Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang tujuannya untuk mengetahui dampak kecerdasan emosional dan modal intelektual terhadap produktivitas belajar online pada masa pandemi Covid-19 mahasiswa IBI-K57. Metode penentuan sampel adalah proportionate stratified sampling dan rumus Slovin untuk menentukan jumlah sampel/responden. Berdasarkan output rumus Slovin, jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 responden dari populasi sebanyak 2.080. Berdasarkan output pengolahan data dengan menggunakan SmartPLS mengungkapkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas belajar pada masa pandemi Covid-19 mahasiswa IBI-K57. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kecerdasan emosional semakin tinggi produktivitas belajar mahasiswa IBI-K57; koefisien parameter jalur pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap produktivitas belajar mengindikasikan bahwa modal intelektual berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas belajar di masa pandemi Covid-19 mahasiswa IBI-K57. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak berdampak terhadap produktivitas belajar di masa pandemi Covid-19 mahasiswa IBI-K57. Dengan kata lain, modal intelektual tidak memberikan pengaruh berarti terhadap produktivitas belajar di masa pandemi Covid-19 mahasiswa IBI-K57.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotional strategies using social media and price strategies with the interest in buying airline services on the Jakarta-Singapore route of AirAsia. This study applies a survey by taking samples directly to the population. This research uses a causality design, to analyze the influence of the Instagram online promotion variable and the price strategy to increase buying interest, through hypothesis testing. Respondents were determined by non-probability technique with purposive judgment sampling method. The results showed that the promotion strategy through Instagram social media had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. A positive t value indicates that the promotion variable through Instagram social media has an effect that is directly proportional to purchase intention. pricing strategy has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. A positive t value indicates that the price variable has an effect that is directly proportional to purchase intention. Promotion through Instagram social media and price strategy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the difference in the rate of return on shares and the rate of risk in the stock sectors before, during the Covid-19 conditions and the rebound position. The sample used in this research is all sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the period is September to December 2019, from January to April 2020, and from September to December 2020. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive which includes average return, standard deviation, volatility and coefficient of variance. The results of the study found that the rate of return of stock sectors on the IDX in the conditions of the outbreak of Covid-19 decreased compared to before the outbreak of Covid-19, and there was an increase in the rate of return in a rebound position. The risk level of the stock sectors on the IDX in the conditions of the outbreak of Covid-19 increased compared to before the outbreak of Covid-19, and there was a decrease in the level of risk in a rebound position.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine affecting factors on Corporate Environmental Disclosure on Go Public companies listed in PROPER from 2015 to 2019. Companies with gold and green ranking and listed in PROPER are included the population in this study. This phrase could be omitted, samples were taken using a purposive sampling method with specific parameters. The findings of this research show that: (1) The size of the Audit Committee has a positive impact on the occurrence of corporate environmental disclosure. This is because if the number of audit committees within an organization exceeds the number of requirements set, it will lead to increased supervision and company controls to ensure that the expected environmental disclosures are made. (2) Managerial ownership has a negative impact on the occurrence of corporate environmental disclosure, indicating that the size of a company's managerial share ownership has little bearing on the company's environmental disclosures. (3) The incidence of corporate environmental disclosure is unaffected by environmental results. This explains why environmental success has had little effect on companies that are featured prominently in the PROPER ranking, allowing the public to better recognize and support the company's efforts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Activity (Working Capital Turnover / WCT), Liquidity (Current Ratio / CR), and Solvency (Debt to Asset Ratio / DAR) on profitability (Return On Asset / ROA). Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria obtained as many as 13 companies with a research period of 5 years (2015-2019). The test method uses panel data regression analysis with Eviews version 9. Based on the results it is known that WCT has a positive and insignificant effect on ROA, CR has a significant positive effect on ROA, and DAR has a negative and insignificant effect on ROA of construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period.

Abstract

Warteg is a food business based on rice and side dishes, which is Indonesia typish. The purpose of this research is to be able to formulate the spesific business strategy for the development of the warteg business around the IBI Kosgoro Campus 1957, South Jakarta. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data analysis methods applying SWOT analysis. The study recommend three strategies, namely: 1) providing hygienic and comfortable place, full music and television and food security-license, longer operating hours, 2) providing a fresh and varied menu every day and 3) setting low prices which are supported by digital payment technology applications
