Abstract

In this study the diffuser has different functions. You may already know the function of this diffuser. Diffuser Has a function to clean the air from viruses, dust, and pollution. Usually, the diffuser is mixed with essential oil to give a nice scent around the room. The purpose of this study was to examine the physics concept of the diffuser by knowing the ratio of the relationship between water volume and time, and the relationship between time and temperature in mode 1 and mode 2. the purpose of this research can be implemented. There are several stages in conducting research regarding the comparison of the relationship between volume of water and time, and the relationship of time with temperature in mode 1 and mode 2. Based on the graph above, the relationship between volume and evaporation run out using 1 minute mode, when 15 ml of evaporation run out for 35 minutes, when 25 ml evaporates for 90 minutes, when 35 ml evaporates for 120 minutes and when 45 ml of water evaporates for 240 minutes. When viewed from the correlation value R^2 = 0.9072, this shows that there is a relationship of 90.0% (accurate correlation). Furthermore, the relationship of water volume to time is obtained, when 5 ml of water evaporates for 10 minutes, when 15 ml evaporates for 25 minutes, when 25 ml evaporates for 70 minutes, when 35 ml evaporates for 35 minutes 90 minutes and when 45 ml of water evaporates for 120 minutes. Abstract

Forensics means taking something to court. This term is commonly used in medicine. Is a scientific process (based on knowledge) in the analysis, collection and presentation of various evidence in the process related to litigation and collection, physical evidence found at the TKP (Case Incident) and then presented in court. False testimony is a statement given by a witness under oath where the contents of the statement contain a meaning that is not in accordance with the truth, in other words, the statement is a lie or fake. Statements whose content is false do not have to be entirely false, but only partially false. Giving false statements is a crime regulated in the provisions of Article 242 of the KUHP concerning perjury and false statements. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the position of false testimony in the process of forensic science. In Islam, giving false testimony enters into the sin of associating partners with Allah SWT because of the great harm it causes to society. This study uses a normative juridical method. The search used in this study was Google Scholar, the search application Publish or Perish, and Neliti. From the search results, 995 appropriate journals were obtained and 50 journals were reviewed. This research found that in order to provide a testimony, the witness must provide testimony under oath in accordance with the religion he adheres to, but if the witness continues to give false testimony in court, he is tantamount to breaking his oath and receiving punishment according to Article 242 of the KUHP. Witnesses who give oaths or false statements may have allegations of obstructing the trial process, so this is part of obstruction of justice or an attempt to obstruct the trial and deliberately giving false statements is strictly regulated in Article 242 of the Criminal Code (KUHP)

Abstract

The prevalence of vegetable and fruit eating habits <5 servings a day in children aged ? 5 years in Banten Province is 97%. This figure is greater than the national figure of 95.5% (Riskesdas, 2018). Lack of access to information in children can result in children's knowledge and attitudes are also not good towards vegetable and fruit consumption. This study aims to improve the knowledge and attitudes of students of SDN Cireundeu 01 about vegetable and fruit consumption using power point media and songs. This education is given to students aged 11-12 years, because at that age children are considered to be able to think abstractly according to Jean Piaget's Theory. Experimental research with sampling technique, namely Pusposive Sampling. The study used data analysis with the Paired T-test and Wilcoxon Test to determine the average difference in pre-test and post-test values. In the power point group, the knowledge level of p value 0.150 means that there is no significant difference, while the attitude of p value 0.538 means that there is no significant difference. In the song group, the knowledge level of p value 0.005 means that there is a significant difference, while the attitude of p value 0 means that there is a significant difference. Education with songs has a higher mean difference than education with a power point at the student's knowledge level of 7.38. In addition, education with songs also has a higher mean difference than education with a power point on the change in student attitudes by 0.295.

Abstract

Research on repurchase intentions needs to be re-done to get the latest conditions regarding market conditions for marketers and find out consumer developments in strengthening in-depth arguments for themselves until they finally make a decision to repurchase. This study adapts a theory of reasoned action as a basis for knowing consumer behavior. Behavior according to Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) is influenced by intentions, and intentions are influenced by subjective attitudes and norms. This attitude is influenced by beliefs about the results of the actions that have been taken. Subjective norms are influenced by beliefs about the opinions of others and the motivation to follow those opinions. In conclusion, this theory explains that a person will take an action if he sees the action as positive and if he believes that other people want him to follow it. Until now, studies related to re-purchase intentions are still relevant to be examined, given the need for an appropriate model to explain how a perception of value and trust affects consumers' buying intentions. This research presents a model of relationship of perception of value and belief to re-purchase intention with risk variables as moderation variable. The target of respondents in this study are the students, because according to the researchers the perpetrators of online buying and selling activities are mostly students who have understood very well about the use of technology in online transactions.

Abstract

Every entrepreneur competes to get maximum profit or profit oriented by reducing minimum expenses. One of the strategies undertaken is to cooperate with employers where a company can take workers who will work outside the production fields or the main fields of the outsourcing company. However, the implementation of outsourcing in recent years has still experienced problems due to the lack of regulations issued by the government as a form of anticipation of inequality in the implementation of work relations between employers and workers. This raises the potential for maladministration of the company due to the lack of strict supervision from Labor Inspectors. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of the Oversight function of the Department of Manpower for outsourced companies that do not register their companies with the local Office of Manpower and Transmigration. The research method used is a normative juridical method with research specifications that are descriptive analytical in nature of the applicable laws and regulations and legal theories associated with the actual practice of the implementation of labor inspection. The results of the study state that labor inspection is still not running optimally because the number of labor inspectors is not comparable to the objects of labor inspection.
