Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the strategy for developing MSMEs based on the creative economy by Faiz Convection and to find out the results achieved from the development of MSMEs based on the creative economy by Faiz Convection. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which aims to analyze the data by describing or providing an objective description of the actual state. The place of this research was carried out in Faiz Convection Jombang. The data used are primary and secondary data. Collecting data through activities, namely a) observation on the object of research, b) interviews with sources with interview instruments, c) documentation in the form of writing or pictures, and d) literature review for the purposes of preparing reports. The data processing of the results of this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis tool. The results obtained indicate that the creative economy-based MSME development strategy in faiz convection is carried out by developing a marketing system and product development by making new breakthroughs regarding the variety of clothing models produced and innovation. System development at the convection faiz by conducting briefings to owners and employees in completing all work at the production site so that it runs effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Rocket Chicken Jombang. This study uses quantitative research methods, using the type of multiple linear regression. This research uses survey research method. the population in this study are consumers at Rocket Chicken Tembelang Jombang. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. The samples taken in this study were 50 respondents, namely consumers of Rocket Chicken Tembelang Jombang. The data used are primary and secondary data. Collecting data through activities, namely a) distributing questionnaires, b) interviews with interviewees with interview instruments, c) documentation in the form of writing or pictures, and d) literature review for the purposes of preparing reports. The data processing of the results of this study uses the type of multiple linear regression. The results obtained indicate that the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at rocket chicken tembelang jombang, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 5.029 with a significance level of 0.000 < from 0.005. Food quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at rocket chicken tembelang jombang, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 2,343 with a significance level of 0.023 > from 0.005.

Abstract

Café is a type of restaurant but prioritizes a relaxed atmosphere, entertainment and comfort. So that cafe managers need to pay attention to the variety of menus, attractive interior designs for today's teenagers and also entertaining live music so as to improve the lifestyle of today's teenagers. This study aims to analyze how much influence feel experience and action experience have on repurchase interest at Nest Coffee Jombang. In this study, the sampling method used was purposive sampling technique, for the sample size used was 100 respondents according to the criteria determined by the researcher, questionnaires were used for the data collection process in this study. This data retrieval using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, validity test, reliability test, T test, and F test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of people, process, and physical evidence on costumer satisfaction at adinata wedding organizers during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is associative research. with the form of research is a quantitative approach. the sampling technique used purposive sampling, the respondents of this study were contumers who used the services of a wedding organizer from March 12, 2020 to June 12, 2021 with a total sample of 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using the method of observation and questionnaires. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, partial T test and simultaneous F test, the data is processed using the SPSS 26 program. The results of this research show that there is no significant effect of people on costumer satisfaction, while process has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. and physical evidence has a significant influence on contumer icon satisfaction in choosing Adinata wedding organizer services during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify the effect of the tourism components is tourist attraction, amenities, and health protocol during pandemic covid-19 at the Banyu Mili tourist destination in Wonosalam Jombang. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach. This research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling with Purposive Sampling approach. The sample in this research were the visitors of Banyu Mili tourist destination in Jombang city with 103 respondents. Based on the T test results, it has known that tourist attractions has positive and significant effect towards interest to revisit in Banyu Mili, while accessibilities, amenities, ancillary service and health protocol have no significant effect on the tourists' revisiting interest. Based on research result that tourist attraction has the most dominant influence on the interest in revisiting tourist. The better a tourist attraction have, the bigger tourists' revisiting interest will be at Banyu MIli Wonosalam Jombang.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is a) to find out the influence of Yakult Lady's personal sales on Yakult's purchase decisions in Mojokerto and b) to find out the influence of consumer behavior on Yakult's purchasing decisions through Yakult Lady in Mojokerto. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research sample is a community of Yakult customers in mojokerto area with sampling technique is purposive sample. While the subject of the study was the customers of Yakult beverages a total of 16 respondents. Data collection is done in 2 ways, namely interviews and the dissemination of questionnaire questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire were conducted data analysis using validity test, reliability test, and linear regression analysis test through calculation with SPSS application. The Influence of Yakult Lady's Personal Sales and Consumer Behavior on Purchasing Decisions where variable Personal Selling sig value 0.516 > 0.05 and t value count 0.668 < 2.160 (t table). This indicates that the Personal Selling variable has no influence on Purchase Decision and variable Consumer Behavior sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t value count 4,871 > 2,160 (t table) so as to show that variable Consumer Behavior there is an influence on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This paper discusses the economic empowerment of pesantren through bump program at Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Jombang. This paper is motivated by the role of boarding schools that are expected to be dynamicators and catalysts for the empowerment of human resources, drivers of development in all fields, especially in the economic field. BUMP is a business entity that is structurally under the auspices of Pesantren Fathul Ulum and has a position equivalent to other institutions of Pesantren Fathul Ulum. BUMP is managed by students who have been educated in accordance with their respective fields and assisted by the community as fast as. The authors of this study aimed to find out how the application and relevance of bump program is applied as a boarding school empowerment located in Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Jombang. The method of writing used in this writing is to use descriptive qualitative by using field research. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data taken from related sources. The discussion shows that the economic empowerment of pesantren through bump program implemented in Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Jombang has been running well but it will be more relevant if the organizational structure can be improved so that it will run more effectively.

Abstract

Gold is a precious metal that has a stable value and its selling value remains high in the gold market. Gold gardening is one of the gold investment trends that have lucrative advantages, so it arises how the legal status of investing in gold gardening and buying and selling gold in cash. This research method uses a research library that retrieves information from books, yellow books, and some supporting articles. Data analysis is done by collecting possible propositions and non-permissibe propositions. The results showed that in buying and selling gold in cash is allowed because gold has become an item in general, not a currency like in ancient times. While in gold gardening is not allowed on the grounds of violating the provisions of Shari'ah namely maysir and gharar. So that in doing gold gardening can cause mudharat for yourself and also others

Abstract

Investing in the Islamic capital market has two objectives, namely by continuing to search for the world but not leaving the hereafter, namely by maintaining the satisfaction because it has been screened and supervised by OJK, DSN MUI. This study uses qualitative research methods, using secondary data, the analysis is carried out at the time of collecting data and when the data has been collected so as to get a solution and draw conclusions. The results obtained show that there is a high contribution from the Islamic capital market to the development of the national capital market through developments in Islamic capital market instruments such as Islamic stocks, corporate sukuk and state Islamic securities as well as through Islamic mutual funds which provide positive values ​​for the development of the national capital market.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a crucial role in increasing the country's gross domestic product. however, since COVID-19 hit globally at the end of 2019, and there have been many government policies in force in tackling the COVID-19 pandemic, many business actors have experienced a drastic decline in income and not a few have been unable to maintain their businesses which led to the closure, one of which was the Mba Yuni Food Stall business. This study aims to get an illustration of the condition of MSMEs in the culinary and beverage sector during the COVID-19 pandemic at a food stall. This study was conducted for 3 months from March to June 2022. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using purposive sampling techniques using information sources in the form of field information interviews using samples of MSMEs at Mba Yuni Food Stalls. The results showed that the profit obtained by msMEs of Warung Makan Mba Yuni in the city of Surabaya during the COVID-19 pandemic had a relatively compound figure. This data shows that MSMEs at Mba Yuni Food Stalls are still unable to maximize their business potential, one of which is caused by COVID-19 and the policies implemented by the government during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy implemented by the government requires business owners to cut business active time only until 21.00 WIB and reduce the number of consumers by 50% for dine-in. The government's policy of limiting working hours during the COVID-19 pandemic is an important factor in the decline in the business income of MSMEs at Warung Makan Mba Yuni during the COVID-19 pandemic.
