Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze the characteristics of women's leadership styles in Islamic organizations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN); (2) To find out the influence of women's leadership style on students at Muhammadiyah University of North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) ; (3) To find out and analyze the learning process and the application of women's leadership regulations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ternate. The tools used triangulation observation, intervieuws, documentation with the Miles and Haberman analysis model that starts from the data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion stages. The results showed that: (1) the characteristics of women's leadership styles, at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) were considered good; (2) In addition, the leadership style of women in the two educational institutions, is very influential in general and especially students in motivating, and providing development in the learning process and encouragement, in order to be able to hone their abilities, and make female leaders as patrons for female leaders will come; (3) As in the process of enforcement, women leaders based on regulatory agencies specified in the legislation-u ndang Education System. Meanwhile the steps taken in the learning process in class go through three stages, namely the initial activity , the core activity, and the final activity . At these stages can stimulate the learning process is most students to learning in the classroom implementation of the Most students become active and raised their interaction.

This devotion aims to answer business management with the establishment of business organizations and the management of guraping fishermen's income, whose eyes are fishermen. Methods of devotion; The focus of the discussion group (FGD) and training and monitoring methods. To the community of Fishermen's Income Management and Establishment of Fishermen's Business Organization. The result of devotion; The service was held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, located in guraping village of North Oba Subdistrict. fishing communities the importance of managing fishermen's development and the organization of fishermen's business (cooperatives).

Abstract

With more than thirty thousand islands, local seaports in the Province of North Maluku, the largest maritime province in Indonesia are vital in ensuring the movements of goods and people as a part of equally distributing resources for regional and national development. The users of public goods and services tend to be seen as regular customers as they are in the private sector. In fact, they should be more seen in the context of citizen satisfaction, as they do as customer satisfaction. This research aims to examine the stronger predictors of local seaport users’ satisfaction, as they are seen as citizen satisfaction. This research used predictors identified from an early explorative study and used them to question255 respondents from 9 local seaports across the Province of North Maluku. The descriptive statistics showed that most of the respondents were from Sanana; traveled on the personal purposes; were in the productive groups of age; and were mostly males. In terms of the items of the questionnaires, the least responded answers were more concerned about facility and payment.  These results provided a preliminary description on the satisfaction aspects of the local seaport users in the Province of North Maluku—the maritime province.

Abstract

Tourism has been one of Indonesia’s most significant income contributors over the last few years. This study aimed to identify and analyze the development strategy of Gurabunga Village, Tidore Islands City, the Province of North Maluku. This study explored the villagers’ perspectives on the strategy for developing their village as a tourist village (Desa wisata). This study was qualitative research and used a case study approach to unveil the expected strategy that should be taken the villagers. The results strengthened that Gurabunga has been expected to be an excellent tourist destination due to three distinct elements coming in one place—location (749 m above sea level), culture (an essential region in the Tidore Kingdom), and culinary (traditional and cultural ceremonies). The results answered two research questions—where the first question concerns how to formulate strategies for developers-Gurabunga village as a community-based tourism village, and the last research question related to efforts to establish the village as a world-class tourist destination. Two main themes were derived from the first questions, while five main themes for the last question. Future studies should be able to increase the generalizability in using those eight identified themes to examine their fitness at different tourist villages. Keywords: tourist village, tourism strategy, villager’s empowerment

Abstract

Education is one of the driving forces for progress in the global community, one of which is through the emergence of innovations. With innovations in various fields of science and knowledge, changes have emerged that can positively impact people's lives. Higher Education, as one of the places of development of science, is a very appropriate place to develop innovations, both in the technological and social fields. On the other hand, changes in people's mindsets and behaviors demand changes in higher education institutions. The rapid development of science, supported by technological advances, demands changes in education and teaching patterns, including in higher education. With information disclosure and existing social and technological changes, science can develop further and more rapidly if the education system can adjust to the changes.This study used a survey method with the distribution of questionnaires. The population of the study was students of Khairun University. Sample takers with non-probability sampling method, by convenience sampling. The analysis method used in this study used Smart PLSVersion 3.0The results showed that out of 10 hypotheses, five hypotheses were accepted, and five hypotheses were rejected.Keywords: Service Innovation, University Reputation, Academic Culture, University Student Satisfaction

Abstract

One factor main in increase performance employee is through leadership transformational. Study this aim for knowing influence leadership transformational to performance mediated employee with employee engagement and commitment organizational. Study this is study quantitative with technique data collection in the form of share questionnaire to whole employee Service Communication Central Halmahera Regency, totaling 75 people used as respondents. Technique analysis used in study this is analysis Partial Least Square (PLS) with help SmartPLS version 3.2. Results research conducted show that leadership transformational no take effect by direct to performance employee however required mediation employee engagement and commitment organizational. Very recommended in study next for expand study on organization government that owns Duty and function management income original area. Also recommended in study next notice other variables like compensation and competence in increase performance employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of electronic attendance in improving employee discipline and the application of attendance in improving employee discipline. The type of research used is descriptive with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data sources were obtained using purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis used in this study is interactive data analysis consisting of several components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results in this study show that the effectiveness of electronic attendance in improving employee discipline has been very good. And the application of Electronic Attendance Id Card to improve discipline is very good. This shows that with the implementation of employee discipline rules, employees obey applicable regulations such as delay, there are sanctions that must be carried out, namely salary deductions so that employees can carry out their duties properly and the level of employee discipline is increasing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Team Member Exchange (TMX) on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office in North Maluku. The sampling technique uses saturated samples (census) with a total sample of 112 respondents at the Provincial Population and Civil Registration Office in Maluku. The data analysis used in this study used SmartPLS Partial Least Square. The results of data analysis in this study show that 1) Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 2) Excange Team Member has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) Team Member Exchange (TMX) has no effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. 7) Team Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik keluarga kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perempuan melalui stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di PT. Cabang Kota Tidore Bank Kepulauan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 29. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaconflcit keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. Bank BRI Cabang Tidore Kepulaun City. Work family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja PT. Bank BRI Cabang Tidore Kepulaun City. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. Bank BRI Cabang Tidore Kepulaun City. Stres kerja memediasi pengaruh work family conflcit terhadap kinerja PT.
