Abstract

HR play a significant part in the outcome of organization objectives, in light of the fact that the progress of an organization can't be isolated from every one of the jobs of individuals engaged with it. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of financial literacy and financial habits that influence investment decisions among university students in Bandung City. The information collection procedure used was by distributing questionnaires to research participants. A total of 123 respondents were successfully collected for this research. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Analysis was attempted using multiple linear regression tests with the use of the SPSS 23 program. The results show that the level of financial literacy and financial behavior of university students in Bandung tends to lie at the good and medium levels. Not only that, the findings show that the level of financial literacy and financial attitudes significantly influence the investment decisions of university students in Bandung. From these results, it can be concluded that the better the level of financial literacy and financial behavior of a person, the better his investment decisions tend to be.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices in the Property and Real Estate sector in Indonesia during the period 2015-2018. The analysis employs a panel data model approach, including three regression models: Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM). Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test are utilized to select the most suitable model, while classical assumption tests are conducted according to the estimation method. The findings indicate that EPS significantly influences stock prices positively, while ROE and DER do not show a collectively significant impact. The research conclusion underscores the dominant role of EPS in shaping stock price movements in this sector, providing crucial insights for the financial management of Property and Real Estate companies.

Abstract

MUA offers a variety of make up models through social media, especially Instagram and Facebook, as part of their personal branding. The purpose of this research is to find out the Personal Branding built by MUA Nina Make Up on Social Media Instagram and Facebook @Nhrl.n. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data obtained are from interviews, observation, documentation and literature. While the data analysis technique is by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and data validity testing using source triangulation. The results of the study that MUA Nina Make Up is said to form personal branding using the theory of personal branding concepts from Montoya, namely, specialization: Creating an attractive makeup look, maintaining product quality, and being responsive to consumer needs. Leadership: striving to always meet the needs and trust of consumers. Personality: Being friendly and comfortable. Distinction: unique and flawless makeup look. Appearance: Showing a professional attitude. Harmony and consistency: maintaining make-up quality. Nina's good name is maintained through excellent service and positive customer testimonials.

Abstract

Today's globalization is characterized by increasing intensity of competition among companies and technological advances that pose challenges for companies in managing various aspects. Faced with change and competition at both the national and international levels, employees must be prepared to adapt to technology, such as the emergence of new telecommunications or new working methods undertaken. The achievement of the purpose of the company is due to the human effort in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling operational activities. Trained human resources influence the performance and responsibility of the company as a whole. The objective of this survey is to find out (1) the impact of employment training on employee performance in employees of Bento Kopi Branch Cimahi PT. Bento Group Indonesia and, (2) the correlation of employee training to the performance of employees in Bento Kopi Branch Cimahi. The research methodology uses qualitative descriptive approaches, data collection using obreservation, interviews and library studies. Based on the results of observations and interviews with employees of Bento Kopi Branch Cimahi this obtained quite good results on the training work carried out by the entire employees. The performance of employees of Bento Kopi Branch Cimahi has increased after a period of regular work training carried out by the company. With the presence of this work training affects the ability of employees to complete their tasks and responsibilities well and maximum.

Abstract

Effective project management planning is a key element in the success of a project. Among the stages of project management, scheduling activities has an important role in ensuring the project runs according to plan. One of the methods used in determining the optimal time of project work is the Critical Path Method (CPM), which helps in calculating the estimated time of each activity and determining the critical path of the project. This study aims to examine the planning and implementation of the Field Work Practice Program at SMK Cendekia Batujajar, focusing on time management and constraints that may occur. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation and document analysis related to the planning and implementation of PKL at SMK Cendekia Batujajar. The results showed that the planning of the PKL program has been carried out based on government regulations and industry needs, with details of activities that have been compiled in the schedule. Through CPM analysis, the estimated project completion time is 242 days, with the identification of critical paths that must be considered in maintaining the project schedule. Based on the analysis, the planning of the PKL program at SMK Cendekia Batujajar has been carried out in a detailed and systematic manner, with the use of the CPM method to identify the critical path. However, challenges in time management and other constraints need to be considered in the implementation of the PKL project at the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at CV.Zinnia Indonesia. The informants used in this study were 3 informants who met the criteria. The results of the study outline that leadership style and organizational culture have a significant impact on employee performance. The leadership style and organizational culture that exists at CV. Zinnia Indonesia is not efficient enough to improve employee performance. With the findings in this study, the leadership style and organizational culture at CV. Zinnia Indonesia to make company policies that can maintain indicators of the role of leadership style and organizational culture.

Abstract

Research related to "Analysis of the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intentions in Teaching Staff at SMA Mekarwangi Lembang". In the S1 Management study program of Digital Technology University.The purpose of this study is to obtain appropriate, trustworthy, and reliable knowledge about the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions in teaching staff at SMA Mekarwangi Lembang.This research uses qualitative methods. The result is that job satisfaction positively and significantly affects turnover intentions. That is, the lower the level of job satisfaction obtained, the higher the turnover intention. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant positive influence between job satisfaction variables and turnover intention variables. This means that the lower the job satisfaction received by the teaching staff and employees at SMA Mekarwangi Lembang, the higher the level of turnover intention from the teaching staff and employees.

Abstract

Tight business competition encourages companies to manage resources optimally and create competitive advantages. Operations management, which includes managing inputs, processes, and outputs, plays an important role in achieving these goals. Warehouses are an important part of a company's supply chain, functioning as a place to store goods inventory and support the smooth production and operational processes. Optimal warehouse layout influences smooth operations, optimizes space, and supports the production process. PT Nusantara Sejahtera Medica is a company engaged in the production of organic fertilizer and health supplements in West Bandung Regency, currently using a "play out by process" system in its warehouse. This system is considered less than optimal and needs to be reviewed to improve operational effectiveness. This research aims to analyze the layout of the production warehouse and how efficient it is in the production process at PT Nusantara Sejahtera Medica to increase operational effectiveness. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained from direct observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that PT Nusantara Sejahtera Medika implements a "play out by process" layout in its warehouse, aiming to minimize material handling costs and maximize storage space. However, there are problems such as delays in work activities caused by damage to machines and boxes, which hamper the production process. Apart from that, at PT Nusantara Sejahtera Medika, there are three main warehousing activities, including movement, storage and information transfer. Although the company had implemented FIFO inventory management methods, the outdated warehouse layout and less innovative communication system indicated the need for a review to improve operational efficiency.

Abstract

Teacher performance has a very important role in determining the success of a school in achieving its goals. Teacher performance is influenced by various factors, both external and internal. One of the internal factors that is thought to have a close relationship with teacher performance is the level of salary earned. There are many teachers at MIS Muslimin Cihurang who have honorary teacher status and therefore have salary levels that do not match the workload they carry. The aim of this research is to determine the level of salary for teacher performance at MIS Muslimin Cihurang. This research uses a qualitative approach. Observation, interview and documentation methods were used to collect data, with data analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that although the level of teacher salary at MIS Muslimin Cihurang is sufficient to meet living needs, it still has not reached the level expected to achieve teacher welfare. Nevertheless, there is still strong intrinsic motivation among teachers, namely they have quite high work motivation, especially because of a sense of responsibility to educate the nation's children. Teacher performance is also reflected in their ability to plan, implement and evaluate learning. Teachers continue to try to give their best and carry out structured evaluations even though there are obstacles in the learning process. Therefore, increasing teacher salaries at MIS Muslimin Cihurang can increase motivation and job satisfaction, which has an impact on improving the quality of learning and teacher performance.
