Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of environmental performance, environmental costs, environmental disclosure and company size on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 This study uses quantitative methods using secondary data. Data collection techniques use purposive sampling techniques. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS as an analysis tool. The results of hypothesis testing in this study show that environmental performance and environmental disclosure have no effect on profitability. Meanwhile, environmental costs and company size have a significant effect on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the influence of work discipline, physical work environment, and work experience on employee work productivity at PT XYZ. The research approach used in this study is quantitative. The study involved employees of PT XYZ as respondents, with a sample size of 64 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant positive influence on employee work productivity. However, the physical work environment does not have a significant influence on work productivity. Work experience, on the other hand, has a significant positive influence on employee work productivity at PT XYZ.

Abstract

Poverty is an important problem for each country, both developed and developing countries, including Indonesia. The government continues to strive to reduce poverty levels through various mechanisms such as fiscal decentralization, human capital development and infrastructure development. In Indonesia, Papua is an area that has the highest poverty conditions in Indonesia. This research uses panel data consisting of the provinces of Papua and West Papua for the period 2008-2022. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The results of the analysis show that special autonomy funds have a positive effect on poverty, HDI and regional spending have a negative effect on poverty. DBH, DAU, DAK, and road length have no effect on poverty levels. The implication of this research is the need to optimize the realization of transfer funds and increase infrastructure development so that it can reduce poverty levels.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence credit demand at Perum Pegadaian. This research method is literature study. The data analysis technique is by collecting information from various sources in fields related to the factors that influence the demand for credit at Perum Pegadaian, the data is collected and analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results of this research state that the factors that influence the demand for credit at Perum Pegadaian include (1) customer's income level, (2) customer's education level (3) interest rate (4) service at Perum Pegadaian and (5) credit repayment period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance as measured by the current financial ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and earning per share on stock prices. The population of this study are mining companies listed on the IDX with an observation period of 2019-2022. The sample of this study used purposive sampling method. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that partially the earning per share variable has a significant effect on stock prices, while the CR, ROE, and DER variables have no effect. Simultaneously, it shows that the four variables, namely CR, ROE, DER, and EPS, have a significant effect on stock prices. This research is supported by an R2 value of 42.4%.

Abstract

Fiscal decentralization is a delegation of authority from the central government to regional governments in managing regional finances. The balancing fund is one of the funds in the context of implementing fiscal decentralization and can be used for poverty alleviation. DI Yogyakarta Province is a region that has a high balance of funds, however DI Yogyakarta Province is the province that has the highest number of poor people on the island of Java. This research is quantitative research using panel data. Data was obtained from the central statistical agency of five districts/cities in DI Yogyakarta Province. The analysis method uses panel data regression for 2009-2022 in five districts/cities. The results of the analysis show that general allocation funds and special allocation funds have a negative and significant effect on the poverty level in DI Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, profit sharing funds and tourism have no effect on the poverty level in DI Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: To see the influence of financial performance on share prices during in the Covid-19 pandemic listed on the indonesian stock exchange. The population in this research is manufacturing companies, which are listed on the indonesian stock exchange in 2019-2021. The type of data use in this research is quantitavive data and the data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis. Then with the calssical assumption test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasity test. Hypothesis testing uses panel testing. The result of this research show that Return On Assets (ROA) has an effect on stock prices during the covid pandemic. The results of regression analysis state that ROE has no effect on stock prices. The results of the analysis of the ROS variable state that ROS has no effect on stock prices during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of analysis of the EPS variable show that earnings per share have no effect on share prices.

Abstract

Trust plays an important role in building customer loyalty. Consumers who have built trust towards a brand or company tend to become loyal customers and repurchase consumer products or services. Consumers will also feel more comfortable paying higher prices for products or services that have a higher level of trust. ZARA fashion clothing original products are preferred by consumers in urabaya compared to KW or imitation products. In this case, consumers have become aware of the integrity aspect that arises from the consumer's attitude, where they understand that buying genuine products is more advisable considering the price compared to the existing quality.

Abstract

This research focuses on the identification and analysis of employee performance factors in the context of the manufacturing industry. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study explores different aspects of organizations and how they interact with employee performance. Factors such as leadership, communication, motivation, work environment, and professional development are analyzed to understand the effect of employee performance. The results of this study are expected to provide new insights for stakeholders in the manufacturing industry to understand and improve organizational culture and employee performance. The research also highlights the need for further research in this area to understand the complex dynamics between organizational culture and employee performance.

Abstract

The leading sector is an important sector for every region to know because it can be used by the Regional Government to explore regional potential. This research analyzes the leading sectors in East Java Province using the shift share and location demand analysis approaches from 2017-2021. Based on data processing that has been carried out, it is known that there are several leading sectors in East Java with advanced and rapidly growing criteria, namely the processing industry sector, water supply, waste management, waste and recycling, wholesale and retail trade; car and motorbike repairs, provision of accommodation and food and drink; information and communication. Therefore, local governments must maximize the economy with these superior sectors.
