibility, think strategically and work to initiate and bring about change in order to create a better future for the organization. This research uses a qualitative approach, by making educational institutions as the setting. In his research, he concluded that decision making in multicultural leadership that rubs against socio-cultural factors often sparks the fire between groups. For this reason, a leader who understands the concept of multicultural leadership is required to be a communication bridge between employees. Multicultural leaders can apply the principles of justice and truth by drawing policies based on needs, not just the desires of one or two parties. Awareness of the facts of differences needs to be addressed and managed by a leadership concept that is able to synergize each diversity into a beauty.

Abstract

As a leader will have a big influence on those they lead. Teacher leadership isone of the factors that influence the character building of students,considering that in Javanese philosophy, the teacher is a person who isimitated and is the spearhead in the class who is face to face with students.The teacher accompanies students so that he will be the next leader. Theleadership effectiveness of an organization cannot be separated from spiritualvalues. Therefore, it is important to instill spiritual values in the teacher asa leader in the class. Fulfilling spiritual needs in the classroom will have apositive effect on the character building of students and can be used as afoundation in the application of spiritual leadership.

Abstract

Local culture is something that is bound and related to places, regions, and physical things such as geography. Like Javanese culture, of course it will develop in the Java area, Batak culture, Banjar culture as well as other cultures. Globalization can be defined as the process of making everything one earth or one world. Globalization can bring positive things such as: feeling ease, comfort, beauty, and progress. Besides that, it can also present negative things such as: causing suffering, anxiety, and misdirection. This research uses a case study approach, with a type of qualitative research.

Abstract

Organizational culture is often understood as a set of beliefs or values thatexist in the organization. It is also believed that the implementation of astrong organizational culture can bring out the characteristics and identityof an organization. It is also through this culture that public consumers canget to know the organization and then position the organization in theirminds. Because organizational culture contains a set of values that areembraced and practiced by all people in the organization, the role of religiousinstitutions or institutions is as an institution that is believed to be one ofthe sources of values or norms in society. With a good organizational culture,it is expected that the goals and objectives of the organization can be achievedoptimally. Building a strong culture requires strong leaders who have strongvisions and personalities. The founders are the people who build the vision,mission, philosophy and main goals of the organization. Abstract

For educational institutions that hone the social and mental attitudes ofstudents with a unique, character-driven model of coaching, with itssimplicity, pesantren has been able to produce graduates who are ready totake part and withstand the challenges and temptations that hinder theirstruggles. uphold scientific and religious values. Management of organizingand implementing the curriculum with regard to all actions related to thedetailing and distribution of all possible tasks to be carried out. In curriculumimplementation management aims to ensure that the curriculum can beimplemented properly. In this case, the management is tasked with providingmaterial, personal facilities and conditions so that the curriculum can beimplemented.
