Public transportation is a service to move people or goods to support mobility from one place to another. The use of public transportation is still one of the favorite transportation for migration from village to City or from City to village (mudik). Homecoming has become one of the traditions that occur every year in Indonesia. However, the increase in the number of public transportation passengers ahead of homecoming makes it challenging to get tickets and public transportation, so it is necessary to find alternative transportation so that homecoming is still carried out. The purpose of making this paper is to find out the factors that affect PT. Adirona Nirmana Lestari (ANL) is sustainable in selecting homecoming (mudik) transportation between buses and motorbikes. The method is to spread the questionnaire to 100 respondents, and then the questionnaire result data is analyzed using the spider chart method. The results showed that of the ten parameters asked in the questionnaire, the parameter greatly influenced the selection of homecoming transportation for ANL employees was the cost of travel.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on transportation. The impact is still felt when COVID-19 subsidies and community activities have begun to return to normal. Public transportation modes Trains had not operated optimally before the pandemic, resulting in most people choosing bus transportation modes. The purpose of this study is to determine the community's behavior in choosing the mode of transportation between trains and buses on the Tasikmalaya - Jakarta travel route. The method used in this study used the state preference method with attributes of travel time, travel costs, and waiting time. Data analysis was carried out from questionnaire data shared with 100 respondents. The survey results were collected, and linear regression analysis and modeling were conducted using a binomial logit model. Linear regression analysis using the SPSS program obtained the results of the transportation mode selection model, namely (KA-BUS) = -0.293 – 0.389 (X1) – 1.944x10-5(X2) – 0.060 (X3) where X1 Travel time variable, X2 travel cost variable and X3 waiting time variable. It can be concluded that the bus mode of transportation, with a proportion of mode selection of 57.12 %, has a greater chance of being chosen by travelers than the mode of rail transportation, which has a proportion of mode selection of 42,875%.

Public transportation modes are one of the essential means of transportation and must be developed. However, today the phenomenon that exists, the selection of motorcycles, is more interesting than the use of public transport. This paper aims to examine how efficient motorcycles compare to public transportation. The research method was a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and interviews with Cipinang – Tebet (MT. Haryono). Data analysis is carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis method with the help of the Microsoft Excel application. The results showed that the importance-performance analysis was quite good. It was seen that the average importance level was 3.99, the satisfaction level was 3.56, and the GAP was -0.44. The highest GAP occurs in the Comport Capital parameter of -0.59. Meanwhile, based on the results of interviews shows that travelers prefer to use motorbikes instead of public transportation due to the mileage, travel time, and costs incurred.

Along with the development of the industrial sector in Indonesia, Karawang has excellent opportunities and potential to develop in this field, where Karawang currently has congestion problems from and towards industrial estates in a certain period. The geometric planning of the access road to the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road aims to provide references and preliminary designs to unravel the congestion problem. Systematic calculations and integrated visual depictions of AutoCAD Civil 3D® software assist the geometric design process of such roads. The research method used is quantitative. The necessary data sources are obtained from observation methods, literature studies, and primary data. Planning begins with determining the design criteria of the purpose and the function of such roads. Then the design criteria are used as a reference to determine variables in horizontal and vertical paragraphs. From the results of horizontal paragraph planning, one arc of FS (Full Circle) and 2 SCS (Spiral-Circle-Spiral) were obtained. Then the results of the vertical paragraph design got two concave arches.

Horizontal alignment is included in the aspect of the geometric design of the road. Jalan Babat – Tapen in Jombang, East Java, is planned to have three horizontal alignments. This design aims to connect Jalan Babat and Jalan Tapen to shorten the travel time for the surrounding community's needs. This research uses the Bina Marga method, which refers to the Highway Design Standard of Indonesia 2021. First, road traffic data is obtained from the google earth application. The global mapper is then processed in AutoCAD to determine the coordinates of the road trace and the location of horizontal alignment. Then the data obtained is processed by referring to the Bina Marga method to design horizontal alignment. Jalan Tapen – Babat is a Secondary SJJ (Urban Road), Secondary Collector, and medium road, and the minor type of road 2/2 is not separate (TT). It has a flat terrain in design with a planned speed of 40 km / h. Three horizontal alignments with Spiral-Circle-Spiral (SCS) type, the first horizontal alignment is at STA 0+700 – 0+864, the second horizontal alignment is at STA 1+383 – 1+558, and the third horizontal alignment is at STA 2+132 – 2+304.

Easy community life, both in terms of economic, social, educational, and others, is the purpose of designing and constructing access roads or connecting roads. In addition, road design must consider safety aspects to achieve safe, balanced, and sustainable road performance. In this study, a manual horizontal alignment road design was carried out to link the road of Jalan Plupuh Tanon and Jalan Gabugan Sragen Section 1 from STA 0 + 000 to STA 2 + 257,221 with the planning of three bend points guided by Highway Design Standard of Indonesia 2021. Primary data in the form of coordinates and contours are taken from Google Earth and the Global Mapper. The design starts by managing primary data and calculating the elements that make up the horizontal alignment so that a road with a design speed of 30 km/h is obtained, the value of e = 8%, and a radius of 200 m. Three horizontal alignment points use a Spiral-Circle-Spiral (SCS) arch with an intermediate curve (Ls) value of 38 m and a circular arch (Lc) of 44.229 m, respectively.

One of the aspects put forward in modern times is road infrastructure to meet the needs of moving goods, services, and people. As well as road planning for toll roads, connecting roads between regions, and roads in specific areas such as industrial areas, it also requires careful planning to meet the needs of transportation movement in them. This analysis focuses on the geometric road planning for horizontal paragraphs in the Corn Drying Center Post-Harvest Infrastructure industrial area in Tuban, East Java. The planning considers daily vehicle flows, heaviest axis loads, and bend radiuses that adjust for a limited land area. Correspondence to data in the field is obtained from the results of surveys that have been conducted (quantitative data). The result of the calculations is depicted using AutoCAD Civil 2D®.
