Development Innovation Journal published starting from volume 01 of 2013 when it was still under the Bappeda Lampung Province in the Field of Research and Development under the name Journal of Development Innovation. Then since the enactment of Local Regulation of Lampung Province No. 3 of 2014 Regional Research and Development Agency of Innovation Lampung Province was formed on August 8, 2014. Field of Publication and Information one of the main tasks is the journal and journal title changed from Journal of Development Innovation to Journal of Innovation and Development. Furthermore, based on Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2016 Regional Research and Development Agency (Balitbangnovda) Lampung Province again changed into Regional Research and Development Agency (Balitbangda) Lampung Province, Division of Science and Technology oversees Sub Division Data Dissemination and Publication Kelitbangan as a manager of journals and the name of the journal was again changed to Journal of Development Innovation. Abstract

Lampung merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang rawan akan aktifitas gempa bumi. Dalam upaya meminimalisir tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi, maka bangunan perlu dianalisis serta dievaluasi terhadap beban gempa. Penelitian ini berfokus di gedung Rawat Inap Non Bedah RSUD. Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Analisis ini dilakukan untuk melihat perbedaan perilaku struktur gedung pasca gempa sesuai kondisi gempa nyata dan gempa rencana. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan gedung dalam level aman, dimana simpangan antar tingkat berada dibawah simpangan antar tingkat izin yaitu 48,4615 mm. Persentase selisih rata-rata hasil antara pembebanan menggunakan gempa aktual dan gempa rencana adalah 59,75% untuk displacement X, 51,99 % untuk displacement Y, 59,47% untuk interstory drift X, dan 51,91% untuk interstory drift Y. Gempa aktual yang tidak mengalami proses penskalaan didapatkan hasil yang lebih kecil dibandingkan gempa rencana. Pada hakekatnya, penskalaan perlu untuk dilakukan, dikarenakan untuk mengindari kesalahan akibat penggunaan akselerogram yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi yang ditinjau.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the competence and workload of human resources partially and simultaneously on the quality of the audit results of village funds at the Inspectorate of North Lampung Regency. The respondents of this study were 75 of 76 employees at the Inspectorate of North Lampung Regency. The data collection method used in this study was carried out with the main/principal method and supporting methods. The main method uses a questionnaire, while the supporting method uses interviews and documentation. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and determination using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 software analysis tools. The results show that the independent variable is competence (X1). significant effect on the variable depending on the quality of audit results, workload (X2) has no significant effect on the audit quality variable, and competence and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of audit results.

Abstract

Palm oil is one of the leading commodities, and Indonesia is one of the largest palm oil producers in the world. Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunches (OPEFB) are the solid waste from palm oil industry activities. The cellulose content in EFB can be used as a substrate for anaerobic decomposition to produce volatile fatty acids (VFAs). In this study, chemical pre-processing (NaOH 8% w / V) was used for the delignification of EFB before being processed in anaerobic fermentation. Digested cow manure (DCM) is used as an inoculum. Process optimization to produce VFAs is a challenge because VFAs are intermediate products in the metabolic pathway of anaerobic decomposition towards methane formation. This study examines the potential of VFAs from EFB by varying the temperature against the EFB anaerobic fermentation process to produce VFAs in batch reactors. The temperature variations studied were mesophilic (29 °C) and thermophilic (55 °C) conditions. Empirical molecular formulas can predict VFA potential with a reaction stoichiometric approach. As a result of the calculation, the VFA potential of EFB is 44.5x10-2 mg.mgTS-1. Experiments showed that thermophilic conditions resulted in VFAs 60% higher than mesophilic, as seen from the percent completion of RT reaching 59% and closer to the theoretical potential.

Abstract

Abstract: When kids have easy access to the internet, it can have both positive and negative consequences. One of the negative influences of recent technological developments is the rise of child cyber grooming, which is especially prevalent in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe efforts to deal with criminal acts of child sexual abuse on social media in the context of legal protection carried out by the Polda Metro Jaya Regional Police. The research method used is an empirical juridical approach with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of legally mandated forms of protection is appropriate to police action. Legal protection given to legal subjects in the form of legal instruments is carried out in a preventive and repressive manner. Keywords: Countermeasures, Social Media, Child Crime

Abstract

Village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program to realize the acceleration of achieving sustainable development goals. The Village SDGs in Ciburial Village have been implemented in 2021 and 2022 Ciburial Village will re-implement the Village SDGs program, but in practice, there are still the same problems, namely the lack of community participation in the program. This study aims to determine the level of community participation in the Village SDGs and formulate appropriate strategies to increase community participation so that the implementation of the Village SDGs can run optimally. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by taking data through interviews, observation, and documentation. In formulating a strategy to increase community participation in the implementation of the Village SDGs, a SWOT analysis will be used, this SWOT analysis will describe internal and external conditions regarding existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to determine strategies that can make village communities play an active role in the Village SDGs that will be implemented. run by the Ciburial Village Government.

Abstract

The insurance business entity has failed to pay for the disbursement of the policy. For example, Bumiputera customers are currently still waiting for insurance policy disbursements. Alternative institution For financial services sector dispute resolution is here to assist in resolving the insurance dispute by offering non-litigation settlement efforts. This research was carried out in a normative-juridical manner by reviewing the applicable laws and regulations along with the principles, theories, and doctrines of the experts. To support the research, literature study materials relevant to the subject matter of this study will be included. The results of this study indicate that the alternative institution financial services has mediation and arbitration services in dispute resolution. The mediation will be attended by the customer and the insurance business entity as well as a third party as a mediator. Successful mediation with a peace agreement will be outlined in a peace deed. Arbitration is a dispute resolution model agreed upon by both parties before or after a dispute occurs. The arbitrator as a third party is a panel of judges appointed by the parties to the dispute or management. The arbitration award is final and binding.

Abstract

The basic human desire to look attractive causes the cosmetic industry to continue to grow. The development of the cosmetics industry is increasing rapidly with the existence of internet media that presents e-commerce. This condition is exploited by certain individuals who wish to gain greater profits by selling dangerous cosmetics through e-commerce. The purpose of writing scientific journals is to understand legal protection for consumers against the existence of dangerous cosmetics in e-commerce, the factors that influence people to buy cosmetics using online buying and selling services and factors that influence the circulation of dangerous cosmetics in society. The method used in this research is normative legal method. The results obtained in this study are the permitting process and law enforcement carried out by the government to prevent the existence of dangerous cosmetics. The factors that influence people to buy cosmetics using e-commerce are saving time and effort, ease of transaction, completeness of information, price comparison and availability of products at any time. Meanwhile, the factors that influence the circulation of dangerous cosmetics in society are the low level of public education, people who are easily tempted by low prices and the mindset of people who like instant results.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang peningkatan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam membangun budaya literasi melalui kegiatan pembinaan profesional dengan pendekatan kooperatif di SMAN 1 Jati Agung Kab. Lampung Selatan pada semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (action research) dengan 4 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 15 guru SMAN 1 Jati Agung Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kegiatan observasi dan dokumentasi. Validasi data menggunakan teknik triangaluasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan silabus dan perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran meningkat yakni dari nilai rata-rata dari 50,17 dengan kriteria nilai kurang pada kondisi awal, menjadi 69,92 kriteria nilai cukup pada siklus pertama dan menjadi 87,83 kriteria nilai sangat baik pada siklus kedua. Adapun penjelasan ketuntasan secara individual pada kondisi awal belum ada guru yang dinyatakan tuntas, meningkat menjadi 8 guru (53,33%) pada siklus pertama, dan 15 guru (100%) pada siklus kedua. Kesimpulannya adalah kegiatan pembinaan profesional dengan pendekatan kooperatif terbukti dapat meningkatkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam membangun budaya literasi di SMAN 1 Jati Agung pada semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.
