Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much influence the independent variables, namely product quality, price perception and service quality, have on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction at Mr Pur Kendal Chicken Noodle Shop. This research uses quantitative methods. The data in this research was collected through a survey method using purposive sampling techniques. Questionnaires were distributed to 96 respondents who had made a purchase at Mr Pur Kendal Chicken Noodle Shop at least once. The data resulting from distributing the questionnaire will be processed using the SPSS software analysis tool. The selected test results and analysis include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). From the research results and data analysis results, the following conclusions can be drawn: there is a positive and significant influence of product quality variables on consumer satisfaction at Mr Pur Kendal Chicken Noodle Shop. There is a positive and significant influence of the price perception variable on consumer satisfaction at Mr Pur Kendal Chicken Noodle Shop. There is a positive and significant influence of service quality variables on consumer satisfaction at Warung Mie Ayam Pak Pur Kendal. Simultaneous test results show that the variables of product quality, price perception and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Mr Pur Kendal Chicken Noodle Shop.

Abstract

Along with the competition of similar businesses in the market, UMKM Tempe Ucup began to feel that there was no significant increase (the same) in the production carried out every day. This study aims to analyze the feasibility study and SWOT analysis on Tempe Ucup MSME in Serang City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Non-financial and financial feasibility are part of the data analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that Tempe Ucup MSME is not yet feasible in terms of legal and market aspects. However, in terms of financial aspects, it is considered feasible from the Profitability Index (PI) value of 6.93 > 1, which means it is profitable. SWOT analysis has been identified in the SWOT matrix of 4 strategies, namely Strengths-Opportunities (S-O), Weaknesses-Opportunities (W-O), Strengths-Threats (S-T), and Weaknesses-Threats (W-T). The business feasibility study and SWOT analysis are considered to be able to contribute positively to Tempe Ucup MSMEs in business development to face similar business competition in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengungkapan CSR dengan memaksimalkan profitabilitas perusahaan perbankan serta pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh dewan komisaris. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan mempublikasikan annual report periode tahun 2021-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang dihasilkan sebesar 18 perusahaan sehingga total keseluruhan sampel sebesar 54 laporan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa adanya ukuran dewan komisaris dan profitabilitas mampu memaksimalkan pengungkapan CSR. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perusahaan pertambangan dengan profitabilitas dan dewan komisaris perusahaan lebih terdorong untuk mengungkapkan CSR memenuhi tuntutan pemangku kepentingan. Implikasi kebijakan meliputi perlunya regulasi ketat bagi perusahaan besar, dorongan transparansi oleh manajemen, serta peran investor dan masyarakat dalam mengawasi praktik keberlanjutan perusahaan.

Abstract

A prosperous life is the desire of every individual. Financial management is a reflection of well-being. Every individual is required to be skilled and have sufficient ability and understanding. Financial problems will arise as a result of financial management failure. The purpose of this study is to examine whether Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Locus of Control, and Financial Self-Efficacy influence Financial Management Behavior. The object of the study was the Salatiga community. Due to limitations, the sample in this study was 130 respondents. Sampling used probability sampling. The data analysis tool to answer the hypothesis was multiple regression analysis. The research results partially explain that financial knowledge, financial attitude, and locus of control have a significant effect. Meanwhile, financial self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on financial management behavior. The research results prove that financial knowledge, financial attitudes and behavior, self-control, and self-confidence towards finances are capital in financial planning, as a basis for someone to manage finances better, so that their financial behavior becomes more focused, which ultimately someone is able to achieve a prosperous life.

Abstract

High quality of earnings can be determine company value. This study aims to determine the effect of quality of earnings (which is includes the cash conversion ratio, operational profit margin, net profit margin, and price-to-earnings ratio) on the manufacturing company value at companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022-2024 period. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the IDX, and 68 sample were selected using a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results showed that the cash conversion ratio, net profit margin, and price-to-earnings ratio had a positive effect on company value, while operational profit margin had no significant effect.
