Abstract

Human Resources is one of the important factors in an organization or company. Human Resources must be managed properly to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Therefore, it is necessary to have a company function, namely human resource management.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis equation are: Y = 1,744 + 0.366 X1 + 0.697 X2+ -0.602 X3 + e.show that in the Compensation variable, the value of tcount is 4.819 > ttable 2.032 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.In the Work environment variable, the tcount value is 10.169 < ttable 2.032 and a significant value is 0.00 > 0.05,so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected independently (partial).The Organizational culture variable has no significant effect on job satisfactiona tcount of -1.310 < ttable 2.032 and a significant value of 0.199 > 0.05together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on job satisfaction.The results of the calculation of the dominant test can be concluded that the value of the compensation variable (X1) is 4.819 while the value of the work environment variable (X2) is 10.169 and organizational culture (X3) is -1310, then H3 states that the work environment variable has the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction is accepted.

Abstract

HALO hybrid merupakan inovasi terbaru yang menandai hadirnya kartu pascabayar selular pertama di Indonesia yang menyajikan 2 layanan kartu selular (pascabayar dan prabayar) sekaligus dalam satu nomor. HALO hybrid juga dilengkapi gratis 100 SMS perbulan untuk komunikasi sesama Telkomsel, layanan 3G, dan bebas abonemen. HALO hybrid menghadirkan solusi bagi pelanggan yang menginginkan adanya kontrol terhadap anggaran komunikasinya, karena penggunaan pascabayarnya dibatasi limit yang telah dipilih dan penggunaan prabayarnya melalui ketersediaan pulsa. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1. Untuk Mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan jumlah pelanggan melalui suatu strategi pengembangan pasar terhadap tingkat pemakaian produk HALO Hybrid (Prabayar dan Pascabayar). 2. Mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan jumlah pelanggan melalui suatu strategi pengembangan pasar terhadap tingkat pemakaian pulsa rata-rata pelanggan kartu halo. Hasil yang diperoleh:1. Program HALOhybrid yang diluncurkan PT. Telekomunikasi Selular memiliki tingkat efektivitas yang sangat tinggi dalam meningkatkan penjualan (sales) kartuHALO di wilayah Jember. 2. Program HALOhybrid tidak efektif dalam menekan jumlah penutupan nomor kartuHALO. 3. Program HALOhybrid Telkomsel sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan jumlah pelanggan (customer base) kartuHALO. 4. Program HALOhybrid Telkomsel sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan jumlah pelanggan (customer base) kartuHALO. 5. Hasil analisis korelasi antara perkembangan jumlah pelanggan kartuHALO Telkomsel dengan tingkat pemakaian pulsa rata-rata pelanggan diperoleh angka koefisien korelasi -0,418 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang bersifat tidak searah dan berada pada tingkat hubungan yang sedang. 6. Akibat dari bertambah banyaknya prosentase pelanggan kartuHALO yang memiliki anggaran terbatas dalam berkomunikasi, maka tingkat pemakaian pulsa rata-rata pelanggan akan mengalami penurunan karena mayoritas pelanggan tersebut cenderung menggunakan SMS dalam berkomunikasi agar lebih murah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the production elasticity, scale of production and production efficiency in milkfish production in Mengare, Gresik. The research method used is descriptive method and collegial method. The selection of the research area was done purposely (Purposive Sampling Method) in Mengare Village, Gresik Regency. The population in this study is that all the business of milkfish ponds in the village of Mengare are incorporated into a container organization that partners with the fisheries service in Gresik Regency. The population of noble milkfish members is 522 fishermen, 40 fishers were taken as samples. The data analysis method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis, calculation of economies of scale and calculation of production efficiency. The hypothesis test used is the t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the results of panel data regression analysis showed that elasticity in milkfish production was inelastic. Based on the results of the calculation of business income in the three processing groups. The ratio of receipts to total costs on small and large scale processors, each of the Cost Ratio of fishermen is calculated by comparing total revenues / total costs so that the value of the business scale of 1 - 5 ha is 2.6, the business scale is 6-10 ha of 3.7 and business scale 11-15 ha of 3.9

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of liquidity (CR), solvency (DER) and profitability (ROA) to partially affect stock prices (2) to determine the effect of liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), and profitability (ROA). ) has a simultaneous effect on stock prices (3) to determine between liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), and profitability (ROA), which have the most dominant influence on stock prices. The method used is quantitative. The result of this research is multiple linear regression equation Y = -1835,668 - 17268,634X1 - 18338,807X2 + 780022,088X3 + e. Partially liquidity (CR) has a negative and significant effect with tcount less than ttable (-2,445) <(-2.028) or sig α 0,019 < 0.05, solvency (DER) has no positive and significant effect, indicating that tcount is smaller than ttable (-0.644) >(2.028) or sig α 0.524 > 0.05, profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect, indicating that the value of t is greater than t table (3.743)> (2.028) or sig α 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, liquidity (CR), solvency (DER), and profitability (ROA) have an effect on profit growth with the Fcount value of 6.071, the value is greater than Ftable, namely 2.87 or Fcount 6.071> Ftable 2.87. The variable that has the most dominant influence in this study is profitability (ROA) with a value of 6.071.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sikap dan Norma Subjektif terhadap Minat dan keputusan Mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Abdurrachman Saleh Situbondo (UNARS). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner pada 112 responden. Untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Strusctural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Sikap berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat, Norma subjektif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat, sikap berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan, norma subjektif bepengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan, dan Minat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan.

Abstract

Meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi berdampak pada tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan baru, menurunnya tingkat pengangguran, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan. pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada triwulan III tahun 2016 sebesar 5,02%, pada triwulan III tahun 2015 pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 5,19% berarti ada penurunan sebesar 0,17%, (BPS:2016). Rendahnya pertumbuhan ekonomi pada triwulan III tahun 2016 terutama disebabkan oleh relatif terbatasnya pertumbuhan konsumsi pemerintah. Pelemahan konsumsi pemerintah dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan penghematan belanja pemerintah. Di sisi investasi, masih minimnya peran investor swasta berdampak pada pertumbuhan investasi yang melambat di tengah berlanjutnya pembangunan proyek infrastruktur oleh pemerintah. Peran penting sektor pariwisata terhadap munculnya wirausahawan baru yang semakin kreatif dan inovatif dalam menciptakan produk usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) baik secara kuantitas dan kualitas harus diberikan akses permodalan dan pemasaran yang memadai. Semakin banyak jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung maka semakin besar peluang memasarkan produk. Oleh karena itu perlu di dukung oleh tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang siap dan bisa dihandalkan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata dan kewirausahaan. Pengembangan sektor pariwisata perlu dukungan pemerintah, masyarakat dan investor serta konsep pengelolaan pariwisata yang berkesinambungan dan terintegrasi dengan berbagai obyek wisata lainnya di Nusantara.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) to determine the effect of product diversity, price, and location partially influences customer satisfaction (2) to find out the effect of product diversity, price, and location simultaneously affect customer satisfaction (3 to find out among the diversity of products, prices, and locations that are the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction. The method used is quantitative. The results of the study are multiple linear regression equation Y = -1,711E-16 + 0.046X1 + 0.293X2 + 0.212X3 + e. partially the diversity of the product has no significant effect with the value of tcount smaller than ttable (0.430) <(1,985) or sig a 0.668> 0.05, the price of partial effect shows the value of tcount is greater than ttable (2,284)> (1,985) or sig a 0,000 <0.05, the location has no partial effect by showing the tcount value smaller than ttable (1,930) <(1,985) or sig a 0.057> 0.05. Simultaneously the diversity of products, prices, and location affect customer satisfaction with a calculated Fcount of 8.015 values greater than the Ftable of 2.70 or Fcount of 8.015> Ftable of 2.70. The variable with the most dominant influence in this study is the price with a value of 2,824.

Abstract

This study aims to study the direct and indirect interactions of financial behavior, namely, demographic factors (X1) and psychological factors (X2), on entrepreneurial decisions (Y). Successful research outputs are research on knowledge about entrepreneurship, publishing new business opportunities for students themselves, for the surrounding community, needing funding from students and the community, and opening new jobs in the community. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo who won 983 students. This research uses purposive sampling technique that is sampling with criteria. Determination of the number of samples of respondents using Slovin formula, which amounted to 71 respondents. The method used is the survey method with the type of research explanation or explanation of the research. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Demographic Factor Variable (X1) towards Entrepreneurial Decision (Y) based on t test can be associated with the significance of the demographic factor <α that is 0.010 <0.05. It means partially the demographic factor variable (X1) has a significant influence on entrepreneurial decisions (Y). While the influence of Psychological Factor Variables (X2) on entrepreneurial decisions (Y) that the significance value of the psychological factor variable <α is 0,000 <0.05. It means partially the psychological factor variable (X2) has a significant influence on entrepreneurial decisions (Y). Proving, proving the hypothesis that positions the hypothetical factor on entrepreneurial decisions in students of the Faculty of Economics, Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo is proven true. From the results of the F test for Test F smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0,05), then the demographic factors and psychological factors simultaneously have a significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions. Demographic factors and psychological factors that can affect the students of the Faculty of Economics, Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo.

Abstract

Public sector reforms in response to the criticism of inefficiency, unproductive, always loss, low quality, lack of innovation and creativity. To see the existence of the public sector in financial management, in particular the financial performance of local governments, this study will look at the effect of the Local Revenue earned by each region in 38 districts / cities in East Java and Audit Opinion provided by the Supreme Audit Board of the financial statements local government financial performance. The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence of local revenue and audit opinion on the local government financial performance. This research uses multiple regression analysis with software SPSS 22. The results of research, analysis describes the local revenue and audit opinions have no effect on financial performance local governments in 38 districts / cities in East Java.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of experiential marketing and brand image on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Kapal Api coffee in Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 354. The analytical technique used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that (1) Experiential marketing variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. (2) Brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. (3) Experiential marketing has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. (4) Brand image has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. (5) Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. (6) Indirectly Experiential marketing has a significant effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction. (7) Indirectly brand image has a significant effect on consumer consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.
