Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the Distribution of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT), which seeks to alleviate poverty, assist and strengthen food security, and facilitate control, monitoring and reduction of social deviance. The cooperation program between the Regional Social Service and the Village Government is carried out through non-cash procedures or through banking. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1). Implementation of PBPNT Implementation, 2). Constraints or obstacles faced, and 3). Alternative solutions to overcome obstacles. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research location is Tambakrejo Village, Jombang. The implementation of PBPNT was analyzed from the perspective of management functions according to George R. Terry, namely; Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controling. Research results: 1). The implementation of PBPNT Tambakrejo in terms of distribution is in accordance with procedures, the distribution is carried out on target, in the right quantity, at the right price and quality and in proper administration, it just needs to be improved on the delivery time. Implementation is in accordance with George R. Terry's perspective management functions in terms of Planning, Organizing, and Actuating, only at the Controling stage it needs to be optimized because there is no special agency from the village apparatus assigned to handle this program. 2). Regarding program constraints, there were no serious problems that resulted in the failure of distribution. The technical problems encountered were missing cards, error cards, cards that had not been updated and food rations that had not been taken according to the stipulated time. 3). The solution to these problems is by calling the recipient or coordinating the recipient with the officer, updating the card, repairing the error card, and giving double quota for people who are late in taking it.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies carried out by the Kopili Cafe business actors to increase the competitiveness of Kopili Cafe against other cafes as competitors. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. Methods of data collection in this study using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research on Marketing Strategies to Increase Competitiveness at Kopili Coffee, namely the marketing strategy carried out by Kopili Coffee is quite effective in promoting products and developing quality. Kopili Coffee continues to develop its marketing strategy so that it continues to grow and be able to compete in the midst of many competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of the work environment in improving the quality of work of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo branch. In this study, the method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach through interviews and observations for data collection. From the results of data collection, several conclusions will be drawn from existing interviews so that they can complement the interests of this research. From the results of research and observations, it can be concluded that the relationship between the work environment has a relationship between improving the quality of work of employees, because the work environment is one of the things that influence to build the quality of work of employees in a company. Because the quality of employee work will look good if the company has a good work environment as well.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how important the role of communication technology on employee performance. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. communication is needed in employee performance without communication, organizational goals will not be achieved, employee performance must be made as comfortable as possible so that employees can work with enthusiasm and can complete tasks. The influence of technology is very important nowadays because it is very rare that people today do not use technology to both communicate and provide related information. Motivating employee performance can make employees more enthusiastic at work.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the extent to which Attitude, Skill, and Knowledge control have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Astha Kencana Mulia.. This research method is a quantitative, descriptive approach. The sample taken had 57 respondents. In collecting data using online questionnaires and direct observation. Data analysis techniques using PLS-SEM The research was conducted for approximately three months and explored the phenomenon of employee performance in terms of the implications of improving employee performance that is less than optimal. The findings from the study show that employee performance has increased significantly thanks to the positive impact of attitudes and skills, while knowledge does not contribute significantly and can even have a negative impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study research is to analyze the use of E-Commerce in consumers MSMEs which is based on the current development of globalization and its impact on technological progress and economic income. Analysis used to identification of the internal and external environment of culinary MSMEs. The Analysis we use in the study is qualitative research combined with descriptive analysis of the depiction of the object study in depth. So, a depiction of the object study can be provided. This data collection method is through survey information, and interviews. The results of this research show that e-commerce can provide broader information about culinary MSME products. An E-commerce system can also be a promotion for culinary MSME business actors to the establishment of buying online.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, DOL and DFL on profitability in tobacco subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This type of correlational research employs methods of multiple linear regression analysis, panel data, namely random testing influence, hausman test, normality test, multicollinearity test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test with a significance of 0.05. Data processing uses eviews 10 application software. The samples of this research is taken from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Specifically Tobacco subsector. The research findings show that operating leverage has a partial influence on profitability, managerial ownership and financial leverage have no influence on profitability. Profitability is influenced simultaneously by managerial ownership, operating leverage, and financial leverage.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the use of information technology and information technology users on the quality of financial reports. The population in this study were employees of PAM Tirta Latimojong, Luwu Regency. Meanwhile, the research sample is the quality of financial reports. The population in this study were all employees of Perumda Latimojong and the sample in this study was 76 people. In this research, the associative type was used with a quantitative approach with testing using multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the variables Utilization of information technology and users of information technology have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of grain prices on rice farming income in Ngrandulor Village, Peterongan, Jombang. The research method used was a survey with a sampling technique that suited the characteristics of the rice farmer population, with a sample size of 30 respondents. Data is collected through questionnaires and direct interviews, then analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, such as simple linear regression or multiple linear regression, depending on the variables analyzed. The research results show that the price of grain has a significant influence on rice farming income. Data analysis indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between grain prices and rice farming income. In other words, the higher the price of grain, the higher the income of rice farming businesses. The conclusion of this research is that the price of grain is an important factor that can influence the income of rice farmers, so the stability of grain prices needs to be maintained to improve farmers' welfare.

Abstract

The problem of employing high school graduates is a problem that continues to occur every year, espec, the lack of experience and skills means that high school graduates have the highest poverty rate. East Java provincial government data for 2020 states that around 116,772 high school students did not continue to college and competed with graduates of  vocational schools who make up the largest workforce. With these conditions, in 2018 the East Java Provincial Government, in collaboration with the East Java Education Service, launched a high school program called Double Track, this program aims to improve students' entrepreneurial skill. . The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of Entrepreneurship Learning and the Double track Program on Efforts to Increase Student Entrepreneurial Interest . This research is a type of quantitative research. The subjects of this research were 56 students of the Bareng State High School double track program. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests. heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test. The results of research at SMA Negeri Bareng show (R Square) of 0.136, namely 13.6% and a calculated F value of 6.519676 with Sig. is 0.020 or P < 0.05, then the variable is Entrepreneurship Learning (X1), Double track Program (X2) Student Entrepreneurial Interest (Y).
