Abstract

Based on the above understanding, it can be concluded that the shopping center is a commercial building complex that is designed and planned along with retailers and supporting facilities to provide comfort in the trading activities that it holds. Trade activities in this modern shopping center are not accompanied by bargaining on goods such as traditional markets. A modern shopping center is a shopping center with a self service system or serviced by a salesperson, selling various types of goods in retail. Modern shopping centers usually consist of tenants who are rented to businesses and anchor tenants in the form of Situbondo peer support groups or supermarkets

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) How is the leadership style applied by the Village Head; (2) What factors influence the application of the Village Chief's leadership style; (3) What is the influence of the Village Chief's leadership style on the discipline of implementing work in the Karangdoro village government. The population in this study was the number of all government executors of BPD, RT, RW, Village Institutions (LKMD, PKK, KT) Karangdoro Village Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency . There are 2 (two) variables in this study, namely variable (X) is work discipline, variable (Y), namely leadership style. In this study using data collection methods through questionnaires, documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: the leadership style of a village head has a positive relationship to the work discipline of his subordinates. This is evidenced by the acceptance of the hypothesis (Ha) indicated by the resulting -t value is 2.38> 2.048 which indicates that there is a positive relationship between leadership style and work discipline

Abstract

Produk kopi susu instan adalah salah satu produk minuman cepat saji yang semakin lama semakin banyak digemari masyarakat karena kemudahan dalam hal penyajiannya. Demikian juga bagi kalangan mahasiswa yang sebagian besar berdomisili jauh dari orang tua, produk ini merupakan minuman cepat saji yang biasa dikonsumsi karena harganya yang terjangkau, mudah didapatkan dan sifatnya yang tahan lama. Dengan semakin banyaknya kopi susu instan yang ada di pasaran berarti memberikan keleluasaan bagi konsumen untuk memilih merk yang sesuai dengan keinginannya. Oleh karena itu perlu bagi perusahaan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen kopi susu instan untuk mengetahui pola pembeliannya. Dengan banyaknya merk kopi susu instan yang ada di pasaran akan mendorong perusahaan bersaing mendapatkan calon konsumen melalui berbagai strategi yang tepat, misalnya mengubah kemasan, warna, aroma, promosi dan harga. Lebih jauh lagi produsen dalam mendistribusikan produknya ke pasar konsumen berusaha agar produknya dapat diterima sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan konsumen. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku konsumen yang terdiri dari faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis terhadap keputusan untuk membeli produk Kopi Susu instan merek Torabika. 2. Untuk mengetahui diantara faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologi yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa untuk membeli produk Kopi Susu instan merek Torabika. Hasil yang diperoleh: 1. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa variabel faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis secara simultan/bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh signifikan (bermakna) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kopi susu instant merek Torabika. 2. variabel psikologis mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi susu instant merek Torabika.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee work productivity (2) to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously influence on employee work productivity (3) to find out among motivations, work discipline, and the most dominant work environment influences employee work productivity. The method used is quantitative. The results of the study are multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.434E-16 + 0.249 X1 + 0.469 X2 + 0.336 X3 + e. partially motivation has a significant positive effect with tcount greater than ttable (2.335)> (2.018) or sig α 0.024 <0.05, work discipline shows tcount greater than ttable (4.454)> (2.018) or sig α 0.00 <0.05, the work environment shows that the t-test value is greater than table (3.152)> (2.018) or sig α 0.03> 0.05. Simultaneously motivation, work discipline, and work environment have an effect on employee work productivity with a Fcount of 19.209 values ​​greater than Ftable of 2.83 or Fcount of 19.209> Ftable of 2.83. The most influential dominant variable in this study is work discipline with a value of 4.454. R2 value of motivation, work discipline, and work environment variables of 57.8% and the remaining 42.2% is influenced by other factors not included in the study

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of good corporate governance to earnings management motivation relationship with earnings management practices. The motivation of earnings management is divided into motivation debt as measured by the cost of debt and politically motivated violations as measured by the size of the company than the political cost calculation. Earnings management practices consist of earnings management in real terms measured from abnormal operating cash flow and abnormal production costs, as well as the accrual earnings management measured from the difference between the expected accrual and actual accrual. Meanwhile, good corporate governance role as a moderating variable that is measured by an index published by the company and IICD.Data were obtained from the annual financial statements of companies manufacturing the period 2013 - 2017. The population in this study are 136 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on purposive sampling method, a sample obtained by three companies. The hypothesis in this study were tested using multiple regression analysis and regression stratified. Analysis of statistical tests in this study lead to the conclusion that the motivation of earnings management had no significant effect on earnings management in real terms and accrual earnings management. Statistical testing also concluded that good corporate governance can act as a moderating variable which can strengthen the relationship between the motivation of earnings management and earnings management practices both real and accruals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada Koperasi Wanita “Amirah Mandiri” Kabupaten Situbondo tahun 2011-2015 melalui analisa rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan rentabilitas. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah rasio keuangan. Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan Tahun 2011-2015, dapat diambil kesimpulan current ratio tergolong sehat dimana rata-rata rasio selama 5 tahun terakhir sebesar 1.650,54%. Secara quick ratio tergolong sehat, dimana rata-rata rasio selama 5 tahun terakhir sebesar 1.649,49%. Total Asset to Debt Ratio tergolong sehat, dengan ditunjukkan rata-rata rasio selama 5 tahun terakhir sebesar 6,33%. Total Equity to Debt Ratio tergolong sehat, dengan rata-rata rasio selama 5 tahun terakhir sebesar 6,81%. Operating income tergolong sehat, sedangkan rata-rata rasio selama 5 tahun terakhir sebesar 45,08%. Return on asset ratio tergolong kurang sehat pada tahun 2011 dan 2013, sehat pada tahun 2012, tahun 2014 dan 2015 cukup sehat. Tahun 2011-2015 menunjukkan angka rasio sebesar 5,05%, 10,49%, 5,34%, 8,09% dan 8,99%. Sedangkan rata-rata rasio selama 5 tahun terakhir sebesar 7,59%. Return on equity ratio tergolong tidak sehat pada tahun 2011, 2013 dan 2014, kurang sehat pada tahun 2012 dan 2015. Tahun 2011-2015 menunjukkan angka rasio sebesar 5,52%, 11,54%, 5,56%, 8,48% dan 9,41%. Sedangkan rata-rata rasio selama 5 tahun terakhir sebesar 8,12%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and communication on employee performance in Balung Lor Village. The population in this study were all employees of Balung Lor Village, totaling 30 people and the head of the RW Balung Lor Village as many as 13 people so that the total population was 43 people. The sampling method in this study is a saturated sampling technique or census, so that the total population is a total sample of 43 employees. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20.00 software. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and communication have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research uses descriptive method involving 97 respondents. Date collection was done by literature study, interview, and questionnaire distribution. The data obtained were analyzed by using the statistic formula, that is by using multiple regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination which was done by SPSS version 22 windows 13. This research is divided into four independent variables, product diversity (X1) , Price (X2) and promotion (X3) and one dependent variable is purchase decision (Y). The result of descriptive analysis shows that product diversity variables (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) have a positive influence on purchase decision variable (Y), it is shown in result of multiple linear regression analysis Y = 4,975E-17 + 0,186 + 0.320 + 0.278 + e. The result of t test shows the value for product diversity variable is 2.037> 1,985, the value for the Price variable is 3,111> 1,985 and the value for promotion variable is 2,586> 1,985. The result of simultaneous statistical test or F test shows the value of 23,024> 2,70. The result of dominant statistical test of dominant price variable is 3,111.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Levels (CAR), Operational Efficiency (OEOI), Credit Risk (NPF) and Liquidity (FDR) partially on Profitability (ROA), (2) to determine the effect of the effect of Capital Adequacy Levels (CAR), Operational efficiency (OEOI), Credit risk (NPF) and Liquidity (FDR) simultaneously on Profitability (ROA), and (3) to determine which of the effect of Capital Adequacy Levels (CAR), Operational efficiency (OEOI), Credit risk (NPF) and Liquidity (FDR) has the most influence on Profitability (ROA) in Islamic banking registered with the OJK for the period 2015-2019. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The result of research is multiple linear regression equation Y = 21,756 + 0,11X1 - 0,349X2 + 0,507X3 + 0,117X4 + e. Partially CAR has no significant effect on the ROA, OEOI has a significant negative effect on the ROA, NPF and FDR has a significant positive effect on the ROA. Simultaneously CAR, OEOI, NPF and FDR partially to ROA. The most dominant variable in this research is OEOI with value -13,352. The predictive ability of these variables on ROA in this study was 89,1%, while the remaining 10,9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and competence partially influence the performance of ASN (2) to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and competence simultaneously affect the performance of ASN (3) to find out among the variables of motivation, work discipline and competencies that have the most dominant influence on ASN performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results of the research from multiple linier regression equation Y = 1,083E-16 + 0,182X1 + 0,568X2 + 0,226X3 + e. Partially motivation variable is 2,102, work discipline value is 2,321. These three variables have a significant positive effect on ASN performance. Simultaneously the motivation, work discipline and competence variables have a positive effect on the ASN performance variable. It can beseen from 31,577 > 2,77. The most dominant influential variable is the work discipline variable with a value of 5,542.
