Abstract

SST 74 trailer is one of the transportations used to transport materials in mining areas. In the trailer there is a coaming component that functions as a retaining frame so as not to deform and as an addition to the load capacity of the trailer. The purpose of this study is to design a tool to accelerate the transfer of coaming before welding is processed. The French method is used to identify problems that occur in the field and determine the jig positioner design concept, while the Finite Element Analysis method is used to validate the design. The results of the design are used as the basis for the manufacturing process of the tool. The projected reduction in estimation for the process of moving the coaming component which was previously 99 minutes to 35 minutes with the assumption that the jig positioner rotation is 1 rpm. A cost efficiency of 64% or Rp. 66,150,000 is projected if the coaming jig positioner is realized on the SST74 Trailer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the SEO method in business is carried out on the mastercahaya.com website. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is an optimization technique on a website according to the rules of the Google algorithm. Every business needs alternative marketing steps that support the achievement of marketing targets. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive quantitative, with the method of collecting observation data on the website. The results showed that all values on the mastercahaya.com website for existing indicators increased after consistent SEO optimization was carried out.

Abstract

The Regional Development Work Plan (RKPD) is the elaboration of the Regional Medium-Term Development (RPJMD)for aperiod of 1(one) year, which contains the design of the regional economic framework. Priority for regional development is the work plan and its funding, both those implemented directly by encouraging community particion. Referringto the RKPD then becomes a guideline for the preparation of the Regional Revenue and (RAPBD). This study aims to analyze the role of Bappeda in the preparation of the Simeulue District Regional Development Work plan (RKPD) in 2022 and the inhibiting factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using primary data where the data is obtained from interviews with informants, and the authors researched at the Regional Development planning Agency (Bappeda) of Simeulue Regency which is located on Jalan Teuku Diujung Air Cold Village, East Simeulue District, Simeulue Regency. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Bappeda of Simeulue Regency in its role as the Preparation of the Simeulue Regency Regional Development work Plan (RKPD) for 2022 has not been carried out very well, because it is influenced by inhibiting factors such as the slow submission of the required data, the lack of Local Origin Opinions (PAD), and lack of Transfers to Regional Funds (TKDD).

Abstract

One factor main in increase performance employee is through leadership transformational. Study this aim for knowing influence leadership transformational to performance mediated employee with employee engagement and commitment organizational. Study this is study quantitative with technique data collection in the form of share questionnaire to whole employee Service Communication Central Halmahera Regency, totaling 75 people used as respondents. Technique analysis used in study this is analysis Partial Least Square (PLS) with help SmartPLS version 3.2. Results research conducted show that leadership transformational no take effect by direct to performance employee however required mediation employee engagement and commitment organizational. Very recommended in study next for expand study on organization government that owns Duty and function management income original area. Also recommended in study next notice other variables like compensation and competence in increase performance employee.

Abstract

Tenganan Pegeringsingan Traditional Village is part or belongs to three Bali Aga Villages located in the province of Bali. The values and traditions of their ancestors are strongly maintained by the residents of the Tenganan Pegeringsingan Traditional Village. The location of this village is in Manggis District, Karangasem Regency. Tenganan Pegeringsingan Traditional Village has the concept of Jaga Satru or a vernacular concept that only exists in Tenganan Village, that concept is a concept passed down from generation to generation by the local community which was obtained from Dewa Indra as the highest God who is highly trusted by the people of Tenganan Village. The concept of Jaga Satru is the concept of the form of a residential area shaped like a defense "barrack", besides that this concept also applies the form of community housing with the Mahulu ka Tengah concept or orientation towards the holy direction inward with 2 doors in front and behind the house in every existing house. . The purpose of this study is to see the spatial relationship of the residential area in the Tenganan Pegeringsingan Traditional Village with the Jaga Satru concept or the vernacular concept used in the village. This study uses inductive qualitative data collection through observation of secondary data and interviews in the field. The results of the identification of the link between the Jaga Satru concept and the change in the spatial form of the residential area in the Tenganan Pegeringsingan Traditional Village are not significant. In other words, the vernacular concept of Jaga Satru that is used and applied greatly affects the least changes that occur in the spatial form of the residential area as a whole in the Tenganan Pegeringsingan Traditional Village.

Abstract

Investors, particularly beginner investors, are still uncertain about which stock to buy and when is the best moment to buy or sell the stock when they first begin investing in the capital market. Analysis is thus required to address the major issue so that investors do not select the incorrect stock and the incorrect moment to purchase or sell it. In order to derive financial ratios, fundamental analysis uses the company's financial statements. The results of the fundamental analysis will reveal whether or not the firm is doing well. However, technical analysis aids in determining when it is best to purchase or sell a stock. The broker summary analysis is an additional analysis that may be utilized in addition to these two that are both very often employed. It may be inferred from this report if the broker is stockpiling or dispersing goods.When performing fundamental research, a stock screener is utilized to calculate the ratios of Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Price to Book Value, Price to Earnings Ratio, and Earnings per Share. The Moving Average approach uses a Simple Moving Average, a Weighted Moving Average, and an Exponential Moving Average to establish the selling and purchasing locations. statistics on stocks from 2016 until 2022. The highest rate of return when using the Simple Moving Average approach is 112.03 percent.

Abstract

west kalimantan is one of the provinces with many disasters. for this reason, in handling disasters, the government must address it through the regional disaster management agency (bpdb) of west kalimantan province. in 2019, there was a significant increase in the number of disasters. the most increasing disaster is forest fires. if the disaster complaint is still in the conventional stage (without involving the information system), this complaint can be made by coming directly to the bpbd office or sending a letter to the address of the office. in 2019 there were many problems faced by bpbd. some of them are the slow reporting of disaster events and the lack of adequate information. of course, this can be handled by sending data and information quickly via e-disaster reports. the hope is that with the speedy delivery of this information, decisions and coordination with the community can be carried out quickly and precisely.

Abstract

The rapid development of the tourism sector has encouraged all regions to highlight the tourism potential in their respective regions. Likewise with Galengdowo Village which has tourism potential, as well as its existence in the world and the natural beauty and activities of its own citizens, gardening in salak gardens, and doing activities on earth which are used as educational tours. Tourism in Galengdowo Village has succeeded in inserting the concept of learning into its tour. Tourists who come not only take pictures and enjoy the natural beauty in the earth's area but can also learn how to milk cows and know the science and benefits of salak fruit. All educational tourism activities in Galengdowo Village cannot be separated from the role of the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) which is the main driver of educational tourism managed by the local community itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how firm size moderating the influences of good corporate governance, capital intensity, leverage, profitability on tax aggressiveness. The population of this research are all companies in the healthcare section which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The samples are taken by using the purposive sampling method until being obtained 16 companies. The data analysis process being used for this research is panel data regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the capital intensity variable has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

Boom cylinder is a component of the excavator which is located on the left and right front. This component works to move the bucket optimally by utilizing hydraulic oil flow. Boom cylinders will experience a decrease in performance if there are problems and damage to their internal parts. This Scientific Paper Analysis collects data from various direct observations in the field and makes improvements to the tools. boom cylinder malfunctions get information from the chief maintenance mechanic and experienced mechanics. This can be a basic problem of analysis, performance disturbances in the boom cylinder components can be caused by several factors, one of which is contamination that occurs in the boom cylinder. there is no inside and outside, and the occurrence of overheating in the boom part of the cylinder components. The causes of damage to the cylinder boom are very diverse, this can occur due to certain factors, including the use of the unit by the operator, steep work terrain and many other determining factors that damage the components of this cylinder boom. The problem of thinning the cylinder boom can be carried out according to procedures, capacity that is not excessive according to work standards, and daily, daily and monthly maintenance.
