Abstract

Chaff ash waste rice at the process production of rice husk ash. Chaff ash waste rice discared pitches upon. Chaff ash more that evoke because that reason beginning at develops substitution alternative cement chaff ash geopolymer's mortar. Showed that experimental to geopolymer using a mixture of rice husk ash as the original material, NaOH and NaSiO3 as activator, crude aggregate and ground, to determine the effect of differences in morality on the strength of mortar pressure, the age was 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 days. With morality: 12 M, 14M and 16M, with pressing strong result a maximum 28 mortar cement with ratio 1: 1,5 was as big as 15,2 Mpa. T3's sample with concentration 12 m by aged 28 days strength presses maximum be as big as 8,35 Mpa. For T3's sample 14 m with the age 28 days strength presses maximum be as big as 8,35 Mpa, For T3's sample with concentration 16 m with the age 28 days strength presses maximum be as big as 11,33 Mpa. It can be concluded that the maximum pressure strength value of 28 days was at the concentration of NaOH 16 with a Molarity was 11,33 Mpa.

Abstract

lightweight concrete is concrete that has a lighter weight than concrete in general. The weight of lightweight concrete is less than 1800 kg / m³, the advantages of lightweight concrete are mainly the weight of the concrete so that when used in high-rise buildings can significantly reduce the building's own weight, which in turn has an impact on the calculation of the foundation. In this study, using added ingredients foam agent with a variation of 10%, 12.5%, and 15% with a fc plan of 16.9 MPa. This test includes slump test, concrete specific gravity and concrete compressive strength. To find out the compressive strength of concrete, a concrete compressive strength test was performed on each mixture composition at the age of 3, 7, 21 and 28 days with a 5cmx5cmx5cm cube specimen, using SNI 03-6825-2002 method.

Abstract

Pile foundation structures in a building are generally used if the subgrade under the building does not have sufficient bearing capacity to bear the weight of the building. The data needed to analyze the bearing capacity of these piles was from the measurement results in the field in the form of SPT and calendering data. In this paper, calculated the bearing capacity of the pile analytically from the results of calendering and standart penetration test (SPT), calculated using the Mayerhoff and ENR method. And the results of the SPT calculation showed that the net weight value or N (the amount of load received by each pile) imposed on the pile was 132.04 tons, from the calculation of the pile bearing capacity ≤ 200 tons and qualified for the safety requirements of the foundation to the soil bearing capacity. From the results of the ENR method, the largest pile bearing capacity was 305.16 tons with a value of S (the number of pile penetrations of 10 blows) was 0.002 m.

Abstract

Watershed Area is a land area that receives rain water to then flow it back through one main river to downstream. Watershed section upstream is often the focus of watershed management planning because in addition to its, as acatchment, there are alsonbiophsical links to downstream areas. This study aims to determine the level of erosion and sedimentation in Air Betung sub-watershed. Erosion and sedimentation analysis used the formula USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) which was influenced by faktors such as, rain erosion index (R), soil erodibility index (K), slope length and slop (LS), management factor values safe and assement of land coversation factors (CP). Based on the result of the analysis with using the USLE method and approached with ILWIS 3.3 showed that value erosion was 54,565.73 tons/ha/year. From the results of measurements in the large sediment field hovering that occured in Betung sub-watershed was 1.26 grams in 2L water with debit 5.25m3/sec

Abstract

This study discusses the use of marl stone as a constituent of geopolymer mortar which aims to determine the effect of the Na₂SiO3 : NaOH ratio to the compressive strength of a marl stone geopolymer mortar. In its manufacture, geopolymer mortar utilizes natural minerals with high SiO2 (silica oxide) content as precursors and uses activators as binders such as NaOH (sodium hydroxide) and Na2SiO3 (sodium silicate), silica oxides contained in these materials will react chemically and form polymer bonds. The method in this study uses an experimental method that is doing direct testing in the laboratory procedures that are carried out in accordance with the stages and planned to refer to the applicable standards. The Na₂SiOi: NaOH activator ratio used in this study is 1, 1.5, and 2. Based on the geopolymer compressive strength test results that have a maximum compressive strength at 28 days with a composition ratio of Na2SiO3: NaOH, 1: 1 for 15 , 07 Mpa. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the more use of Na2SiO3, the effect on compressive strength of napal geopolymer stones will decrease. So geopolymer mortar made from stone is included in a simple mortar that is mortar for non-structural parts

Abstract

Building maintenance aims to maintain the function of the building itself. Therefore, an assessment of the effect of building maintenance factors was carried out, to determine the condition of building maintenance, how much influence building maintenance on comfort and knowing the most dominant factor influencing the comfort of building users.. This research was conducted in the technology pagaralam college at Pagar Alam with a total of 56 respondents. Data was processed using simple liniear regression analysis ( with the F test ) and multiple liniear regression (partial t test). After being declared valid during the validity test, realiability test, the classic assumptions are the normality test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscesdasticity test, and the autocorrelation test. From the f test obtained f count > f table, i.e. 294,947 > 2,01 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, this right mean that there was a significant influence of the vVariabels of building maintenance (X) on the convinience of working (Y) together. from the test it was found that each vVariabel X1 to X11 produced a value of t arithmetic > t table and significant value < 0,05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So each building maintenance vVariabel (X) had an influence on work comfort (Y). Value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,994 or 99,4%. The most dominant maintenance vVariabel in influencing building maintenance was ceiling maintenance vVariabel with beta value (β) = 0,186.

Abstract

Drainage is a very important infrastructure for an area. Increasing population causes changes in land use resulting in reduced land infiltration and increased runoff. As happened in the drainage channel of Jalan Mayjen Harun Sohar in the rainy season. Drainage often overflowed and flooded people's homes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the capacity of drainage channels on Jalan Mayjen Harun Sohar Kota Pagar Alam. Calculation of Rainfall Intensity using the Mononobe equation. calculation of flood discharge plan based on the Rational method. Distribution of rainfall that is suitable in this study area is to use the gumbell method after being tested with the distribution match using the Chi-squared and Smirnov-Kolmogrov method with a planned rainfall Tr50 = 175.72 mm / hour, so the amount of existing Q = 3,563 m3 / sec and the magnitude of the planned flood discharge Q50 = 2,261 m3 / sec. It was concluded that the capacity of the drainage channel on Jalan Mayje Harun Sohar street was still able to accommodate the planned flood discharge but to avoid detention a dredging of 0.50 m was carried out

Abstract

: Landslides are mass transfer processes. Landslides are occured because there are differences in the equilibrium of forces acting on the slope, namely the restraining force and launch force. The method used in analyzing the potential for landslides in the Lematang watershed of Pagar Alam was the GIS (Geographic Information System) method. Within the parameters was given weight and score respectively in the class of Slopes, Land Use, Soil Type, Topography. Based on the results of the overlay to the four parameters, obtained based on the analysis of the potential distribution of landslide-prone blood by 19%, Low 20%, Medium 11%, High 27%, Very High 23%.

Abstract

Dalam perencanaan jembatan rangka baja bentang 62 meter Tebat Gheban Kota Pagar Alam dibutuhkan perhitungan yang sangat teliti dan penuh hati-hati. Karena jembatan merupakan bangunan besar yang nantinya akan digunakan atau dilalui oleh kendaraan dan manusia. Perencanaan jembatan meliputi struktur bagian atas dan struktur bawah. Struktur bagian atas terdiri dari batang atas, bawah, tegak dan diagonal. Penelitian ini mengenai perencanaan struktur atas saja, yaitu meliputi lantai kendaraan, gelagar memanjang dan melintang, ikatan angin, batang atas, batang bawah, batang tegak, batang diagonal dan sambungan. Hasil dari perencanaan manual bahwa dimensi jembatan menggunakan profil Wf 400x300 dengan mutu beton fc’ = 41 Mpa dan mutu baja fy = 400 Mpa. Sedangkan analisis struktur menggunakan software STAAD Pro V8i untuk profil batang atas menggunakan Wf 500x400 dan batang bawah menggunakan Wf 350x300, profil batang tegak Wf 350x350 dan batang diagonal menggunakan profil 500x400 dapat digunakan dalam perencanaan setelah dianalisis profil tersebut aman.
