Abstract

: Development and economic growth are two interrelated things. Both of these things will not run optimally if the development process does not pay attention to the potential of the region. By identifying the leading sectors, the potential of the region can be known so that the development planning runs effectively and efficiently. The economic growth rate of Central Kalimantan Province is the highest in Kalimantan. Central Kalimantan Province can obtain a larger GRDP and increase economic growth if able to take advantage of its potential. The purpose of this study is to identify the key sectors that have the potential to develop and analyze these sectors to determine the right development priorities, and to increase local government efforts in supporting the development of superior economic potential. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using secondary data. The results of the study indicate that potential economic sectors based on Location Quotient analysis, Klassen Tipology, Shift Share analysis, and Overlay analysis are the agricultural, forestry and fishery sectors, the manufacturing sector, and the large and retail trade sectors. Central Kalimantan's economy undergoes a structural transformation characterized by a decline in the role of the agricultural sector, and the increasing role of the industrial and service sectors. Central Kalimantan Provincial Government's support can be seen from Regional Long Term Development Plan (RLTDP) and Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RMTDP), and from Regional Budget Revenue and Expenditure (RBRE) allocations that have prioritized and focused economic development on the leading sectors.

Abstract

This study discusses the determination of flow rate limits given to the Tetrashelmis chuii and Spirrulina sp microalgae against their resistance in terms of adsorbing CO2 with a considerable concentration of CO2 feed. The purpose of this study was to determine the tolerance limit of feed gas flow rate with constant CO2 concentration in microalgae (Tetraselmiss chuii and Spirrulina sp) in a photobioreactor. It is necessary to characterize the type of microalgae against its resistance in receiving a given gas feed to reduce the amount of CO2 by varying the feed flow-rate of the photobioreactor at 1 l/min, 1.5 l/min and 2 l/min with a CO2 concentration of 33 % . It was found that the optimum flow rate possessed by microalgae is best in the absorption of CO2, Spirrulina sp with a flow rate capability of 1 l/min with absorption of 83.13 % compared to Tetraselmis chuii with a flow rate of 1.5 l/min with absorption of 76.10 %

Abstract

As time passes, people in Hanura village can not produce their own food independently to meet their daily needs. This is because the majority of Hanura people work as non-farmers and market presence makes it easier for them to gain access to meet their daily needs. Therefore, the Hanura village government innovated by implementing the Greenhouse Program to improve people's food security by creating public awareness to produce food independently. The achievement of the Greenhouse Program as a learning media for movement and food production is self-reliant to the community. This makes the researcher curious to know how far the effectiveness of Green House Program as an effort to increase food security of community in Hanura village, Teluk Pandan Sub-district, Pesawaran Regency. This research is a qualitative research. Interview techniques, observation and documentation are administrated as data collection techniques research. The results show that the Greenhouse Program in improving the food security of Hanura villagers has not been effective because there is a lack of human resources that can follow the Greenhouse Program and the amount of food output in the Greenhouse Program has not been adequate for the overall needs of the Hanura villagers. Implementation of the Hanura Village Greenhouse Program has constrained the lack of public awareness to take part, the climate that inhibits the growth of plants in the Greenhouse and many local merchants are free to sell instant foods that are contrary to the purpose of the Greenhouse Program.

Abstract

This study discussed the effect of N2 concentration variation on the acquisition of amount of Dunaliella salina lipid with light intensity of 3000 lux. This study aimed to determine the appropriate concentration of N2 to obtain Dunaliella salina lipid at maximum. Photosynthesis took place in a photobioreactor with a volume of bioreactor 2 l (500 ml Dunaliella salina, 1500 ml sea-water, with variations of N2 0.06, 0.07, 0.08, 0.09 and 0.1 M) with a total gas flow rate of 5 l/min. Culture was done for 5 days and harvested biomass on the 5th day. The results showed that there was an increase in lipid yield as the N2 concentration was increased. The maximum amount of lipids obtained in the variation of N2 0.1 M was 2.3727 %

Abstract

The production of bioethanol of fuel grade from cassava is confronted with cassava greediness issues on nutrients, ineffectiveness on a small scale, especially at the price of cassava above Rp 400 / kg and lacking adequate yields for farmers with limited land area (<5 ha). To overcome these issues, it is proposed that bioethanol production is integrated with high productivity cassava cultivation (mukibat, varieties Darul Hidayah, Cicurug etc.) on 100 ha and dairy goat farms starting from 1,000 heads, with recycling production approach .The cause of the large increase in yield is the cultivation of the Ettawa Peranakan goat which can increase 4-6 fold in 2 years (1 period). The consequence of this addition is an increase in livestock production costs by 22% in the form of additional forage feed from outside or the addition of an area of 7.5 ha / 1000 goats to plant forage. It is projected that the continuous implementation of this program will have a dual effect in the medium term, in the form of: 1. The establishment of centers of small-scale bioethanol integrated with the cultivation of cassava and goat / cattle farms; 2. The development of animal feed industries, milk processing and advanced processing of bioethanol into bioethanol grade fuel; 3. The development of supporting industries.

Abstract

Activating Students Learning Through Numeral Card With Letter Card in Math and Indonesian Language Lessons in Elementary School. Teacher who teach classically will not fulfill her aim, until the students become passive. If this is happened continuously, it will ensue fatally. The students interest toward lesson will decrease so that the score will become lower. Those problem should be handled with teaching method which using media, in the case of the writer used numeral card and letter card as a media. It can be hoped with those media, the students activity will increase so that learning aim can be reached. The research has done with the research object are students in Ia grade SDN 2 Kelapa Tujuh Kecamatan Kotabumi Selatan Lampung Utara that amounted 30 students. The lesson which will research is Math and Indonesian Language lessons. As we can see in finding data and reflection, activity in learning is increased. The students become more aggressive toward lesson which is delivered by teachers. Learning process become more alive and meaningful. The lesson comprehension process will become faster because the students attract to understand the lesson. The students who did not want to ask become little extrovert and brave to ask. It can be seen from the increasing of score percentage in Math and Indonesian Language lesson. The increasing of score indirectly caused by the applying of media in learning process of both lessons.
