Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect either simultaneously or partially between the variable X1 (Sense) and X2 (Price), X3 (Promotion), X4 (Availability of Products) and X5 (Psychological) of the Consumer Response and to determine the effect of the most dominant among the variables X1 (Sense) and X2 (Price), X3 (Promotion), X4 (product availability) and X5 (Psychological) Against Consumer Response. Methods of data collection in this study are primary and secondary methods. Where to data analysis using Regression Methods, F test and t test. Based on the analysis that has been done can be the first conclusions, simultaneously (together) note that the value of Fvalue <Ftable means that Ho accepted and Ha rejected which means no simultaneous effect between the variable X to Consumer Response. Second, partially it is known that X3 (Promotion) and X5 (Psychological) both have a value of tcount > ttable which means there is a partial effect on Consumer Response. And third, the psychological variables that predominantly influence consumer response.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumberdaya manusia merupakan hal yang penting bagi masyarakat Indonesia di era globalisasi. Pengembangan sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas dalam menyerap, mengembangkan, dan menerapkan teknologi akan mampu mempersiapkan diri menghadapi persaingan gobal artinya bahwa dengan memiliki tenaga kerja yang berkualitas akan mampu mengendalikan serta memanfaatkan teknologi yang semakin modern dan dapat ditempatkan pada lowongan yang tersedia serta menciptakan pasar kerja yang berkualitas. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan pasar kerja maka diperlukan adanya suatu pengembangan tenaga kerja yang dapat dilakukan dari dua sector yaitu : sektor pendidikan dan pelatihan. Dari sektor pendidikan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia sehingga dapat menciptakan tenaga kerja yang berkualitas sedangkan pelatihan kerja dilakukan untuk membekali, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan keterampilan atau keahlian kerja guna meningkatkan kemampuan, produktivitas, dan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja Tujuan penelitian ini adalah:1. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap penyaluran tenaga kerja pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Situbondo Tahun 2008 s.d 2013. 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling kuat antara pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap penyaluran tenaga kerja pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Situbondo baik secara sendiri-sendiri (Parsial) atau bersama-sama (Serempak). Hasil yang diperoleh: 1. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas, butir pertanyaan dalam kuesioner untuk sikap Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan terhadap Penyaluran Tenaga Kerja dinyatakan valid dan reliable. 2. Uji Regresi secara statistik koefisien korelasi adalah signifikan artinya menolak H0 (hipotesis 0) dan menerima H1 (hipotesis kerja) artinya kontribusi dari gabungan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Penyaluran Tenaga Kerja di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Situbondo adalah signifikan. 3. Koefisien Determinasi (R²) diduga bahwa Penyaluran tenaga Kerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel Pendidikan (x1) dan Pelatihan (x2) calon tenaga kerja itu sendiri untuk dapat menentukan keberhasilan penyaluran tenaga kerja yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Situbondo.”

Abstract

This study examines the effect of experiential marketing, features and trust on the satisfaction of Shopee application users, namely the students of the Faculty of Economics, Abdurachman Saleh University, Situbondo. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, dominant test, and coefficient of determination. Multiple linear regression results show that experiential marketing, features and trust variables have a positive influence on the Shopee application user satisfaction variable, it is shown in the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 3.348E-17 + 0.250 + 0.270 + 0.194 + e. It shows that the tcount value of the experiential marketing variable is 2.408 > 1.983 ttable. The feature variable is t. 4.078 > 1.983. The trust variable is t. 3.280 > t. Saleh Situbondo as a Shopee application user. Fcount 44,364 > Ftable 2,81, so it can be concluded that experiential marketing, features and trust variables have a simultaneous effect on Shopee application user satisfaction. Based on the dominant test the value of the service feature variable is greater than the other variables of 4.078.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah dalam mengambil kredit pada Bank Kredit Desa (BKD) Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di BKD Kabupaten Jember dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, dianalisis dengan analisis faktor melalui Statistical Program Social Scence (SPSS) for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 faktor yang mempengaruhi nasabah dalam mengambil kredit pada Bank Kredit Desa (BKD) Kabupaten Jember, yaitu faktor kebudayaan, faktor sosial, faktor psikologis, dan faktor pribadi. Besarnya variance explained masing-masing faktor tesebut secara berturut-turut, yaitu kebudayaan sebesar 53,646%, sosial sebesar 22,980%, psikologis sebesar 14,639%, dan pribadi sebesar 8,735%. Faktor kebudayaan menjadi faktor paling dominan yang memiliki variance explained tertinggi yaitu sebesar 53,646%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to help University of Abdurrachman Saleh Situbondo to be able to organize strategic planning by identifying strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, so that be able to develop and realize strategic programs and produce human resource and quality system. The research method is used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach paradigm, by using identification tool SWOT. The technique of data collection used by the writer is interview and observation to obtain the required data. The result of research is based on the classification of IFAS and EFAS. Note that the total score of internal strategic factor is 2.625. Whereas, the total score of external strategic factor is 2,380. From the result, university of Abdurrachman Saleh has position in quadrant V, which it is in a good position to take advantage internal strength, and take advantage from external opportunity. Therefore, the appropriate strategy is used by IE Matrix is stability- growth that can be selected between intensive strategy and vertical integration strategy. The strategy be able used is market penetration, product development and market development.

Abstract

BPR RAMBI ARTHA PUTRA is a BPR engaged in banking, owned by the private sector. The problems faced by BPR need a solution. Thus, the problem formulation of this study is how the financial performance of rural banks using horizontal analysis, vertical analysis and financial ratios. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, horizontal analysis, vertical analysis and financial ratio analysis. The results of the vertical analysis can be concluded that the vertical analysis of the 2015-2018 balance report, Asset from year to year has increased, Liabilities have also increased significantly. The results of the horizontal analysis can be concluded that the assets from 2015 to 2019 in the June period increased from year to year. The June period Loans granted to customers were the biggest factor (first) in the increase in the number of assets, the second was cash and equivalents. with cash. In the element of liabilities, a significant factor is influenced by loans, whereas in equity there is no additional capital, but there are additional reserves which the amount continues to increase per year but is not significant. The results of the ratio analysis show that the financial condition of PT. BPR RAMBI ARTHA PUTRA is in good health and, from year to year, has a good trend

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingkat kinerja didalam suatu perusahaan non profit salah satunya yaitu yayasan yang di akhir era globalisasi ini banyak menjadi minat untuk bisa bersaing dengan perusahaan-perusahaan lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi,dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Yayasan Darul Aitam Blokagung.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner dan wawancara. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Hipotesis diformulasikan dan diuji menggunakan Analisis Linier Berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan. Variabel Motivasi juga berpengaruh lebih tinggi terhadap kinerja karyawan dari pada variabel lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Motivation is something that should be done by the management in improving job satisfaction and employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance cooperatives in Kecamatan Sumbersari Jember. The population data collected in the study were all accounts totaling 100 officers from 20 cooperatives that made the object of research. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling technique which this technique is used when the population have a member who is not homogeneous and stratified proportionally, to determine the results using the Partial Least Square (PLS). The study states that motivation positive and significant effect on the performance, motivation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on performance. The implication of this study is two-factor theory also has other limitations that situational variables. Herzberg assumes the existence of a correlation between satisfaction and productivity.However, research conducted by Herzberg emphasis on satisfaction and productivity ignore. To maintain and improve the performance of cooperatives based on the perspective of motivation theory (Herzberg) which reveal individual motives for obtaining a motivator and hyegine factors need to be considered for future research. Not all topics of research problems can be implemented and tested with Herzberg's theory, because the companies and institutions have different problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability and Business Risk variables partially or simultaneously as well as the dominant variables on the expansion decisions of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, dominant test and determination test. Based on the research results, it is known that the results of multiple linear regression are Y = 9.328E-17 + 0.392X1 + 0.243X2 + 0.269X3 + 0.248X4 + e. The results of the t test show that the Liquidity variable tcount 3.172 > ttable 2.014 sig 0.003 < 0.05, Leverage variable tcount 2.134 > ttable 2.014 sig 0.038 < 0.05, Profitability variable tcount 2.136 > ttable 2.014 sig 0.038 < 0.05, business risk variable tcount 2.258 > ttable 2.014 sig 0.029 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H1) which states that the variables of Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability and Business risk partially influence the decision to expand property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the F test are known that the value of Fcount 10,416 > Ftable 2.58 sig 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H2) which states that Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability and Business risk simultaneously affect the decision of expansion of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Liquidity variable that has a dominant effect. R square shows a value of 0.481 has a contribution of 48.1% meaning that it has a strong enough influence on the dependent variable (expansion decision) and the remaining 51.9% is influenced by variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

The current economy has grown rapidly, along with the rapidly increasing development of Science and Technology (IPTEK). So the competition between companies becomes increasingly tight. The increasingly tight competition between companies encourages every company to establish control of raw material inventory appropriately so that the company can still exist to be able to achieve the desired goals. In doing this research method used is Interview, Library study, Documentation, and Observation at PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana. The data analysis technique used is EOQ formula to know optimal buying level, and total cost of raw material inventory by TIC method (Total Inventory Cost), calculate safety stock and Reorder (Reoder point). After going through various discussions or analyzes that have been done in the chapter in advance, from beginning to end, then from the results of the analysis can be concluded as follows: Economic Purchase by PT Panca Mitra Multi Perdana that is 79.765 Kg of shrimp with frequency of purchase for one year (2016) 180 times with a minimal cost of Rp. 1.123.000. Planning and control of raw material inventory can launch production process and minimize cost, because if not known production plan year 2016 (9,574,829 Kg), hence requirement of raw material (9,574,829 Kg.) Also unknowable causing disruption of production process, and of course also can not be determined how much economic purchases (79,765 Kg Per order) resulting in too high costs to be incurred.
