Sistem Manajemen Perkerasan Jalan modern harus mampu melakukan interpretasi, prediksi, optimasi dan dukungan keputusan yang kuat bagi stake holder. Hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan apabila seluruh data historis dan kondisi eksisting dapat dipetakan secara terintegrasi dengan baik. Diperlukan pengembangan konsep Decision Support System (DSS) yang mampu memberikan gambaran implementasi integrasi antara proses interpretasi dan optimasi pemeliharaan jalan. Pendekatan yang dipilih adalah pengembangan model Geographic Information System (GIS) dengan piranti lunak open source. Data yang digunakan adalah sistem pemeliharaan jalan eksisting di Pulau Jawa. Konsep ini berupa model sebagai aplikasi antar muka yang mampu menerima input berupa numeric dan koordinat kemudian memberikan output berupa text, numeric, tabular, dan grafis. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan integrasi dan simulasi rangkaian pengolahan big data, proses optimasi, menjadi sebuah tampilan sederhana. Konsep model GIS yang kembangkan dengan melakukan integrasi Data mining (DM) dan optimasi, mampu menampilkan aplikasi interface yang sederhana dan dapat memberikan kemudahan para stake holder untuk melaksanakan sistem manajemen perkerasan jalan dengan langkah sederhana dan menyeluruh.

Terminal is a major node in a network which are collections of the overall trajectory. But now the existence of a passenger terminal does not function effectively, it is seen from the low utilization by the user terminal transport services. Hence, the aim in this study was to evaluate airport terminal service against type A standards. This study was conducted at the Passenger Terminal Type A Tirtonadi Surakarta using descriptive and quantitative research methods, with a sample size of 355 people. Data were collected through an instrument in the form of sheets of questions with Likert scale models that have been tested. The study used the analytical techniques Importance Performance Analysis. Results of the first study, it was concluded that the quality of service in Terminal Tirtonadi ie 81.41 are on service quality category B with satisfactorily. Second, the level of conformity Terminal services Tirtonadi not met the expectations of service users. Thirdly, it was concluded that the services are a top priority for improvement is the safety information that is easy and clear, the Internet network facilities, battery charging facilities, waiting room, and the arrival and departure of vehicles as well as the tariffs of public vehicles.

The crossing of a plot between the Railway and the highway on the road Perjuangan often causes problems, especially if the crossing door is closed when the Railway passes. The problem is that queues and vehicle times return to normal shortly after the crossing door is opened on Ir. H. Juanda, Bekasi. This study aims to determine the potential for delays and queues related to the operating time of the crossing door of a plot at the Bekasi Station Crossing. This research uses a quantitative approach using linear regression and vissim software to perform analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion showed a significant influence on the variables of the number of trains passing at the crossing of a plot, delay, and vehicle queue lengths. In addition, the Road Geometry variable affects the length of queues and vehicles’ delays road. Ir. H. Juanda, Bekasi. The results of this study are expected to be used as a consideration in handling traffic management and can minimize the occurrence of traffic congestion

Purpose: Compare of the sustainability transportation systems between Indonesia and Germany. Learning implements some lessons learned from the German experience to the development of transportation planning in Indonesia to support sustainable land use and transportation by comparing and analyzing the probability of converting and adopting reducing private transportation, landscape, financing mechanisms, and transport mechanism between Germany and Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: Analyzing obtained data based on the comparison's parameters framework. Findings: Potentially, a parameter that can be set to develop a better transportation system for environmental and people safety, or even to reduce the congestion that occurs in most of Indonesia's metropolitan areas. Research limitations/implications: Since the study location is in fact somewhat distant, the information that is gathered to analyze the comparison is only chosen from each country's broad outline and is not otherwise specified. Practical implications: Finding solution for a better sustainable transportation in Indonesia that can be implemented. Originality/value: The analytical framework that is implemented in this comparative study is a methodically innovative approach form of developing an Innovative Transport System that is to aim a better use of transport network. This research aims to measure service quality and timeliness which has an impact on passenger loyalty and passenger satisfaction on the Argo Parahyangan train. Some problems, such as the frequency of use of the Bandung-Jakarta Argo Parahyangan Railway transportation services, have not shown a minimum limit every weekend. There is still a difference between the departure and actual arrival of the Argo Parahyangan train against the schedule that has been set. The arrangement of the operating plan has not been maximized due to limited facilities. Research with a sample of 89 respondents and data analysis method using the method of path analysis. The results show that passenger satisfaction can mediate the indirect effect of service quality on passenger loyalty. Passenger satisfaction is able to mediate the indirect effect of punctuality on passenger loyalty. The key finding of this research is the perception of passengers who feel they have never received other services as comfortable as rail transportation and state that they will not switch to using rail transportation.

University students in many developing countries do not experience the same mode choices in developed countries. This study implements existing influence factors of mode choice towards a university in a developing country by analyzing the characteristics of the student’s preferences in choosing the best transportation modes under different circumstances. The primary data is taken through a stated preference survey which is then analyzed using a descriptive statistics approach and findings are compared with existing studies. Firstly, commuter students show a significant interest in driving-alone mode compared to the other four mode choices. Secondly, proximity to campus proves to be influential on students’ mode choices. Thirdly, the majority of students live within their family residences, and this influence their mode choice behavior. Lastly, the results shown are correlated only with evening-period students.

Public transportation has a significant role in urban life. One of the well-known public transportation in Batam City is the "Bimbar" City Bus. This research aims to get the satisfaction level of Bimbar users. The method used is data collection techniques using questionnaires, then the data obtained is processed using descriptive analysis techniques using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. As a result, the average gap between performance and importance is -0.96. The indicator with the highest gap is Cleanliness on city buses, with a value of -1.75, which means that service providers must prioritize their performance on Cleanliness on the bus so that users can feel satisfied. Another indicator that must be improved is adequate vehicle facilities and conditions because users still need to be satisfied with the performance of city bus service providers with relatively high gaps.

Carry is one of the public transportation found in Batam, Indonesia. However, there is a need for innovation so that this public transportation can compete with other public transportation and private vehicles. Therefore, this study was carried out to determine what variables must be considered when determining the level of public satisfaction with "Carry." First, the data collection method is to distribute questionnaires to 131 respondents through google forms. Then the analysis method uses IPA (Importance Performance Analysis), which is presented as a diagram with four quadrants. The results show that the user satisfaction level is 2.85 to 3.45. In contrast, the user importance level is in the range of 4.29 to 4.68, with a gap between -0.94 to -1.68. Finally, based on the study's findings, it can be determined that the variables cleanliness of public transportation facilities, the safety of service users, comfort of service users, and availability of facilities/interiors are placed in quadrant A, requiring special attention.

Public transportation has become an alternative for people in their daily activities. As technology develops, online public transportation or application-based online taxis emerges. The purpose of this paper is to find out the performance between conventional taxis and online taxis. The authors used the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in this study. Before being able to use the IPA method, the author will first collect data by opening a questionnaire with a minimum of 100 respondents for analysis. The study's findings indicate that online taxis perform better than conventional taxis. However, in the importance perception, conventional taxis also get a lower average value than online taxis.

Public transportation is a service to move people or goods to support mobility from one place to another. The use of public transportation is still one of the favorite transportation for migration from village to City or from City to village (mudik). Homecoming has become one of the traditions that occur every year in Indonesia. However, the increase in the number of public transportation passengers ahead of homecoming makes it challenging to get tickets and public transportation, so it is necessary to find alternative transportation so that homecoming is still carried out. The purpose of making this paper is to find out the factors that affect PT. Adirona Nirmana Lestari (ANL) is sustainable in selecting homecoming (mudik) transportation between buses and motorbikes. The method is to spread the questionnaire to 100 respondents, and then the questionnaire result data is analyzed using the spider chart method. The results showed that of the ten parameters asked in the questionnaire, the parameter greatly influenced the selection of homecoming transportation for ANL employees was the cost of travel.
